All user id's who made changes to the queries since created in production

Hi all,
I have queries and structres in Production, and there are many users using the queries and strcutres and making changes to queries and structures. The end user are trained to become power users. So I want to know the all the user ids who made the changes to queries or structures since created. If I go to properties I can know only the last changed user id and owner of the query or strucure.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Raj,
in general BW does not keep a change history. Typically the user ID of the creator and the one who changed an object the last time is stored.
If you want "control", then have user create objects in development and transport them. The transport system will provide a complete change history (consistent through all objects, not just queries).

I made changes in the single user mode - now my MacBook Pro does not boot anymore.

I made changes in the single user mode and my MacBook Pro does now not boot anymore. It displays a grey bar and the "work in progress" wheel. My intention was to change my admin password following these steps:

Made changes in the Advanced Tab n want to revert back URGENT

I somehow was trying something n made changes in the advanced tab SQL Issued section & added a where clase to it... & clicked SET SQL..
later i removed the changes I made, but now the report doestn work as earlier.
there are no changes in Criteria tab, how do i set it back to normal? how to i reset it?

If you add a WHERE condition in SQL, then that column will apply in FILTER section of CRITERIA Tab.
Make sure that filter was gone off, after resetting the SQL..
I think you might be missing something in reverting the changes otherwise it wouldn't be a problem.

"could not save list changes to the server" while creating a new form in SharePoint Designer - custom content type

i am getting "could not save list changes to the server" while creating a new form in SharePoint Designer.
Actually the list was created with a custom content type. When i try to create a new form from the custom content type, it fails.
However, when i try to create a form using item content type, it creates a form successfully.
Could you please let me know hte workaroud for this.

Who made changes in Dimension Library

We have EPMA 11.1.2.1
We have 3 people who are admins who can modify dimensions.
Is there report that indicates which one made changes prior to deploying the application ?

Yep. In the Dimension Library, click View > Download Transaction Logs.

But every user id open and change Editing Option and select __Document type ready to inpurt__ is long practice . Please give advice me for Mass changes or any varient for same .

Yes, you can do mass change to accounting editing options of several users at a time with the help of your BASIS consultant.
Go to SU10
Enter all of your user names
Select all
choose change button
Parameters Tab
Add Parameter FO3
Enter parameter value as ' 2'
SAVE
Choose YES
Note: your parameter value SPACE+2 (' 2')
Done

Broken links when made changes to the topic

I recently installed RoboHelp x5. When I opened a topic with
a whole bunch of links (hotspots), and make changes to the word. I
saved, compiled, and review my changes. My word changes are okay,
but when I click on the link, it points to the one below it. Some
links are okay, but some are not. Does anybody has any idea why
this is happening. Version 4 does not give my any problem.
P.S. I'm working on two machine, one with Word 97 and the
other is Word 2000.

Create workflow to email all users added to a sharepoint list when a document is created / modified

Hello,
I need to have a list, lets call it List A, that is used as a collection of users which will recieve an email when a document that is added or modified in a different library, Library A. Essentially I want the workflow to parse all of the users added
to List A and email them upon the modification or addition of a document to Library A.
I know how to setup the email but i dont know how to parse the list and create a dataset of all the users so i can set that in the To field of the email.

Hi Marc,
As I understand, you have a list to store user accounts, and you would like to send email to the user accounts in this list via a workflow associated with another library.
In my test, I didn't get all values of person or group value of all items in a list which is used to store user accounts.
I'd recommend you use a SharePoint group to replace the function of the list which store user accounts. Then in the workflow, you could send email to this group and the message will be sent to indivisual members of this group.

To find IP address of user who made changes

Hi Gurus
Can anyone tell me how to find IP address of the system on which specific changes has been done to master. I want to kno system not user. Bcas one user is allowed 2 different persons. So want 2kno specific IP address. Is it possible?

SAP doesn't store the IP address of the user in change document.
However you might find this information from system logs. Having user name and date and time of change, in transaction STAD look for the logs around that time. If you double click on log you will find the terminal id of the user, which can used to find the ip address.

How to track who made changes on a bid submitted by a supplier

I dont think the bidders can change the Bid AFTER the opening date!
In general to know whether a document has been changed(Bid Inv or Quotation),you can see if the document has versions.Whenever a document is changed,a version is generated.
You can get all the Bid details using the FM "BBP_PD_QUOT_GETDETAIL" or you can always see in the trascn BBP_PD for a particular quotation/bid details.

First off my advice is not to use your Mac as an Administrator only provide Admin Password when your Mac requests and only when your "Child" is not in the room!!!
It is all to do with Permissions: Login as an Administrator click on Go in the menu bar, Select Computer, Select Macintosh HD, Select Users Select the User Folders you want to look at you will see a series of folders with red circles highlight each one in turn and Get Info unlock the Padlock in the Info pane then add Administrator to Read/Write

Verizon mades changes in the coding and now Windows Phone 7 is having data issues!!!

Starting about 3 weeks ago, I stopped receiving text messages and even worse stopped receiving calls yet alone my voicemails. I have changed not one thing to my phone, everything is exactly the way it was before the issues arised. Now I have to trick my phone to receive my data by dialing into my voicemail... And then what do you know, 30 text mesages, 12 voicemails!!!
The voicemails wont even tell you the date or time stamp (the time the voicemail was received). After numerous *228 and talking with level 2 over the holidays, I see a huge article on multiple news sites stating Verizon is having data issues... Dropped calls, loss of data, no signal while all our phone keep showing full bars and 3g. Verizon stated its only happening on there 4gLTE system and not 3G but thats a load of crap.
All one has to do is a google search of loss of text messages or voicemails on Verizon and you will see 100's up to 1000's of users like you and me all experiencing the same issues. And not just with Windows Phone 7, but with there baby Driod and iPhone as well.
What really ****** me off is that Verizon loves to play the blame game or pass the buck game. Hard Reset your phone and that will solve the problem... Yeah Right. If this was our OS and we updated a driver that changed the OS in the background I can see that being the solution. But for the 100's or 1000's of users that go to work daily, check there emails and text daily, and haven't changed one thing on the phone... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Now I read an articile for someone extermely close to Microsoft stating that Verizon turned down Nokia's new 4GLTE phone because they have no faith in the operating system and I have to think that maybe behind the scenes Verizon is trying to force us off Windows Phone 7 platform with data issue behind the scene and try to get us all into the Droid Platform which they make 50% of the cash off the phone just like the iPhone...
This is a joke, and I am really starting to think about going to ATT and getting the HTC Titan or the new Nokia 900. I have already research a 3 party app that will allow you to backup and restore your phone. And just read that Microsoft just put out an ad for backup, restore and cloud backup programmers for this latest feature.
Verizon the games need to stop, Verizon you need to stand behind this Platform, Verizon you need to provide better service for all us 3G users!!!

Screen resolution made changes in the application

i have run my application with screen resolution of 1280x1024 pixels.Then i minimize the application and then change the screen resolution to 1024x768 pixels( properties--> settings--> screen resolution).
The vertical and horizonatal scoll bars are displayed in my application.
how to prevent the scroll bars while the application is running on 1024x768 pixels.?

Try to set your scrollPane scroll bar policy.
scrollPane.setVerticalScrollBarPolicy(VERTICAL_SCROLLBAR_NEVER)
scrollPane.setHorizontalScrollBarPolicy(HORIZONTAL_SCROLLBAR_NEVER)

Who makes changes to the final Windows Phone OS file

First I love the micro-grid tile feature, I just discovered that when I updated my phone today (maybe it has been out for a while).
I wanted to know if the gaps between tiles could be smaller like a sliver. Then I wanted to know if you swipe to the left at home screen, this opens last app you were on.

Windows Phone uses the back button to go to the last app rather than the edge gesture used in Windows.
