Already paid for lightroom, but get it again in CC

So, the CC for Photographers package includes lightroom, but I have already paid for and currently use LR 5. It seems that paying for CC and getting something I've already paid for is a bit of a ripoff, correct? Is there a discounted option for those of us who already have half of the package? I see one for those who purchased CS previously, but no for those who purchased LR.

Clearly you didn't fully read my question. Yes I saw the options, and there is an option for the full boat CC but not one for photographers. On top of this, its for customers who purchased CS3 or later...so even if it were less money then the full price CC for photographers, I still wouldn't be eligible because I'm asking about LR.
So I'll ask again.
Is there a discounted option for CC for photographers available for those who have already paid full price for LR?

Of course not. You already purchased iPhoto and iMovie, so you can reinstall them for free.
If you purchased them from the Mac App Store or you got your Mac after July 2011, open the Mac App Store, log in with your Apple ID, go to Purchases and redownload them. Note that the latest iPhoto and iMovie need OS X Mavericks.
If you purchased them in a DVD, insert the DVD and install them. Then, open  > Software Update, and install the latest version.
If you got your Mac before July 2011, use the Applications Install Disc to install iPhoto and iMovie.

Contact the developer of the App.
Just because an app is updated does not mean it should visually change, the update could simply be bug fixes.

Only you know what you bought when you subscribed... did you subscribe to a single program plan for Lightroom, or the special Photography plan?

I bought mmlp2 on iTunes but it didn't mention that it was the clean version and I don't want this version, I've already paid for it but is there anything I can do to get the explicit version?

Explicit versions will have 'explicit' (or a red 'E') against them in the store, if it's not labelled then it will be clean.
Purchases are considered final but you can try 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will credit or refund you so that you can buy the explicit version : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

You're right, it would have been covered under warranty. But because of the user damage, chances are there's a 200-something dollar fee . If you explain to them that it had a defect previously, they might replace it for you at no charge. **MIGHT**. But they would have to believe that it had a defect previously.

Whether you can re-download music depends upon what country that you are in (and whether it remains in the store). If you don't have a Music section in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone for re-downloading it, then do you not have you library on your computer's iTunes or on your backup of your downloads ? If not then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download

Ericsvaren please make sure the date range selected is sufficient to include the order for your font. I would also encourage you to make a local back up in case you need the font again in the future. It sounds like you are trying to upgrade your Mac to a newer version of OS X, after completing a fresh install of Snow Leopard.
If you have already purchased and downloaded OS X Lion and Mavericks, you should be able to find these items in the Purchased section of the Mac App Store.
You may find the steps in this article helpful with finding the items:

Computer Crashed need to get musc I already paid for....

My computer crashed and had to be wiped. I downloaded Itunes again, but how can I get the music I already paid for again????

Did you back up your purchases before you you reinstalled your system? If you erased your drive then the purchases will have been erased along with everything else. If you didn't make a back-up of your purchases to restore from (as you are advised to do) then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage." iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once
You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. I downloaded an episode of a TV show (and paid for it), but the download froze and only 30 seconds of it downloaded. I can't figure out how to download the rest of it. itunes shows it as already downloaded, and doesn't give an option for re-downloading it. I have gone to the page where you finish any incomplete downloads, and this one did not show up on it. I tried deleting the episode (or 30 seconds of the episode from my computer), hoping that I could redownload it, but it still shows up as downloaded & doesn't give me an option to download it. I paid for it, but I can't watch it. How do I contact a real person or do a live chat or something so I can get this fixed?

Download again, move the existing file out of the applications folder first.
