ALRTCATDEF issue with user Mail ID

I am facing an issue. We know that when we create Alerts in PI in ALRTCATDEF and create Rules in RWB for the category created in ALRTCATDEF the mail generated to the fixed recipients would be from the user PIRWBUSER(The user who has been maintained in the RFC destination u201CCentralMonitoringServer-XIAlertsu201D.).
My issue is that the Alert mails that I am receiving is not from PIRWBUSER and is from a Personal Mail ID (Manoj.123@****.com) despite the user maintained in the RFC u201CCentralMonitoringServer-XIAlertsu201D is PIRWBUSER.
I have checked the user in SUO1 and confirmed the mail ID and no where i am able to find this user maintained from where the ALERT mails can be triggered from this mail ID (Manoj.123@****.com).
Can you please help me with this and let me know where all the user ID is maintained from whou2019s ID the ALERT mails are triggered in the ALERT configuration apart from the RFC u201CCentralMonitoringServer-XIAlertsu201D .

Apple Mail(8.1) reliability issue with Virgin Mail Servers on my iMac and Laptop Pro with the new Yosemite update! You might try the freeware mail app Thunderbird. http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/ It's newer than Mail for Tiger.

Issue with User decision handler in UWL

Hi Friends,
I am facing an issue with user decision hander in UWL. We have modified the XML file to show up the comments box to enter the rejection reason, this is working fine with two approval tasks already but the same thing is not working now with a new task id. In the back end(R/3) everything is the same for both the tasks, in the Portal side my portal consultant says the same. But we were not able to figure out the issue. I even created a new task and tried to use implement the handler changes, but still it is not working. Please advice what could be the issue

Having issues with Yahoo mail on ios4 on a 3GS

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Yahoo mail on their 3GS after the upgrade to ios4?? Keep getting an imap server error, but gmail works fine.

Same problem. I have two Yahoo! Mail accounts. One stopped sending mail, while the other was fine. (Both could receive, however.) To solve that, I deleted the problematic account from the phone and reinstalled it. It worked... until I synced by iPhone with iTunes. Now both Yahoo! Mail accounts will not work, and deleting them and reinstalling them does nothing.
Apple had better fix this. (Or I'll whine louder.)

I mean that I sent an email to a contact of mine yesterday. His reply contained a stream of very old emails I had received in 2009 from a totally different contact all together !! The reply email was in my inbox as being from the original person I sent the email to. This is starting to happen more regularly now , so is a problem !

Callmanager, Unity Issue with Voice Mail

Hello Guys,
I am currently facing an issue with a Callmanager <-> Unity integration.
The situation is the following one:
All user own a voice mail box. User A forwarded its phone to his voice mailbox. User B forwarded its phone to User A.
If now User C calls User B, he gets forwarded to User A , of course. But if user A does not take the call, User C hears the voice mailbox from User B.
I would like to have for a special situation that User C hears the voice mailbox of User A.
Is this possible?

Issue with electronic mail address in profile

As a part of the conversion process, one of the electronic mail addresses I use was effectively 'burned in' to my profile. Clearly I can make it visible, or keep it hidden - but there is a problem. The public address I previously had listed for this purpose is not available - instead it's the private address that is displayed!
Think of it like this:

[email protected] [public address]
It was the public one previously visible - it's now the private one, currently set to hidden, which is the only one I can choose to display or hide. Can anything be done about this, or are we stuck with this 'converted' change to our profiles?

This is aggravated by the fact that I have four such identities - though I only use one here in Apple Discussions - with varying levels of access to ADC, GSX and other generally non-public areas at Apple. Managing them, including my .Mac ID, is at times a challenge, and I hesitate to do anything at all to upset the delicate balance. Unless the Discussions profiles revert to a primary private electronic mail address with a secondary optional 'public' address, I suppose I will just have to use the previously non-public address that became the sole available address following the conversion.

A few Days ago I had this problem on my own device (iPhone6, IOS8.3)
I was Reading emails on my way to work.
When I got to work and started the computer ONE of the emails was marked unread in Outlook.
On the device it was marked as "read".
One thing that I remember is that I had bad Connection at the time I was syncing emails and I got
the popup message: "Can not get emails - Connection to server failed" (my translation from Swedish)
I have a feeling that the error message and the problem with unread emails are connected somehow.
Also, when I turn off the email account for my iPhone (to remove all emails) and turn it back on (reload all emails)
the mail that was set as "read" is now "unread" again on my iPhone.
This means (speculatinos) that sometimes the device mark emails as "read" but for some reason it does not
tell the server that it is "read". So the server still Thinks that the email is "unread".

10.6 Server, 10.8 Clients (ML) issues with Contacts & Mail

I'm seeing issues with Mail in ML and contacts and our 10.6 server. All users are on a network home directories and using the Address Book service on the server. Mail and Contacts fail/work intermintently when both of them are running. Stopping and restarting either program may solve the problem.
Users of 10.7 clients see no issues. Only users of 10.8 ML have problems with Mail and Contacts. Its very obvious that Contacts and Mail are having issues with each other. I can remove the contents of the Address Book in the local user's library and and relaunch Contacts to run with out problems. As soon as you start Mail problems arise quickly.
While Mail is accessing the address database it will demonstrate long delays.
Any direction or help is much appreciated!

This is a known bug of ML. The operating system is not compatible with AFP home directories. You will notice that FaceTime won't work either. In addition, there are sandbox problems, preferences problems and performance issues.
In my experience, the only possible workaround is to convert all forks and Extended Attributes in the home directories to AppleDouble files and then switch from AFP to NFS. This can result in Spotlight issues, but otherwise, all applications will work fine and much faster.

Issue with users trying to save reports to thier Documents on one drive.

I am working
on a 2013 SharePoint environment and users who use Power View reports. I
have a user who can create reports on a site I have set up (no problems
there). They can also save reports to PowerPivot Gallery they have added
in their Newsfeed for their personal site (no problems here). The problem
is when they try to save the report and go to Documents on one Drive it fails
with below error message. I am an admin but can save just fine to my
documents. I know the error shows an access issue but not sure where or
how to resolve this issue for users. <o:p></o:p>
P.S. the
issue happens before they even save button it happens when they see the My
Documents and try to open it. Again it is there personal SharePoint site
so not sure why they would not have access.<o:p></o:p>

It's strange that the User Profile Service Application is not available there. Please use PowerShell to check it, and you can run the command below:
Get-SPServiceApplication | where-object{$_.DisplayName -like 'User Profile*'}
Please ensure you are connecting to the correct farm, and open PowerShell with administrator permission. Meanwhile, add a test user in your Active Directory, and test to see whether the user's My Site can be created.
If the User Profile Service Application can be listed by PowerShell, and the new user's My Site can be created, there might be an UI issue in your Central Administration. Otherwise, you may consider to recreate or restore your User Profile Service Application.

Issue with user exit ZXPADU01 and ZXPADU02

Hi,
I am trying to change the existing record for the info type 0015 for an employee in Pa30 transaction.
my requirement is i need old value and new value when i am changing the existing record in info type 0015.
When i kept break point in user exit ZXPADU01 it is not triggering it is triggering only when we creating the record.
i tried with user exit ZXPADU02 it is not working as per my requirement.
My requirement is :whenever i am changing the existing record(modifying record) i need old value and new value.
Anybody can suggest me how to fix this issue.

Dear Maheedhar,
The best way to achieve this requirement is to use the PAI user exit ZXPADU02 import parameter PSAVE. The PSAVE parameter contains the PBO original / initial record, before any changes take place.
The INNNN parameter contains the current PAI record as usual, in order to be used for customer check and new values. Thus, you've got both the old and the new record in place, and you can make your comparison according to the business requirements:

Issue with user running Outlook on Windows XP

We are having an issue with many of our users who have had their sent items disappear from Outlook. We are running Exchange 2010 SP2 with Rollup 8. All users on Windows 7 appear to be working fine, it is just users on XP that are having the issue. All
PCs are SP3 with updates applied. The messages were there previously, but the Sent folder shows empty as of Monday. They show correctly in OWA, it is just in Outlook itself that is the problem. If we enable cached mode the items populate, but our standard
policy is to run online with no local PST. We have tried running Outlook with /clearviews and in Safe Mode, but this does not resolve the issue.

Cached mode will use an OST file not a PST file.
If you remove the contents from the folder and add a new profile does it work? Are you planning on upgrade to SP3 on exchange 2010?

ACS SE 4.1.1.23 patch 5 issue with users

HI There, I am facing very weired issue with ACS SE 4.1.1.23 patch 5. I am trying to add users in ACS it is added successfully but I can not see these users when I click list all users.
But I can see users are increasing in groups when I add users..but when I do list all users it say there are no users defined. and I tried to login with newly created users from devices ....I am able to login with those new users.....
also when I go to that particular group in which I added new users....and say list users in group...I get message from ACS saying that "can not read users from group" ....
what could be issue any one has any idea....customer complained that he was unable to login to devices...with the users created on ACS...when I saw there was no users in database....then I added 2-3 users by looking at old passed and failed authentication... but I dont know how users got deleted automatically...even I tried to see appliance audit logs...could not see any thing which indicates someone deleted users...
please help me to solve this issue..

Issue resolved. The CRL that was being parsed from the cert was one level higher than the CRL that needed to be checked. The User CRL was ppointing to the Intermediate CA's CRL. I had to manually change the URL from this:

Variations issues with User & Group Site Column value

Hi all,
I have created variation sites. e.g. http://mydomain/en-us for english & http://mydomain/de-de for german language. I have created custom page layouts. This page layouts are based on custom content types. I have created a column called "User"
which is type of "User/Groups". I am registering this column to my page layout. http://mydomain/de-de is my default site.
Now I am editing column called "User" on page & save it. It saves data properly. But when I am propagating these changes to another site that is http://mydomain/en-us. It shows me all controls with values filled. but with "User"
column, its showing me blank value.
Any suggestion. ?

Content types not propagated

When you add a content type to a page library in the variation source, this type is not automatically propagated to the other labels (see
my previous post). If you then create a page with that content type in the variation source, it does get published to the other labels but loses its content type field values.
Proposed solutions
Set up your site via a site definition that already contains the proper content type bindings to the page libraries. All labels will use the same content types
Put a good governance plan in place to make sure manual changes are done in every label
