Am I supposed to have a VOL number or an email wit...
I ordered BT Infinity on Monday 31st March on the telephone.
I have an activation date of 11th April.
Although I have received a couple of emails from BT I seem to recall being told that one of the emails would confirm details/prices etc. This is not the case so far.
Is this normal?

To answer my own question I contacted BT and they tell me that the email did not go on the system to be sent, for some reason. They've sent a letter and will send the email now.

At the present time, audiobooks are a one-time download and cannot be redownloaded again for free. You can try contacting the iTunes store to see if they would grant you an exception: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.

When you purchased the cloud, shouldn't you supposed to have the serial number?
I just purchased Cloud 3 days ago, but why there's still "30 days trials" for me to use? Shouldn't I have the product serial number? Thanks.
Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

my hard drive melted down and had to be replaced. I don't have my serial number or the email from it to reinstall my copy of Flash CS5.5. how do I get a new one? Can someone just verify my purchase and email me a new one?

Hi. Welcome to the forums.
As far as I know, the VOL order number is on one of your broadband emails, possibly the one about Activation. That email may have ended up in a spam folder, which is typically only accessible via webmail using a browser.

I have photos I want to group together in one album, but can't do this because some may have the same number. How can I combine them all into one album? I was trying to move several albums onto a USB drive and it stated all other files exist at this location. They are pictures taken at different times and have the same number I guess.
In iPhoto albums may contain photos with the same file name - iPhoto handles that just fine
If you are exporting them to move somewhere else use the sequential file name feature of export to give each file a unique name

I have quicktime pro and it does NOT have the screen record mode that Quicktime is suppose to have. Can I uninstall it and go back to an older version that would have screen recording? If so, how? Step by step needed. Thank you for your time.
Did you remove Quicktime X?
On a normal install Quicktime 7 is installed in the Utilities folder and Quicktime Pro in the main Applications folder.
You will need to reinstall OS X to get Quicktime X back if you have deleted it.
I notice yor profile says 10.5.8. Quicktime X is only available on 10.6 and above. -
i have the adobe cloud 9.99/ month photography package i downloaded lightroom 5.4, it told me it was a trial version, and i'm now at the end of the trial and it won't let me download the full version and i don't have a serial number. also, when i click buy, i get an error message saying, "application not found."
There are two different LR’s, one with a serial-number licensing and one with a CC-signin license.
You should uninstall the serial-number LR you have installed, then
Quit the CC Desktop application,
Restart the CC Desktop application—this will rescan what you have installed and not see LR,
LR will now be on the CC Desktiop apps list, so install that. -
I am unable to reinstall Photoshop CS6 (I do have the serial number) on my Macbook Pro 10.9.5 (Mavericks os). and am getting the message "Installation on case-sensitive volumes is not supported. Please choose a different volume for installation." I am further told that "Adobe apps cannot be installed on case-sensitive drives, you need to Install the product onto an HFS+ or HFSJ non-case-sensitive drive."
What I don't understand is this: I originally bought and installed Photoshop CS6 back in March 2013, and it worked fine. Yesterday my hard drive had to be replaced and my computer person salvaged as much of what was on it as he could, but now I have to reinstall Photoshop. 1) Why did it work before and it's not working now? 2) Is there anything I can do that does not involve reformatting the hard drive?It means what it says. The "computer person" formatted it wrongly/ unsuitably. it needs to be formatted again.

I am unable to upgrade to ios 7. It is telling me that I don't have enough storage to upgrade. I checked my usage and it says that have used 6.2 GB and that I have 151MB available. I thought that the phone is supposed to have 16GB? I have already deletes some pictures videos and apps... not much has changed. What should I do??
Also, I just got photostream and when I went to look throught the pictures on photostream, some have started distorting. The images seem to be zoomed in so much and I can't unzoom them. I worried that it will start ruining the photos on my laptop.As Carolyn said, you'll need to have space on your device. One option is to delete some old applications.
Another options is to temporarily remove your music.
Another option is to transfer some photos to your computer to make space. To do this, open iPhoto and click "import photos. Just be sure to check the option "Delete items from camera after downloading" or you won't actually delete anything and won't make any space!

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
Have you checked the purchase history on your account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
