I had purchased an upgrade in Photoshop.com. Am I eligible for Revel Premium? Not all of my pictures have transferred.

I checked your account as you are eligbile for a free year of Revel Premium. It should of been applied to your account after your Photoshop.com account was migrated to Revel. It appears that your account was migreated but you may of had other file formats left in your Photoshop.com. Did you download your other files that were no .jpg files?
If you want to download your images to your computer from Photoshop.com, then please
do the following
1. Install the Adobe Air application http://get.adobe.com/air/
2. Click on this link to install the Adobe Media Down loader

Can't Upgrade to Adobe Revel Premium

I tried to upgrade to Adobe Revel Premium. However, when I got to checkout after adding the upgrade to my cart, all I saw was the information for the upgrade but it didn't say anything about billing. I couldn't pay to upgrade! I tried to get help on the live online chat and I called customer service, but no one could help me with this. Anybody have a solution? Thanks!

Just received an email "Congrats on your Adobe Revel Premium" I'm part of the creative cloud but I have not paid for revel? When I logged on I only have the free subscription. I was excited then disappointed. Did anyone else get this email? Did I have a premium subscription or not?

It sounds very much like one to me. With grammar like that Apple would not employ you. Just delete it and if you receive follow up ones there is a phishing advice contact I will add to this post when I find it.

Adobe Revel Premium subscription

I have purchased Adobe Revel Premium on my cellphone. The subscription does show on the cellphone Revel but the desktop application of Adobe Elements does not show the subscription. It keeps advising that my online storage is almost full and I need to purchase subscription. How do I get the desk top Adobe Elements to recognize the Premium?

Launch the Revel app Select Actions button to enable multiple photo selection. Choose Save Original to Camera Roll

There are two options:
Enable Keep All Originals in Revel app Settings (Mac only).
         This will download all original images that are also stored in the Revel cloud.
         Images will be saved inside the Adobe Revel Library inside you User > Pictures folder.
         To access the originals via Finder, right-click (mousebutton) or Ctrl+click on Pictures/Adobe Revel/Adobe Revel Library & select“Show Package Contents” from the context
         menu. Photos will be organized by date in one or more sub-folders.
Export one or more photos to the hard disk
        Cmd+click, or Shift+click, or choose Cmd-A to select one or more photos.
        Press Cmd-E or choose the Revel app menu item File > Export # Photos
        Choose to export Originals or Current (edited) versions of the photos.

Click on the image that you want to download, then select the download icon to save your image

Uninstall Revel from Mac OS & iOS
Ensure that you have no images waiting for upload in the status view.
iPad, iPhone, or iPad touch
Press and hold the Revel icon until all of the icons wiggle. Then tap the X in the corner of the Revel icon. That will delete all Adobe Revel from the device.
Mac
Open you Applications folder, and drag Adobe Revel to the trash.
Delete the Adobe Revel application cache. This is inside a hidden folder.
Use the Finder menu Go > Go to Folder (Shift+Cmd+G), and enter: ~/Library/Containers/
Select the folder com.adobe.Carousel.mac and drag it to the trash.
If you do not need to preserve the Adobe Revel Library in your Pictures folder or you are certain that you have the original photos stored safely elsewhere.
Drag the Adobe Revel Library.rvl to the trash, which is located on your boot drive at /Users/<your name>/Pictures/Adobe Revel/Adobe Revel Library.rvl

Hi good day, did you download Adobe CS Premium from online or did u buy the original software in a box? I believe adobe blocked all the installation of the cs 1 versions....you'll have to use adobe cs2. I recently re installed the cs2 version on my windows 7 laptop and it works like a charm. How can a get a copy of the license cert for: Adobe Web Premium 5.5

but there are dozens of poosible search combinations I'd have to wade throught since I don't have the Adobe order number or PO number.
Also, I get an "Deploy to id is not linked to End user specified; search aborted" error when using the same numbers as I used to retrieve the SN.

According to me the best option : you can search via approx dates when it was ordered to arrive at the Order number and download the license certificate.
Secondly if the License certificate you require is for the serial keys .. and if you are a CLP customer.. the license key remains the same for all Web Premium CS5.5 ordered by you or your organisation.

The icon for adobe revel is not there in Photoshop 12

When I open photoshop 12 and go to mobile albums the yellow icon for syncing with adobe revel is not there. Also, if the try the drop-down for opening Adobe Revel it is shaded and I cannot open it that way. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

Revel does not require a serial number only your Adobe ID and password. If you are having problems locating a serial number for your Creative Cloud subscription you will need to contact Adobe Customer Support.

I paid for a Premium Adobe revel Premium subscription and have received nothing???!!

Also, you website is out of date, I originally signed up because it said I could upload unlimited for the first month and then a 50 photo restriction thereafter however once I signed up I saw I had a 2 Gig limited opposed on my account. This is false and misleading commercial advertising. However I mad my peace with it, however paying for something (a cloud service of all things) and to not have that reflected in my current account is very disappointing to say the least.

I cannot find my original disks for Adobe Web Premium CS4. How do I move the software from my old laptop to a new one?

I purchased a new laptop and am in the process of installing all my software. Due to a recent move, I cannot find my installation disks for Web Premium CS4. Is there a way to move the software from the old laptop to the new one? I am a casual user of the software and do not want to upgrade to a new version.

Optimising MacBook Pro (2009) for Adobe Design Premium.

Hello I have recently found that brushes in Adobe Photoshop (CS5 extended) have been lagging on my MacBook Pro and was wondering why this could be ?
I have dedicated more than enough internal memory to photoshop (over 70 %) so I know that cannot be the issue yet at this moment and time every time I make a stroke the input lags behind.
Coincidentally I have noticed many media players I have accessed online have been failing for some reason and wonder if I may have a bug ?
Everything else seems in full working order and nothing else seems effected so if there was anything I could do to optimize my computer for graphics programs I would be grateful for peoples input.

You're correct that it's not possible to tell Photoshop to use only part of a disk or volume (partition on a disk) for its scratch disk. Don't bother asking Adobe about it — it can't be done.
You're also correct in supposing that a fast external hard drive (or a partition on one) could be designated as Photoshop's scratch disk, possibly with beneficial results. But for the sake of speed, make it a 7200 RPM drive, and connect it to the computer via Thunderbolt or FireWire 800, not USB or FireWire 400. A 5400 RPM USB or FW 400 drive would be slower than your internal drive.
If you have 149GB of free space available on your internal drive, you don't need to delete anything from it to regain space unless it's a 1TB drive that you've installed yourself. a brody's comments above about insufficient free space and deleting data to free up more were based on a misunderstanding of the statistics you were quoting.
You may be able to improve Photoshop's performance a bit, without doing anything else, just by makiing sure it's the only application running when you use it and/or restarting your computer just before opening PS. This would be well worth a try.

Middle East, Arabic, Hebrew language for Adobe Design Standard or Premium?

Where can I find those? Are there trials for Adobe Design Premium or Standard, any version from CS3 onwards in Middle East, Arabic or Hebrew language?
Either to buy or to download. If not from Adobe itself, what sites can be trusted?
I see some upgrade language kits from languagesource dot com for example but not sure about those.
Any suggestions?
