Why is the credit card number and expiration needed to create the account on the iTunes store?
I've read a lot of the previous questions and answers to topics similar to this, and many of the answers tell the person who asked the question to check the "none" box by the credit card types.
I don't have this little check box.

Payments BC has field called Account Number (CC_NUM), it stores encrypted value in database.
Is there any program to get it from database and decrypt it to send external system?

This may not be a proper answer to your question but it works for your requirement.
Store Credit card number to some other column before encrypting then send that to external system.

Can't Change Credit Card Number, told to reregister but can't find reregister button

Sorry to be a trouble, But I can't change my credit card # (because BBapps will not allow me to log on to control panel to do so. Made the mistake as a 1st timer to assume would ask for credit card number after I purchased Documents to Go.
Did not ask, but charged the purchase to the CDMA number from former owner of my BBS2. I then erased the downloaded Docuiments to Go as I was not intending to charge some one else's card. Need to change credit card number to square this away. This is my first BB machine and I find that I don't know all the needed things.

I am more than willing to pay for the Documents to Go app on my own credit card, the problem is getting to it. I don't intend to have Blackberry service, but surely this does not prevent paying for and down loading programs for my device, If I will wipe the device without a new CDMA number I suspect that will not allow me to to offer a credit card number and get the Documents to Go program as well as others. Why is it impossivle to buy programs for a blackberry without a blackberry service contract for a CDMA number? This really seems very rigid since the BBS2 is so long out of date. There must be plenty of individuals that are doing this who had the wisdom to give a credit card number when they registered - I did not realize this was required as I routinely buy things on the net AND THEN give CREDIT CARD # to compelete the purchase. Is this some sort of Catch 22 situation ?
I like this phone and don't want to give it up. If necessary, I will buy a second BBS2 and try to register that WITH A CREDIT CARD number so that I Can use this machine. This an endless Catch 22? I don't want a CDMA service that is very hard to get outside the USA.
Can I register my BBS2 if I have a T-Mobile plan for the CDMA number (which I will never use and for which I will pay for programs with a separate credit card number ?). ? Otherwise I have a wonderful piece of junk because of arbitraty and rigid rules that are also preventing Blackberry profits as well as App producer profits . If I can't solve this, I will have to re-examine whether I want this machine that I still really like.

Masking credit card number

HI
I have a situation in hand.
The legacy system is sending the credit card number and the security number to XI system which then is passed to R/3 system while creating the orders.
The data is sent to XI through the HTTP post.
What I want to do is to mask the card number as 1234********5678 and the security number as *** . before the data is monitored in SXMB_MONI.
I dont wnat to make the card number avaliable in the monitoring but wnat to paa the exact card number to R/3
If anyone has any idea do let me know

I would suggest you a workaround on this. First while developing your interface you dont need to do anything since you will testing with some test data. But in production and quality you can restrict access to software components, integration scenario, interface and mapping objects aswell.

Credit Card Number

I am contemplating a secure way to transmit credit card numbers in a form. The users of the form have only Adobe Reader and so I'm thinking
a) When the form-filler is finished filling the form, s/he clicks Submit or another button
b) The Submit button then makes the credit card field invisible
c) The form-sender receives the form and clicks Receive or another button to expose the credit card number field which was concealed in (b).
The problem is that anybody who intercepts the file can also click the Receive button to expose the credit card number. The form-sender and filler both have only Adobe Reader. There is no Acrobat or policy server in this scenario. Maybe, I could have them click a particular alphabet in the form title to reveal the credit card number field? Is there a smarter way to transmit the credit card number? Thank you.

This is precisely what I would like to do, but cannot use a form with a submit button because my users are using all versions of Reader. Can you either explain in more detail how I can do this or point me towards resources to learn how?

Yes. With a standard account you need a valid payment method even for free apps and updates. You can create a new free apps-only iTunes account that is good for free app. You will still need a valid payment method to update any apps purchased with the other account.

Why does the app store want me to give a credit card number to get a free app?

Hello; I've never used my apple account to purchase one thing, yet while I'm signed in to the app store, and I try to down load one of the free apps, I am asked to provide a credit card number. So my question is why must I give such info.? After all, I am not making a monetary purchase. Please explain, for I am confused. If one is required regardless, well , I guess I need to close my apple account, for I disagree with the practice.

I suppose you could think of it as establishing a formal account for general and future use. What usually happens is that your card is tested by charging a nominal amount to it (which is refunded within a day or two). Once that is established you will find a 'None' option will appear when you want to download a free app which indicates no payment.
All purchases made will be recorded on your purchase list whether paid for or not.

If all you wish to maintain is the credit card number of the employees as a subtype to the communication infotype, there is no need to connect to any RFC. In simple words, you want to have a track of the credit card numbers of the employees, thats it.
The concepet of RFC connection arises when the subtype 0001 (system name) is maintained as a subtype to the intopye 0105, communication. The same subtype 0001 (system name) is also maintained for the Mail Address infotpe 1032 in OM. This subtype is flagged as an integrated subtype for the field of the entry MAILSAPSY and the MAILDESTN is left empty which means that the mail sent will be received in the system that we currenlty logged into. In short, the same system name will be assigned in both the infotypes 1032 and 0105 with subtypes as 0001. The same user names will be maintained in both the subtypes, say, SAPUSER. I hope I cleared your doubt.

I'd like to change my credit card number, but Adobe site do not allow this.
Support chat redirected me to a chinese adobe page (I'm from Hungary, can't read Chinese..), then told me to call local reseller support instead.
Local reseller support told us that they can't support creative cloud members, they are being dealt with centrally by Adobe.
Back to chat, describing again what I need to a new agent..
Got the same chinese page from him as well first, then got the same "call local reseller" advice again.
After telling the agent that does not work, he gave me a phone number to call: 852 2916 2125, which never answers. And the agent dropped off..
I haven't been so depressed over a customer support for years.
Can somebody please help me out on how to change my credit card number for my Adobe ID?

Ok, found a way: "under the billing section of your subscription within the My Adobe section of Adobe.com after you login with your Adobe ID "
But after updating my info with my new (working) credit card (matercard) it says:
There was a problem in the store. If you wish to complete your purchase immediately, please call 800 0280148.
And this number than answers 'it cannot be accessed'
I'd need this done immediately, so please anyone - any ideas ?!
