Hi
You can try with MB5S which also gives almost simliar result as MR11 (if you treat MR11 as GR/IR clearing report). But you cannot clear any delivery/invoice suplus using MR11.
MR11show is used to display the cleared documents and also for reversing the cleared documents. There is no other Transaction which is used like MR11.

Exchange rates are valid for everyone, they cannot be maintained for a single user. However it is possible to create separate exchange rate types and maintain separate exchange rates for them. These types could be added to some special document types, but it only works in FI.

Complex alternative qualifications/requirements for job/position level

Dear collegues,
I've faced a problem when assigning job qualifications.
The Client (State Authority) has experience requirements for jobs/positions something like this:
Ex. for Committee Director position requirements are:
5 years of general experience, including 1 year in state authorities OR
4 years of general experience, including 1 year in state authorities after finishing government study programme - Western Bachelors degree OR
3 years of general experience, including 1 year in state authorities after finishing government study programme - Western Masters degree OR
3 years of experience in State Authorities OR
6 years of general experience, including 2 years on Executive positions OR
3 years of general experience if having Doctors degree
So, we have 6 alternative bundles of requirements for the position, which contain several requirements in itself.
Is there a possibility to make qualification blocks alternative?
Or any other suggestions please?

First thing that organization has to plan is: alternative qualification mapping for scales which can be easily read and considered for all process front like Recruitment, Hiring, building Competency Mapping, Performance Management, and Learning Management. This requires a complete change management process as to how to manage Job Family Architecture would fit the organization and it's organizational structure based on Position and Qualification.
For all the alternate qualifications they have; you need to simply build a scale as Option 1, Option 2, Option 3, etc and each position qualification description will be held in position description rather in Personnel Development.
Therefore, QK would be called as Experience and Q would be Relevant Experience with Scales attached as Option 1, Option 2, Option 3, Option N... etc. I still don't know what Option 1, Option 2... Option N... could be described as and you can write small description for each options as well (SuccessFactors have scales which can hold large texts as well, but in SAP the text width in scale level is limited).
If you patch up with client on this approach, they can help you out. We have succeeded this approach to one of my engagement as Qualification via Job / Position Architecture.
The advantage of this approach is: Only the scale is configurable, the rest is masters which can be changed or overlooked anytime. With reference to your context, all the data structures should be managed as masters rather custom or configurable as it would lead to inconsistency on a longer run.

             i created a shipment using BDC. i got a message that shipment created successfully and the shipment number (20168280).
but when i went to VTTK (shipment header), the record doesn't exits.
Can any one tell me what could be the problm? This happens only in Rare cases. I am not able to reproduce this senario again.
When i created another shipment, it created a shipment number (20168281).
Now in VTTK i have (20168279, (20168281).   20168280 is missing,
Is there any TCODE where i can find the reason for rejection of this document(20168280).

Alternative router required...

Just had BT infinity 2 installed 2 weeks ago and this home hub 5 keeps dropping wifi conections and the speed drops to 23mb 17mb 12mb 8mb.. the engineer tested at install and i was getting 66mb ..... So i'm willing to try a new router any ideas what to use in its place.. thanks.

You will need to get a VDSL modem/router or an Openreach modem and a router with a WAN connection. If you stick to the brand names such as Netgear, TP-Link , Asus and Billion you won't go wrong.
Before spending money have you made sure that "Smart Set Up" is turned off on the HH5. See link how to do that.

Try giving the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz frequencies different SSids. Just add a 5 to the end of the 5Ghz SSid so you know which is which. Check the 5 GHz Sync with 2.4 GHz: is set to NO.
Once you have done that "forget" the connection on your devices and then restart them and log onto both SSids if they can use both frequencies.

This will show you the wireless channels that your Homehub/router is transmitting on as well as the surrounding networks. You want to take a note of the channels in use and change your Homehub onto a channel that is not being used. this will turn off "smart wireless" which can cause problems.

Need ideas for plug-in re-design

My DAQ app uses "Plugins". A Plugin is a VI which conforms to a particular terminal configuration.
Here is the complete diagram of a simple one:
The idea is that a plugin is another channel: This one takes the value of TORQUE (in N-m) and the value of SPEED (in RPM), performs some computation, and produces a result POWER (in kW).
The user can then think of this as just another channel - it shows up in the datastream and the user can plot it, record it, set alarms on it, convert it to an output and send it out the CAN bus, anything he can do with a real channel, he can do with this plugin channel.
So the above is exactly equivalent to having a POWER transducer.
They can get much more complex than this.
My code organizes these so that the prerequisite channels are run first, and then the dependent ones. (a prerequisite channel could also be a plug-in).
If plugin B depends on plugin A as a prerequisite, I make sure that A runs first, regardless of which comes first in the CONFIG file.
So the actual DAQ code samples the hardware channels, and then the plugins in a particular order.
The DAQ is sampling at 10 Hz, and so these plugins run at that rate too. There may be 100 different plugins, maybe 50 at a time in one test.
The DAQ runs on a PXI box, running RTOS. The host is an ordinary PC, running Windows.
Even though the PXI is running a compiled RTEXE, it still loads the source-code VIs and runs them.
My data file includes all the recorded data, all the config stuff used to set that up, AND THE PLUGIN VIs THEMSELVES.
The plugin VI files are read as strings and stored in the datafile as strings, along with their names.
When reading a data file, I read this string, and store it in a "sandbox" folder with a .VI extension.
This guarantees that the version I have is the version the data was originally recorded with.
The user can EDIT the data files, for example changing the scale factor on the SPEED channel from 307.3 RPM/V to 308.5 RPM/V.
That causes a re-calculation of the SPEED channel.
It ALSO causes a re-calculation of the POWER channel: My code detects that POWER depends on SPEED and since SPEED changed, I have to run every sample back through the POWER VI to get a new value. (Remember they're not all as simple as this example).
THAT is why the VIs are stored in the data file.

When it comes time to change LABVIEW versions.
MY client has 10,000+ data files, each with 5-50 VIs embedded. Files are spread among 30+ machines, with a central server backup.
We need to hang on to this data.
I have a File Updater, which will take datafiles and update them (they are a DataLog file).
THE TROUBLE IS:
If I take a recent datafile, recorded with LV2010 (where we've been for 3+ years) and open it with the EXE built with LV2013, there's a problem if it tries to reprocess it. The error comes out as
Error Code 1126 occurred at Open VI Reference in HDT Open PlugIn.vi->HDT Find Calc Prerequisites.vi->HDT DataFile Prerequisite Manager.vi->HDT DataFile Viewer.vi->HDT.vi<APPEND>
An error occurred loading VI 'BSFC.vi'.
LabVIEW load error code 10: VI version (10.0) is too old to convert to the current LabVIEW version (13.0).
The EXE code, having no COMPILER handy, cannot use the old VI.
My FILE UPDATER, has a recompiler built into it (it reads the VI string, saves it as a VI file, opens it as a VI, saves it as a VI, then reads it as a string and puts it back where it belongs.
But if THAT is built into an EXE, it doesn't work either. Same problem, same error.
If I run the FILE UPDATER from the LV2013 DevSys, then it's OK. The re-compile process works fine, and then the EXE can read it and use the VI.
BUT:
1... That's painfully slow. I have a cache handler where I recompile each VI only once and recognize it if I see it again, but still it's a long process.
2... That doesn't work from an EXE. My client has 2-3 DevSystems and 30+ computers with just the EXE. But that's where the data files are.
3... Backup up Data Files on CD or DVD doesn't work.
SO............ TO make a long story even longer.......
I'm looking for an alternative.
REQUIREMENTS:
1... String-based, I suppose. I want to type in "Power = Torque * Speed / 9545" and have the code know to fetch the value of "Power", the value of "Torque", do the math, and produce the result.
2... Has to execute quickly. I have a zillion things to do at 10 Hz.
3... Has to be able to re-order itself. If I have ANOTHER plug-in channel called Fuel per Watt, and it calculates "FuelPerWatt = FuelFlow / Power * 10.34", then it has to know to execute POWER before it executes FUELPERWATT.
4... Musr work from an EXE and an RTEXE.
I've looked at a thing called MathToG, and it works OK for creating a VI from an equation, but it needs VI scripting, and therefore won't work from an EXE
Any ideas?

Starting at the top, create a class which has no data and two methods - GetPrerequisites and Execute. Both are dynamic dispatch (use the right-click option in the New menu in the project to create them).
GetPrerequisites - has the input and output of the parent class so it is dynamic dispatch, and has a single output which is an array of the same class. You may want error I/O as well.
Execute - has the input and output of the parent class so it is dynamic dispatch, and has Result and Units outputs. The prerequisites output is redundant with the previous function, but can be added. Again, you may want error I/O.
In the parent class, both of these functions are essentially empty and return default data. The parent class is used for a template and to provide a parent for the function classes. As such, set the properties for each of the methods so that children must override them (do this in the class properties dialog box). Set these up the way you want them up front, since the children must use the exact same connector pane.
The functions themselves are all created as follows:
Create a class
Change its inheritance so it inherits from the parent class - it is now a child
Use the new menu on the child class to create functions to override the originals
Delete all code but the terminals in the child functions
Change the GetPrerequisites code so it returns a constant array of the prerequisite objects. These will be parallel children of the original parent class. For your power class, this would be an array containing the torque and speed classes. The easiest way to create this array is to drag a copy of the torque and speed classes onto the block diagram and use build array. They will be "coerced" to the parent class, but LabVIEW still knows what they are.
Change the Execute code so that it does whatever it needs to do. In general, use the GetPrerequisites function to fetch the prerequisites. Use a FOR loop to run the parent Execute function on each of these prerequisites. Dynamic dispatching will execute the correct code. You now have an array of the results. Use this, with whatever other functionality you need, to calculate your final values.
The prerequisites can be dynamically loaded so you do not have a static link to the prerequisite classes. If you would like to have a text interface, you can dynamically load the individual functions, then use their values in a LabVIEW formula VI for the final calculation.
If this is still Greek, you may want to walk through the examples of LabVIEW classes and dynamic dispatch to get more background on how to use classes.
If you would prefer a text string for your units so that you have more flexibility, let me know. I have an SI unit string validation VI that may be of use. It works for most unit combinations, provided they are not nested too deep.

To let iTunes organize, or not to organize... and problems with folders...

Okay, I have a question that I can't seem to get a good answer to.
I am a manager of a couple of local bands that are always sending me MP3's. Most of the time, its jus part of a song, with no ID tags. I have a folder on my desktop that I save all the songs to, where I customize the filename of each song so I know when it was sent to me, what the song is called (today), and what band sent it.
Right now I have iTunes set up to organize my music.
Here's my problem. I want to be able to see the music in iTunes. So I tried dragging the folder over... okay, except now the music is showing up with blank artist and song info. BAD. And then I figured out that iTunes doesn't 'monitor' this folder, as I saved new music, and it didn't turn up in iTunes. So I dragged the folder over again, now things are showing up TWICE - thank you very much for making my life difficult. And since they aren't showing up all in one place, I can't go in an delete them all and start again.
What I REALLY want, and I'm not sure if this is possible or not, is to have a FOLDER in the iTunes library called mybands, and have all the songs there. Now, songs are constantly added (sent via email, saved to this folder). So I want iTunes to monitor this folder and show the recent additions. But I also want iTunes to delete songs from this folder when I delete in the Library, instead of doing that stupid 'show file' thing.
I'd like to be able to make all the changes to the ID3 tags there too.
Can I do this? If so, does the folder have to be in the iTunes library folder to make this happen? I'd LIKE to continue to use the iTunes organize my music feature... I've never turned it off so I don't know what will work and what wont.

If you turn off the auto-organize feature, then you can allow tracks to reside in whatever folder you want. Trouble is, iTunes doesn't do ANYTHING to display tracks by folder - only tags are used.
Overall this is a sensible approach - in my 15,500 song library I certainly don't care what the folder/file names are, that would be a horrible organizational scheme when there are so many useful parameters to use (genre, year, compilations, comments etc.)
I would recommend that you install a second media player that is "folder centric" like Winamp for use with the files sent to you by bands. You can setup a "watch folder" and listen to tracks in Winamp without disturbing iTunes in the least.
An alternative that requires a bit of work is to manually tag MP3s in the folder BEFORE dragging them into iTunes. A utility like ID3-TagIT can be used to add some special tags en masse to allow you to identify songs in the "mybands" folder, etc.

Extracting just audio from a dvd

I have a couple of concerts on dvd and would like to be able to burn the audio to cd. Is there anyway to do this with in the macbook itself or with freeware? When I import the dvd's using mac the ripper they import as video-ts files and vob. I'm not good with this kind of stuff so I thought that little bit of info may help. Thanks in advance.

Mac the Ripper has the option to split out the audio track and/or the video track separately. Click the D button for Demux options. I'm not sure what audio format you will get from the DVD.
You may also want to convert the audio file into an alternate format, I haven't used this utility, but you might try:
