Already purchased  CS6/still trial?

Already purchased  CS6 D&W premium.
But why I still receiving email to remind my trial is almost expired?

Yes.
I just getting email to remind me, but there aren't any trial mode shown when I start my software.
So is that mean my software won't be expired soon?

    I dont know what to do. I keep getting a trial version message every week and i purchased CS6 Extended 6 months ago and have a serial number! I enter my serial number every time and the message goes away, but then comes back. Whats going to happen when it thinks my trial version has run out?     Today we released Photoshop update version 13.0.4 (for Mac perpetual customers) and version 13.1.2 (for Creative Cloud members, Mac and Windows), resolving this licensing issue:
    Trial screen displays when you open Photoshop CS6 - When you open a copy of Photoshop CS6 that you purchased, a notice displays that you can try this product for 30 days
    How to get the Update
    1. In Photoshop, choose Help > Updates.
    2. The Adobe Application Manager will launch. Select Adobe Photoshop CS6 and choose Update.

    Hi.
    I had PhotoShop CS6 trial, which expired.
    I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.
    I am prompted to purchase the product to extend it, or type in the product's serial number
    (I never received a serial number.)
    I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue. 
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled PhotoShop CS6 multiple times, I also use DreamWeaver and am fearful that I will encounter the same issue. How can I use the Photoshop CS6 after I have paid for it?

    The trial expired 2 weeks ago - Monday.
    I purchased the Cloud Yesterday, also 2 weeks ago Monday 10/15/2012.
    I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
    I still will need to request a refund for 1, I've been too busy between, work, school, and kid. I'm at work now.

  • Just purchased CS6 Illustrator after trial, then keep crashing launched after few minutes, on Mac

    but then just keeps crashing, everytime after few minutes launched
    + I read fontbook issue but Fontbook says there is no dupe fonts
    + I read about deleting Preferences but which Preference files? (no exact names are mentioned)

    You may see the instructions about preferences (folder) in 3) and 4) in the list below; and it may be worth looking through 5), too.
    You may try the following (you may have tried/done some of them already) and see whether it helps (the following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file; 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences):
    1) Close down Illy and open again;
    2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to 3 times);
    3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
    4) Move the folder with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);
    5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy);
    Even more seriously, you may:
    6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC, and reinstall.

    Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your phone and re-download it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on it, or the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
    If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

I would just purchase the song again but I can't because every time I try to purchase it, the song says "play" next to it instead of "buy." When I hit play no music plays it just goes back to saying my computer is not authorized so I authorize it and it says it is already authorized then I click it again and it says my computer is not authorized. It's a never ending annoying circle. How can I get the song to play?

    If you live in a Region that allows re-downloading Music...
    Delete the Song(s) and re-download...

    Close the App Store app, reset your iPad and then try again.
    To close the App Store, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

    Having mucho difficulty purchasing LR mobile. Already own CS6 & LR 5.5. Wont let me access 30 day free as I mistakenly clicked drop down 5 weeks ago - before I had mobile device...?! IT challenged; pretty much need to be walked through this. Virtually impossible to get live Adobe tech support.

    You cannot buy Lightroom Mobile separately. And it is not available with Lightroom standalone.
    To get Lightroom Mobile you must subscribe to Lightroom: either Photoshop+Lightroom or full Cloud membership.
    Lightroom Mobile (and syncing to the full version of Lightroom) is included for free with a Lightroom subscription.

    I'm not sure if it can over-write the trial version because although it's CS6 - it's the Student licensed version.

    I ended up using the live chat to get the question answered earlier today - but thank you for your response - and you're correct. 
    As for the creative cloud version - no, I opted not to get that.  I hope I don't live to regret it,
    but I'm not in a marketing/design program/etc. I just need photo editing for some end-of-year projects for school that needed better than average photo quality.

    Have you used the program between January 2014 and now July 2014?
    When you get these messages are you responding by clicking on the License this Product option or just ignoring it?

    Although all of the scenarios may be applicable, many folks find that the following section helps resolve their issue most often:
         Authorize using the correct account name
    The items you're trying to play might have been purchased using a different iTunes Store account. To determine which account was used to purchase an item, follow these steps:
    Select a purchased song in your library and choose File > Get Info.
    Click the Summary tab. Note the Account Name that appears in the list. This is the account name (Apple ID) you'll need to use when authorizing your computer to play this purchase.
    Note: The account name that appears is the one you used when purchasing the item and does not change if the account name (Apple ID) changes.
    If you've authorized the Apple ID that is shown in the Summary tab, you can check the purchase history for that Apple ID from Store > View My Account. If your purchase history does not reflect the purchase of the items in your iTunes library, consider any other Apple ID you may have created, and authorize the computer for your additional Apple ID.
    If you forgot the password to one of your accounts, you can recover it using Apple's password-recovery website.
