Am i able to get a credit for an error purchase?

I bought the clean version of Nicki's new album the Prink Print.  I would like to know if I am able to switch it for the other version?

Go to your account info in iTunes, bring up your purchases and click on the album and on "report a problem"

    Why can you not login into the account ? You should be able to if you remember the account's password, if you can't then you can get it reset e.g. by answering your account's security questions : http://iforgot.apple.com
    If you can't reset it via your security questions then contact Support in your country, they should be able to reset your password (and security questions) for you (after they've verified your id and that it's your account).

    I regret to inform you there is no option to display the month text.
    The system works as designed. The "Key and text" option for the      
    infoObject is for display the technical name and the description.

    If you ordered Acrobat via subscription, then you can use either Windows or Mac version.  Just download/install the Mac version, then activate it with your Adobe ID.
    If you purchased the perpetual license, then you need to Contact Customer Care bu chat or phone.

    You would need to contact the app store for a refund. There is usually a “report a problem” link on the original purchase receipt.
    If they don’t have v13 available, tell them you would like to swap for the latest version directly from Adobe.
