For over 3 years now I have used skype to go for my family in the us while I am on bonaire in the Dutch Carribean. All of a sudden, BAM it cut off on October 7 as well as my ability to manage my account.
I have been trying to get this issue resolved to date which is Nobemver 12 - NO results. I keep going in circles with support. Now they said Bonaire is not a country where skype to go can be used but that still did NOT resolve the fact that I cannot access : Manage my account.
This is quite frustrating as I have been using skype for many years now.
Anyone have any other suggestions? I am getting no help form Customer service, just a bunch of the same old emails that I respond to its like I am on Ground Hog Day,, everyday the same thing.

Since upgrading to Firefox 4.0 a couple of days ago, every time I open or reload a page the whole browser freezes. CS3 still had issues with the preferences becoming corrupt, so a possible workaround would be to reset the preferences.
The file is called AIPrefs and is located under 'Documents and Settings/User/Application Data/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator CS3 Settings'. It is a hidden file. Delete it with Illustrator closed and when you launch the program again the file will be rebuilt.
May be it is also sounds like you need more memory for your computer. If you can navigate to your computer's memory controls, and allow your operating system to use a portion of your hard disk drive (HDD) as RAM (maybe 2Gb or so) it may solve your issue.

I'm having problems with Flash Videos (Youtube and ESPN)

I have been having this problem for the last couple of days now and it is really annoying. Whenever I watch a flash video like on youtube or espn my computer freezes up and the audio will make a loud buzzing sound. I have attached a video with the post so you can see what happens. I don't have problems with anything else except this. I also get this error no matter what browser I use. I have system restored my PC as far as I can go, and I've ran a ton of scans and driver update checks and nothing seems to work.

I have been having problems with my iPod touch and my WRT54G router. I am so frustrated right now because after following the various steps mentioned in one of these threads, following Earthlink's prompts, and speaking with Apple, my iPod touch will still not work. It is connected to the internet but will not download the pages. It is quite frustrating. I have changed from WPA to WEP, I switched the 4th Generated key to the 1st. I've disabled this, enabled that. I've done just about everything. I updated the firmware. I made the switch from a partial bridge to a full bridge. Still nothing seems to work. I had the same issues with my iPod touch & iPhone. It's a known issue with the touch & Linksys G routers. Go into settings on the touch & do the following.
1. Settings - wifi - linksys
2. Erase your DNS settings & input same numbers as in router
Settings.
3. Http proxy should be
in off position.
4. Close out & open safari you should now have a wireless
connection.

I just noticed that one of the restore methods you posted was to put it into Disk Mode First rather than just use the resstore straight off, I Have tried that and seems to have solved the problem, If it has thank you. previously I have only tried just restoring it skipping this extra step. Do you have Parallels installed by any chance? There is a known problem that causes symptoms similar to this. You do not need to actually be running Parallels at the time and nothing in ActivityMonitor would point to Parallels. An update corrects the problem:

Is anybody else having problems with iOS 7.1 and Home Sharing?

I have two iPhone 4's - one I recently upgraded to iOS 7.1 and the other running 6.3.1. The phone upgraded to 7.1 will not connect to my (rather large iTunes library) on my Mac Mini (running 10.9.2). The 7.1 phone does see the library - and attempts to connect - but the progress indicator stops at about 50%.
I've tried de-activating sharing on the Mini and then re-activating. I've tried restoring the 7.1 phone from a back-up. No change.
Also - now the 6.3 phone will connect to the library - but the playlists have no entries and 99% of the library is missing.
Before the upgrade - the phone now running 7.1 never had any issues with Home Sharing.
Anyone else out there having issues with iOS 7.1 and Home Sharing?

I've had no problems with Facebook on my iPhone 5 but here are a couple of suggestions.
1. Quit Facebook like I describe then reset the iPhone. Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart.
2. If the first thing doesn't help, quit Facebook again, delete Facebook, and reset the iPad. After the iPad restarts use the App Store app to download Facebook again.

I'll do what you mentioned about republishing all files, what Adobe Muse seems to to is run and upgrade when you open an older version .muse file, optimising it.
Hopefully republishing it rather than syncing with the new version might help. I'll do this Tuesday evening when I am back from my client meeting.
I was thinking, is there a way of me rolling back to a previous version of Adobe MUSE CC ? I'm using build Adobe Muse CC (2014.3) but I wish to roll back to Adobe Muse CC (2014.1), as this was the version the site was working properly with.

I was having problems with my wireless laptop setting up my Bonjour Printer. I checked to make sure I had downloaded the latest updates to Airport Utility and Bonjour. Check. After doing this I noticed I couldn't see my Airport Extreme through the Airport Utility. After much frustration and bringing my entire network crashing down around me, I got help from a knowledgeable guy from Cox Cable in San Diego. He helped me get my trusty iMac Power PC online. It saw my Airport Extreme but no answers were forthcoming in any forums about my XP issues. Here is what finally solved my problem. I uninstalled all Airport Utility and Bonjour Programs. I then went back to Airport Utility 5.3.1 for Windows. It installs Bonjour Printer services with this download. Everything is working perfectly again. I have my Canon Pixma MP500 connected to the USB port on my AEBS and Bonjour walked right through the setup process. I suggest that if this works for you, turn off all Airport Utility and AEBS firmware updates until you see that whatever issue Apple created with these updates gets fixed.

I'm pretty sure the extra 512 memory stick was the problem, that would explain why it was being inconsistent with its type of failures before. I'm going to reinstall it later and run memtest86 and try and see if i can get it to work at all somehow without causing problems, cuz 1.5 was already low enough...

Is anyone having problems with the Health App and Withings?

After upgrading to ios 8.1 I am still having a problem getting my Withings Health Mate data to correctly update my Healt Dashboard. The information that does show up on the different Dashboard widgets is way off. For example, I today walked 2400 steps according to Withings, but the Health Dashboard shows 10,700 steps (720,000 in smaller print on another line). It further shows my daily average at 313,000 steps! Ridiculous.
Walking/Running distance for the days shows 22.5 miles with a daily average of 108 miles.....I'm not Barry Allen/The Flash.

My problems with the Healt App are all over the map. The information on Withings Health Mate is totally accurate, and updates immediately. I have their scale (since 2011) and wireless blood pressure monitor. Also, I find the heart rate senson on the iPhone 6 to work well, every time.
This issue for me is with Apple's Health app. I get ridiculous readings on the Dashboards. For example, it shows my daily average in steps as 170,688, and miles walked at 80. Hardly! Additionally, the Dashbord widgets will disappear/reappear for no reason. I have tried switching the priority of data sources for the steps dashboard between Withings and my iPhone 6 (because it is indicated that the top source governs the dashboard info), to no avail.
Lastly, I don't know how to interpret the infomration on the individual dashboards. On the same line as the word "Steps" there is a number, i.e. 14,272 steps, and just under it the word "Today." However, when I switch from "Day," "Week,," "Month," and "Year," those number don't change. Below the word Today is a number (which changes all the time), and at the bottom of the widget, just above the month (October now) is the number 1,149,749. Nice.
I would like to get the Apple Watch next year, but if the Health App cannot be fixed I may not.
