All websites are blank pages..?

I recently downloaded Firefox, I've always used internet explorer with no problem. But Firefox is not working at all, it does not even start to load websites, but immediately goes to a 100% blank page with the header,"(untitled)". What should I do?

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you about that, maybe after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox.

Hi - I have a HP DESKJET F4240 All in one printer. When I print a page from Word, notepad or even try to print a test page it acts likes it printing but all I am getting are blank pages. I have pulled out the usb and power cord, waited a minute and put back in, restarted my computer, everything they say online and I still can't seem to make it work. wish i could help , we have an officejet, 4260 and it half the time does the same, or it will consantly kick out a blan with a printed one. don't understand why the amount of money they make off public for there expensive items , why they can't make them more wothwhile , we have made up our minds when we no longer have warrantys we are going to the Emachines Products they are the best made. and work well, we now many with them and has had no problems for all the yrs they have owned one.

All text in all email are blank, can't view attachments.

After last osx update 10.5.6 I noticed a problem with my email. I have 2 email accounts in mail 3.5 The 1st works fine, the 2nd account lost all text in all email in in-box. Also all attachments are blank. I've tried forwarding the email to another account and also printing email but all the text looks as if it has been deleted. I've tried the font color and encoding but no luck. What would cause 20 emails to delete all the message text and blank out the attachments in only one email account?

update - I did a rebuild mailbox and all email in that problem account diapered. I can only guess that the email got corrupted and the rebuild purge the problem records. They are not in the delete folder either. What would cause one email box to become corrupt?

didnt it bother you when the ubuntu network manager bothered for the keyring password everytime it tried to access a network? thats how it was 'solved'
i dont see how this could be a security issue because:
a) to access the file remotely, you need to already be connected to the network.
b) if someone you dont trust has local access to the keyboard. then you have bigger problems than leaking your wireless password.

HT204081 Can i read books bought in itunes on my computer? Trying to open in adobe reader and all i have are blank pages.

I have purchased books on itunes, can read them on ipad, but cannot read them on my computer. They will go into my Adobe digital reader and list the table of contents but all pages are blank.
So should i have not bought itune books and stayed with amazon and others?

iBooks purchased via iTunes are normally protected with DRM and can only be viewed using the iBooks app on an iOS device. Such requirements are stated on every page where you can purchase an iBook, just below the button to buy.

HP Photosmart 6510 not printing black ink at all, spitting out blank pages

Hey,
My printer was working til I switched black cartridges cuz I was very low on ink and then tried to print and it won't print anything that is black or even greyscale, colors are working fine but I don't have enough color ink to print the documents I need for school. I have tried cleaning printheads multiple times, tried venting the cartridge and everything, don't know what to do, HELP !!!

Have you completed all of the steps in the following document; Printer Does Not Print Black Ink or Color Ink, or Prints Blank Pages.

Desktop Manager 6 Installs, but All buttons are blank

Hey,
I am new to the forum, and new to the phone. I have a Bold 9700, and my computers OS is Win 7, 64 bit.
Basically, I install the software and it loads, but all the buttons are blank (without words) and pressing anything leads to it freezing and crashing. There is a link to a screenshot below.
I have tried multiple uninstalls, removing registry keys, restarts and reinstalls all to no avail.
I would appreciate it if anyone could help me troubleshoot this.

Are you installing Desktop Manager in a Windows user account with administrative privileges?

Safari tabs are blank pages

The little thumbnails of the open Safari tabs render as blank pages at times.
Anyone else?

They are probably reloading/ refreshing the page.

Upgraded to 5.0.1 and now all keynotes are blank. Any ideas please?

I just upgraded to iWork 09 and then as software update instructed, upgraded to 5.0.1..
Now any new keynote or any old keynote file opens, shows the slides in the slide organiser on the left but the main slide window is completely blank.
I drag a picture in, nothing, blank. I edit some type and change colours... nothing.
Any old keynote I open has the slides there, I can export as powerpoint, pdf or anything else, but cannot edit in main window as there is nothing there.
No theme data is there. Slides are blank. Even applying a theme retrospectively has no effect.
I have repaired permissions, nothing particularly doing.
No change.
I am now stuck. I can try reinstalling, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

I have solved my own problem here. This might be of use if anyone has a similar problem.
Removed the Application support files and the Application folder for iWork 09.
Re-installed iWork 09
Tested to see if the slides now work
They do.
Re-applied the upgrades to 5.0.1
Tested

Firefox wont open any websites, just blank pages.

As the title states, everytime I try to open a website in firefox all I get is a blank tab, so far I have reset firefox, updated, reset again, restored my computer to an earlier date, lost all my bookmarks, retrieved them thanks to a backup, reset again, and even saw somewhere to delete the places.sqlite files so I did and restarted firefox. Basically nothing has fixed firefox. I really need my firefox to work as it is used in a shop to order parts and stuff and all the usernames for various sites are saved in firefox, without which I have to call around to numerous parts stores to get my usernames and passwords reset so I can access the sites from chrome. I really dont want to as I like firefox. Any help at all?

Downloaded firefox 35. now almost all websites are blocked

almost every website I visit is blocked and I have to add security exception for everyone every time. Did not do this until I downloaded firefox 35.

Check the date and time and time zone in the clock on your computer: (double) click the clock icon on the Windows Taskbar.
Check out why the site is untrusted and click "Technical Details" to expand this section.
If the certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided (sec_error_unknown_issuer) then see if you can install this intermediate certificate from another source.
You can retrieve the certificate and check details like who issued certificates and expiration dates of certificates.
*Click the link at the bottom of the error page: "I Understand the Risks"
Let Firefox retrieve the certificate: "Add Exception" -> "Get Certificate".
*Click the "View..." button and inspect the certificate and check who is the <b>issuer of the certificate</b>.
You can see more Details like intermediate certificates that are used in the Details pane.
If <b>"I Understand the Risks"</b> is missing then this page may be opened in an (i)frame and in that case try the right-click context menu and use "This Frame: Open Frame in New Tab".
*Note that some firewalls monitor (secure) connections and that programs like Sendori or FiddlerRoot can intercept connections and send their own certificate instead of the website's certificate.
*Note that it is not recommended to add a permanent exception in cases like this, so only use it to inspect the certificate.

Installed FF 33.0, & now embedded images and videos on websites are blank. How fix? How roll-back to 32.0.3?

I installed FF 33.0, and "OpenH264 Video Codec by Cisco Systems, Inc. 1.1" plug-in installed itself automatically. Did that cause this problem? I set it to "Never Activate," which seems to have disabled it, but the problem persists. Do I need H264 for any reason? If not, can I uninstall it, and if so, how? Also, how do I revert FF to a previous verson? V. 33.0 seems to have caused this problem, whether it's due to H264 codec or something else in this version. There seems to be some incompatiblity somehow that wasn't there before -- what can I do to fix this?

Are they blank or black? If they are black I would recommend disabling hardware acceleration. [[Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL]]
This does not cause an issue, it adds to the variety of codec types Firefox can render.

After updating, all fonts on all websites are bold, help?

I just updated to Firefox v7.0, using Windows 7. I go into Gmail and all of my email looks unread. I realize this is not a gmail setting as CNN is the same, as is all other sites. Please help me get my fonts back to normal! I checked my default and I am not on Arial Black or anything, I am not zoomed in, and my Arial font is not corrupted.

To fix it, go to Options / Advanced / General and disable "Use hardware acceleration when available".
