ALV Control: Permitted Values for STYLE in the ALV Data Transfer structure

Does anyone know a source / reference that "de-codes" the integer value of the the field style in the structure LVC_S_DATA to something a human understands.
Doh!! It is the binary values that are important.

It is the binary values that are important.
add 32 to turn bolding on
add 512 to turn underline on
add 2048 to get left-justified
and so on..

    How can I get the default value of a particular preference in FireFox?.
    I know I can see the default value for some of the preferences in about:config but, I need a programatic way to get the default value.
    I see some that there are values for preferences in firefox.cs but I am not certain that these are being used as the default values for preferences. prefs.js in user's profile only has the updated values and not the default values.
    Any help towards acheiving this programtically is greatly appreciated.
    If the default values are stored in a file, kindly let me know the format in which it is stored for me to parse it programatically.

    Dear Friend,
    Here when you have the callableSattement as ?=proc(?), the first ? is an output parameter. So you should register it as out parameter using registeroutparameter.
    Then you can get the value from the outparameter using callablestatement.getXXX().
    Try that way.

    "but the sad thing is, that managers will most likely respond with a "This used to be fast in MSSQL, but now it isn't any more in Oracle. Oracle is so slow ...""
    On the bright side, it sounds like most of the database calls are implemented as stored procedures, so there is an opportunity to do it right (in Oracle terms) in the stored procedures.
    I did a similar conversion a while back, converting bad SQLServer procedures to good Oracle procedures. Everyone said "Oracle is much faster that SQLServer"

    I just checked my BIOS and my current setting is set at IDE although it also mentions that the default should be AHCI. Currently I have a dual boot of Windows 7 (need it for Tax software) and Arch
    So I guess, when I get the new HDD, I will first set it to AHCI and then install the OSes on it. See if NCQ helps any, and if not I will turn it back and re-install (if I have to). I am planning to have Windows only in virtualbox in the new drive.
    Anyhoo, while I was in the BIOS I found two things which I had questions about :
    1) Under Onboard Devices --> Integrated NIC , my setting is currently set at "On w/PXE" and it says the default should be just "On". Would it be ok to change it back to On since its a single machine and its not booting an OS on any server. I just don't want to have to re-install anything now since I will be doing that in the new HDD.
    2) How would I know whether my BIOS would support a 64 bit OS in Virtualbox? I checked some setting under Virtualization, but they weren't very clear.
    I will edit this post and let you know exactly what settings were present under the Virtualization sub-section.

  • CJR2-The plan data transfer is locked

    Hi,
    I am planning costs by CJR2 on a WBS element for a certain period and version by cost element.When I execute CJR2,it allows me to enter the values against periods but when I try to save ,system gives error message-The plan data transfer is locked for fiscal year 2009 and version F06 in controlling area 1000.
    I have checked in OKP1 and also in CO versions,this version is not locked for any transactions and Fiscal year 2009.Has anyone come accross similar situation and how was it resolved.
    Its matter of urgency,any help will be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    MTH

    Hi Ravi,
    Thanks for your answer.I have checked the statuses and there are no status hampering the Plan primary cost or Periodic reposting Plan data.I guess its more related to the version used.Any other thoughts?Anyone.....

  • How to find all the Master data extract structures and Extractors

    I intend to create Master data dimensions closely similar to SAP BI in a 3rd party system. I would like to use SAP's standard extractors for populating the master data structures in SAP BI and then use a proprietary technology to create similar structures in a 3rd party database.
    Question: How to get a complete list of all Master data extract structures and corresponding extractors?
    Example: In ECC if I do SE80 and give 'Package' and 'MDX' and then press the 'display' spectacles, I get a list of structures and views under "dictionary objects" covering Material, Customer, Vendor, Plant Texts and attributes.
    How do I get the remainder of the Master data extract structures viz. Purchase Info Records, Address, Org Unit etc?
    Regards
    Sasanka

    Hi,
    try the table ROOSOURCE and search the data source with string in astrick attr  for master data and for text with text
    This will give you the list of all the master data source in the system and it contains a column which tells about the extract structure and function module used by each.
    Thanks

  • Secure the file/data transfer between XI and any third-party system

    Hi All,,
    I would like to use to "secure" SSH on OS Level the file/data transfer between XI and any third-party system Run OS Command before processing and OS command After processing. right now my XI server installed on iSeries OS.
    with ISeries we can't call the Unix commands hope we need to go for AS400 (CL) Programming. If we created the AS400 programm how i can call that in XI.
    If any one have idea pls let me know weather it will work or not.
    Thanks in adavance.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply.
    I have red some blogs like /people/krishna.moorthyp/blog/2007/07/31/sftp-vs-ftps-in-sap-pi to call the Unix Shell script in XI.
    But as i know in iSeries OS we can write the shell script we need to go for AS400 programe. If we go with AS400 how we need to call that programe and it will work or not i am not sure there i need some help please.

  • ALV Grid default values for new rows added with Add/Insert buttons

    Hi!
    Help, please,  to find a way how to set default values for new rows added with Add/Insert buttons in
    ALV Grid.

    I have found salution:
    ALV Grid u2013 Insert row function
    Sometimes we need to assign some default values when we create a new row in a grid using standard ALV Append row button. In our scenario we will see how to assign default values to Airline Code (CARRID), Flight Connection Number (CONNID) and Flight date (FLDATE) when a new row is created. To do that we need to handle DATA_CHANGED event in the program like mentioned below.
    Definition of a class:
    Code:
          CLASS lcl_event_receiver DEFINITION
    CLASS LCL_EVENT_RECEIVER DEFINITION.
      PUBLIC SECTION.
    METHODS:
         handle_data_changed
         FOR EVENT data_changed OF cl_gui_alv_grid
         IMPORTING er_data_changed
                           e_ucomm.
    ENDCLASS.                    "lcl_event_receiver DEFINITION
    Implementation of a class:
    Code:
    CLASS LCL_EVENT_RECEIVER IMPLEMENTATION.
      METHOD HANDLE_DATA_CHANGED.
        DATA: dl_ins_row TYPE lvc_s_moce.   " Insert Row
          FIELD-SYMBOLS: <fs> TYPE table.    " Output table
    Loop at the inserted rows table and assign default values
        LOOP AT er_data_changed->mt_inserted_rows INTO dl_ins_row.
          ASSIGN er_data_changed->mp_mod_rows->* TO <fs>.
          loop at <fs> into ls_outtab.
            ls_outtab-carrid  = 'LH'.
            ls_outtab-connid  = '400'.
            ls_outtab-fldate  = sy-datum.
            MODIFY <fs> FROM ls_outtab INDEX sy-tabix.
          endloop.
        endloop.
      ENDMETHOD.                    "handle_data_changed
    ENDCLASS.                    "lcl_event_receiver IMPLEMENTATION
    Register the events to trigger DATA_CHANGED event when a new row is created.
    Code:
        CALL METHOD OBJ_GRID->REGISTER_EDIT_EVENT
          EXPORTING
            I_EVENT_ID = CL_GUI_ALV_GRID=>MC_EVT_ENTER.
        CALL METHOD OBJ_GRID->REGISTER_EDIT_EVENT
          EXPORTING
            I_EVENT_ID = CL_GUI_ALV_GRID=>MC_EVT_MODIFIED.

  • Drop down list of  values for a field in ALV rpt within a BADI

    Hi,
    I need help on this issue.
    TCODE LI21 is used to clear the differences in IM.  The business now wants to prompt for a reason code before they can post a new material document for this clearing.  I have create an implementation in BADI LE_WM_INV_WM_IM, which display the field for user to enter the reason code.   However, I am trying to get a dropdown list which contain the possible values for reason code so the user can choose from this list.  There are sample codes to do this but I can't apply to the codes in the implementation because call screen is not allowed.  Has anyone done this before or can advise me of the solution?
    Thanks.

  • What MIDI value for Volume leaves the slider uneffected

    I realize that the MIDI value of Pan = 64 leaves the pan pot centered.
    What MIDI value for volume will likewise, leave the volume slider unaltered?
    (other than NO Midi controller 10 sent.)

    Thank you so much.

  • Controlling Record Selection for Subreports from the Main Report

    Post Author: Horizon57
    CA Forum: Formula
    Hello - I am generating a standard report template that will be applied to all of my accounts and I am connecting to an Access DB that has multiple tables. Each table corresponds to a single Subreport within my Mainreport and contains the data for all of the accounts. Essentially I would like to be able to write some logic in the Formula section of my Mainreport whereby I can control which account to run the report for based on the Account Name.  I am having sucess with this method when I change the parameters of the formula in each subreport, but how do I modify my code to allow me to control this from the mainreport.  An example of a formula is below. // Account AAA//{Subreport1.Account } = "AAA" and {Subreport2.Account } = "AAA" and {Subreport3.Account } = "AAA" and {Subreport4.Account } = "AAA"// Account BBB//{Subreport1.Account } = "BBB" and {Subreport2.Account } = "BBB" and {Subreport3.Account } = "BBB" and {Subreport4.Account } = "BBB"// Account CCC//{Subreport1.Account } = "CCC" and {Subreport2.Account } = "CCC" and {Subreport3.Account } = "CCC" and {Subreport4.Account } = "CCC" Essentially, I am looking to just uncomment the particular Account I would like to produce the report for and have that filter down to all the subreports. How do i Modify the logic? Is there a better way to approach this?

    Thanks for all the responses..... Just to clarify, I am essentially trying to control the record selection of each subreport with a forumula in the mainreport. To this end I am trying to avoid having to modify the formula in each subreport to change accounts each time i need to run a set of reports. I am still not having any luck modifying the subreport links as mentioned above. The only way I have been able to control the data is with formulas in each subreport. If anyone has accomplished what I am attempting, could you post an actual formula from both the subreports and mainreport so I can try to mirror them. Also, if anyone can point me to an example where I can integrate a dialog box to automatically control the record selection (as mentioned above), that would be great. Thanks,Mike
