Am getting a security warning when I use FireFox, how do I resolve it?

message says: ''Although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party". I have a WPA secure wireless connection and this message does not appear if I use IE.
should I be worried???

To Remove plug-in
1.) Open the SplashID desktop app
2.) Navigate from Menu bar "File" -> "Plugin for Safari" -> "Uninstall".
I could not find it in either Library/Internet Plug-ins nor ~/Library/Internet Plug-ins as others have suggested.

Inside Firefox, go to the msn website. Then, Click on the Orange Firefox button, then Options, and under Home page, click "Use Current".
Also, make sure you update to Firefox 12 (Click the orange Firefox button, then the arror next to help, then About Firefox. Let the update download, then click apply update)

The Task bar at the bottom of my computer dissapears when I use Firefox how do I get it back?

I think I clicked something near the bottom of Firefox, and now the task bar at the bottom of the computer screen disappears when I go on Firefox. It goes a bit transparent when I first goon Firefox but then disappears completely when I click anywhere on Firefox. I want to have the task bar back. (By task bar I mean the thing at the bottom with the start menu and things on)

This has happened to me in Chrome, Firefox & IE. (I have Windows 8).
So many other people have had this issue over the past couple of years in forums. They have all been "Closed/Solved" but they have NEVER been solved!!
(Hint: It is not solved by toggling task bar properties etc etc etc or dragging anything anywhere or messing with explorer.exe or clicking F11 / F10 or F bloody anything else!! etc etc et bloody cetra! ! So don't talk about that!!! I can go to my 11yo for such mundane, non-thinking wastes of time!!)

You cannot avoid it, that's part of the PDF security system to make the user aware that he is entering non-trusted area, as it is with every web page when it is opened the first time in Reader or Acrobat on this computer. ThatÄs an unchageable fact. You have to live with it.

There's nothing you can do as the creator of the file. If you could, that whole source of security would be worthless.
They would need to tweak their security settings in Edit>Preferences>Security(enhanced).

I have no idea what you're talking about. Are you sure it want a "signature" and not "password"? If it asks you for password then the document is encrypted and you need to know the password toopen it. The fact that it is a "public" PDF, whatever you mean by "public" does not mean anything. xx.0 is the version of your Outlook. 12.0 is Outlook 2007; 14.0 is Outlook 2010; 15.0 is Outlook 2013.

I get a security warning whenever I try to access anything

I get a security warning whenever I try to access anything - even a Google search. Just started within the last few days and I haven't updated or anything like that. If I click "Continue", I can then proceed - but it's annoying.
Can't see anything to turn off that might help.
Any ideas ?
I'm using Firefox 25 and I don't want to update as I will loose some addons I want to keep.

I'm getting strange files on my desktop "0A75SC100" & "0CFSC100" when I use Firefox. Can't open or trash them..

I'm getting strange files on my desktop when I use Firefox. They have no extensions, won't open, & can't be trashed. File names such as 0A75SC100 & 0CFSC100. When I restart my computer they disappear. There does not seem to be a correlation between a website and when these files appear.
Do I have some type of virus?

When I got my imac and used it for a while, for some reason I get .exe, .rm, .mov, and some other files on my desktop
These can safely be ignored as they are probably left over files from something you may have downloaded or only partially download or leftovers from a failed download. The same applies for data transfers
and their filenames are like dhdhdhdhdhd or sjakdshlj34338 and stuff, and when I open them, they are some of my other files I already have, but they appear for no reason. What causes this and how can I prevent this from happening.
Looking at the repitition of letters its more than likely that you are the cause – yes you! You may find it hard to believe but its more than possible that when you think you are typing something and nothing seems to be happening its because you have in fact accidently selected something on your desktop and typed there instead.
I know they are viruses because they loaded just fine

That issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":

It sounds like you have the wrong printer selected.
When you get the Print window, pick another printer from your printer dropdown. You seem to have a fax printer selected instead of a physical printer.
