Am I able to, on the iMac, to make a slide show with about two thousand photos (low quality), and then can I make a video with the slideshow for upload to a website like youtube?
Keynote ('09) can export your presentation as a QuickTime video, and from Share menu you can also send it to YouTube.

Can Media Encoder take an image sequence in the watch folder and turn it into a video file?
I'm using OSX and Media Encoder 6 (from premier 6) and can't figure out how to make the watch folder take a .jpeg or .dpi sequence and turn it into a single video file.
I tried copying all the stills into the watch folder, that made 60 individual video files (one for each image).
I tried making a folder inside the watch folder, and copying all the images into it.. to which Media Encoder did nothing.
What am I missing? Will Media Encoder take image sequences and render them out as a audio-less video for me?

Still Image Sequences are not supported as source footage through Watch Folders. If a set of still images is placed in the folder being watched, each individual still file will be added as a separate item to the Queue rather than than the entire sequence as a single piece of footage.

What can I do to get back to a point that I can directly purchase Apps from my itouch via wi-fi. I was able to before I purchased an app on my PC and loaded it into the device via the sync cable. My itouch 2G was bought 2nd hand, so when trying to get Apple support I was unable to register my device because I didn't know it's original purchase date. Note: I am still able to download the apps to my computer and load/sync them into the device.

If I bought a no SIM iphone5c would I be able to take the SIM card out my iphone 5 and put it in the iPhone5c? I'm just wondering because it says it has no sim so I'm wondering if it does have SIM card slot?
Both iPhones use the same size SIM Cards. You will be able to simply transfer the iPhone 5 SIM Card to the iPhone 5C SIM Card Tray.

I have downloaded GarageBand and when I first clicked to open it started dowloading a content package. But then in the middle of this it told me that my perfectly fast working internet connection was not availeble. See attached screenshot.
Does anybody know how to solve this?

I recently bought an Airport Express and connected it to my TimeWarner modem. Am able to surf the internet using my MacBook Air, iPad, and Apple TV, but the AirPort Express has a blinking amber light. How could I change it to a green light?

When I swipe up from the bottom of the screen to use control center I am not able to use the music controls for music or podcasts and music controls do not work on the lock screen either is anybody else having this problem???????
Not really sur easy you would be having that problem. Mine works. You might try RESET DEVICE
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost). Then try again and see if it makes a difference -

When I try to reorder different pages it just takes all the pages within the document and turns them into a stack! Why is this happening and how can I oder pages as the update is meant to let me?

I am back in Mavericks and testing Pages 5.2.
There are improvements, we shall see how useful, but in less than a minute I have already discovered bugs.

It sounds like what you are trying to do is edit the choices in a likert field to something other than the default radio button. This is not something that you can do in Formscentral at this time.

Weird clicking sound, iMac freezes or is dead slow, and turns itself off!
I've had my iMac for a good 3-4 years, during which it has been fitted with a new hard drive.
About a year ago, during watching DVDs, there was a weird click-clack sound for a good 10 seconds which was followed by the freeze. Sometimes it would go off, but sometimes the Mac would turn itself off like it had run out of juice. I thought it might've been a power issue.
Nowadays it almost every time presents this clicking sound, and freezing is inevitable. Sometimes there's no warning, the power just goes off. I have unplugged all devices that are using power ie. iPod, but the problem persists.
Could this be a mere power issue? What can the clicking sound be a symptom of?
I'm doing back-up in case the Mac completely shuts down, but I have hope for the machine yet!
I have few months warranty left, keen to sort this out pronto! All comments warmly welcome.
AnneAs I was making the clone with SuperDuper, the process was halted by an error, and I found half of my stuff copied on the external hard drive. It had enough space, but it prompted a dodgy file in 'Frameworks' in the Library which stopped the process. It all looked very benign, and I checked the troubleshooting and it suggested to try again after restarting.
What in fact had happened, was that ALL my music files had disappeared from my hard drive, none of my applications would work on my Mac, even Safari or iTunes, and I was left last night with the blue screen of death. These files were nowhere to be found, ANY of the hard drives.
Ready to chuck the piece.
Thanks for all your advice but this time, it made it worse. I'm getting the Mac a new hard drive as it's still under warranty. As it's the third time I've lost my files, there's hardly a scratch on me.. Taught me not to get attached to things too much. -
