Alwayson configuration related

We currently have a 2 node active passive failover cluster with shared disks. Can this setup be part of an alwayson group also or it's either or configuration.
Can we add a third active node to the cluster and use alwayson between the two active nodes in the same cluster?

Hi,
You create wage types. How do you understand wage type For example your basic pay is a wage type in this way you created all the wage types in the salary structure. Then you create symbolic accounts they are nothing but type of accounts whether it is an expense account,receivable or payable. You assign wage types to symbolice accounts and inturn symbolic accounts are assigned to FI GL accounts. This is FI - HR integration.

Migrate Data from one SAN to other in AlwaysON configuration with no/minimal downtime

Team,
There is a requirement to move the current DBs from existing SAN to new IBM SAN disks. I have outlined the below steps. Request you to please add your inputs/challenges/risks.
This is in Always ON and We have 3 Nodes.
Server A , Server B and Server C
A and B are Synchronous
C is hosting Async replica.
Note: The SQL binaries are installed on E: drive which is a SAN drive. Whether is this going to be impacted based on my steps below?
Present the new SAN of same size on all the nodes in the Availability Cluster.
Break the secondary replica. On Secondary replica, Migrate the data by physically moving the DB files from old SAN to new SAN.
Rename the new SANs back to the original filenames as it was present earlier. Bring up the services and join to Availability Group. Check whether the DBs are Synchronized with Primary.
Now, Failover the Primary to Secondary replica- This will be a short outage.
Follow the same steps on Primary as mentioned in Steps 1-3.
Check the Synchronization of the DBs and perform all the sanity checks.

This can be easily achieved by storage migration by storage Vendor, In your case IBM should be able to do it, since they have sophisticated tools
(one of these tools is Storage Virtualization for Data Migration and Consolidation) to this SAN migration they don't need downtime during the storage sync process. your downtime will be only the Cutoff Time, If SAN Vendor does the Data Migration for you. <o:p></o:p>
Otherwise,
1. Take out read-only replica out of Always on Group.
2. Since SQL is also installed on SAN drive, I strongly suggest you to rebuild the SQL Server as new. (No Copy of Data from SAN to SAN)
Note: Drive allocation and drive letters should be identical
3. Once you rebuild the SQL Server, One Challenge here is to migrate the SQL Logins (You must migrate users using same SID, to avoid permission issues).
4. then Add it Always on Group, and wait for the databases to sync.
5.
Then manually move the always on group read/write replica to new node.
6. follow the steps 1 ,2,3 and 4 in sequence.

The path is SPRO>Financial Accounting (New)>Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable>Customer Accounts>Master Data>Preparations for Creating Customer Master Data>Define Account Groups with Screen Layout (Customers)
Select your account group
Double click on it
Double click on sales data
Select Group sales or etc and double click on it
Then change field status as you require and save it

Hi, what's the difference between this pop3 /IMAP & microsoft exchange option? Which one should i choose if i want to set up my hotmail a/c & work a/c?
I have this Windows Live icon on my phone, if i set up windows live messenger will i be able to retrieve my hotmail emails from there alternatively?
Btw this 'push email' means that i will receive an email in real time right? if thats the case, wouldn't my phone has to be 'online' all the time? wouldn't the mobile broadband bills be exorbitant? ok i'm sorry if i ask too many qns, i'm a newb about this. thank you in adv!!

Configuring AlwaysOn Availability across DataCenters (multi subnet)

We are working on configuring AlwaysOn SQL availability in azure across multi subnets. Following are list of steps which we are comepleted,
Creating primary domain controller in VNet1
Established VNet to Vnet connectivity across virtual networks (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/azure/dn690122.aspx)
Created Replica DC in other Data center
Created a VM in each Data Center and connected it to domain. Verified that these VMs are reachable via ping
Completed with required configuration relating to Failover cluster installation, DNS update as given in tutorial (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn249504.aspx)
After this we are currently struck in a stage how to proceed with cluster configuration when its across Datacenters (or multi subnets). Documentation relates to creating cluster for single Data center and we would like to know what changes we need to do
for multi subnet.
Refered below links relating to configuring it across data centers using powershell but couldn't get exactly sequence of steps to be followed for section, "Create the WSFC Cluster"

For multi-subnet cluster configuration, you need to configure multiple virtual IP addresses - one for each network subnet. The real challenge here is Active Directory configuration and replication between subnets. The Windows cluster will create a virtual
computer object in Active Directory and that needs to be replicated on all of the domain controllers. In the Azure environment, it means having a domain controller on all of the Azure data centers where you want to create your multi-subnet cluster. Plus, proper
Active Directory sites have to be created and partitioned so that the cluster node on one data center does not cross over to the other data center just to authenticate. All of these have to be configured even before you can create a Windows Server Failover
Cluster and even before you can create the Availability Group.

I am installed solution manager 7 , then download solution manager patches stack 7.0 initial to 26 and apply .SCA in java instance but unfortunately some patches required approval , then I restart server and after startup unable to connect in

Runtime Error that Seems to be Related to Dialog Boxes

Although I am currently taking a college course in Java and my code is based on a couple of questions from my Java textbook, I would like to make it perfectly clear that this is NOT homework. This is self-assigned for studying purposes and my professor will probably never see this, let alone grade it. Regardless, I suspect this to be a configuration-related issue as I had no such problems running this program in a Vista machine on campus. Assuming I am right, there shouldn't be any issue with any of this community's policies as I won't need to receive any "answer" code to solve this issue.

In terminal I've been using a JDK from Soylatte. I haven't tampered with the JDK that NetBeans uses.
About NetBeans (from the menubar returns the following):
