Using a browser version that old is not safe at all, and bad for the web. Once you update if you are still getting a crash, please come back and give us the crash ID.

I note you have found bp-54df2ba6-de52-405d-9ccc-4dd272110924 have you any other recent crash signatures or crash IDs, the one you provide seems rather uncommon [https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?product=Firefox&query_search=signature&query_type=exact&query=karasx2.dll%400x2535&reason_type=contains&date=09%2F24%2F2011%2001%3A44%3A07&range_value=1&range_unit=weeks&hang_type=any&process_type=any&do_query=1&signature=karasx2.dll%400x2535 [karasx2.dll%400x2535]]
Do you still get the problem in [[safe mode]] and with default themes, and all plugins disabled. Note common causes of crashes are malware, and versions of the software IDvault. (do you use IDvault ? - often provided by Comcast) -
For 2 wks get a crash report when I quit photoshop. report sent whynothing fixed?
for 2 weeks get a crash report everytime i quit photoshop. crash report submitted everytime with details on when this happens yet nothing has been fixed.
what is purpose of sending crash reports if they are ignored and problem continues?yet nothing has been fixed.
Did you expect Adobe employees would come fix your computer?
Boilerplate-text:
Are Photoshop and OS fully updated?
As with all unexplainable Photoshop-problems you might try trashing the prefs (after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved and making a note of the Preferences you’ve changed) by pressing command-alt-shift on starting the program or starting from a new user-account.
System Maintenance (repairing permissions, purging PRAM, running cron-scripts, cleaning caches, etc.) might also be beneficial, Onyx has been recommended for such tasks.
http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/system_disk_utilities/onyx.html
Weeding out bad fonts never seems to be a bad idea, either. (Validate your fonts in Font Book and remove the bad ones.)
If 3rd party plug-ins are installed try disabling them to verify if one of those may be responsible for the problem.
Does turning off OpenGL in the Performance Preferences and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
what is purpose of sending crash reports if they are ignored and problem continues?
I suppose it helps Adobe keep track of the amount and nature of issues encountered by the users.
These might then be addressed in a future update if the problem lies with the respective Adobe application (and it is not too complex) or if the problems lie with the OS or drivers the producers of those will hopefully be made aware of their bugs.
And unless you provided your email-address Adobe employees would have little chance of getting back to you if it is a known and amendable problem. -
FireFox 5 was working fine. Got a message about one of my other programs had an update available. I installed the update and it needed to shutdown the system to take effect. I clicked OK. The system shut down and restarted and a Mozilla Crash Reporter message came up when it tried to reload FireFox. I've tried totally uninstalling FireFox (twice) and re installing it but I still get the same error message when I try to start the program.
Don't know what else I can do???Google ATI Firefox crash. You'll see ATI video cards have multiple problems with Firefox and also internet videos. Also, note the dates these problems occurred - many are 2011...

Firefox crashed now when I try to open it get Mozilla Crash Reporter
''Duplicate post, continue here - [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/788208]''
Firefox crashed unexpectedly. ow when I try to open it all I get is a Crash Reporter box. Dont have a location bar to enter a crash ID.Try a clean (re)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
* http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
* It may not be necessary to create a new profile, so first try if it works with your current profile and if not then create a new profile.
Your current bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

Firefox will not open i get mozilla crash reporter and nothing else
When I try to open Mozilla the crash reporter comes up. The restart firefox option does not work
Hold down the shift key when starting Firefox, this will put you in Safe Mode. If it starts ok then you have an extension or a plugin that is causing the problem. If this is the case then proceed here:

Fire fox crash I keep getting Mozilla crash report. How can i fix this
I am getting an error message when I try to open an item that firefox crash
Here are some suggestions for getting the best results from this site.
Create a user profile that accurately reflects the type of hardware you're using and your version of the Mac OS, or include that information in your first message.
Give details of the problem. A statement such as "it doesn't work" conveys no information. If it did work, you wouldn't be here. Instead, you should post something like this: "I did A; I was expecting B; but I got C instead." Include the complete text of any error messages you saw and where you saw them: in an application window, a CrashReporter window, a log, or whatever. Also include the steps you’ve taken yourself, if any, to try to resolve the issue. If the problem is of recent origin, did you make any changes to your setup just before you first noticed it?
Search the discussions for answered questions similar to yours before posting. If you found any relevant information, but it didn't help, include details.
Post in the appropriate discussion area. Usually that means the area for the type of Mac you're using, if the problem is hardware-related, or for the Mac OS version you’re running, if it’s more software-related. Some other Apple technologies have their own discussion areas.
Is the problem reproducible or intermittent? That is, does it always manifest itself when you take a certain action, or only at unpredictable times?
If asking about third-party software, specify what it is, the website where you got it (if applicable), and what version you have. Ask the developer for help first. Include the results of that contact in your message: what you did, and what happened. -
I've tried uninstalling, restarting, and re-installing and get same crash

I can't open Firefox. The home page doesn't come up, I just keep getting the Crash Reporter asking me to restart/quit but every time I do this the same message comes back. I've not been able to use Firefox for days now.
Since a few days we have a lot of crashes with [http://www.trusteer.com/product/trusteer-rapport Trusteer Rapport]. If you have this program, try to disable it and see if that stops the crashing.<br>
You can stop Rapport using Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport<br>
You can ask their helpdesk when an updated version of their product will be made available or, if you don't need this software, uninstall it.<br>
http://www.trusteer.com/support/en/report-problem<br>
If you do not have Rapport, then we need to have a crash report ID. When you send Mozilla a crash report it just puts it in a giant database. We have no way of looking it up without the Report ID. I have no idea what is wrong without looking up the crash report. Please get the Report ID of your latest crash report.<br>

I just updated my RAM (replaced the two 2 gig cards with two Corsair 8 gig cards) and I keep getting a crash report. I have a 21.5 Inch mid 2010 imac. I also am experiencing slow load times with Photoshop and when I try to open Final Cut it says that quartz extreme is not compatible and that I have no VRAM even though I do.

The recommendation on here, mostly, is to only buy RAM from macsales.com or crucial.com as they guarantee their modules will work and offer a no quibble lifetime guarantee.
I'd put the original RAM back in, return the Corsair chips for a refund and re-order from one of those two companies.
