AM RADIO PLAYING UNDER MUSIC... DRIVING ME CRAZY

Does anyone know how i can stop an AM radio station that plays faintly underneath all music being streamed from my powerbook thru airport express into my receiver??
When i first hooked it up, everything was fine except for a very faint frequency noise. Now it's a terrible AM radio station that is rivaling the music im streaming.
One thing i noticed is in the middle of the night, it no longer has the radio station...
anyone? anyone?

Sometimes in the evening I hear a radio playing thru the CD player where my AEX is hooked up. Happenshe CD player is powered on, the AEX is plugged into the AUX port but nothing is streaming from my computer. The AEX definitely picks up stray radio signals.

IPhone 4S Sych of music driving me crazy!!!

My new iPhone is giving me so much grief with synching music.
I select the playlists, genius lists, artists etc that I want to synch.
I tell the phone to synch, it goes through the motions but then many of the songs won't transfer.
Some of the playlists it synchs just the name but no songs, others it leaves out completely - no playlist name, no tracks etc.
It's not an issue with space as I have over 25g free.
I have restored 2 or 3 times now & that hasn't fixed it.

For some reason, I think after the latest iTunes update lots of my music had become 'unchecked'.
All of the music in the main playlist I was having trouble with was like this.
I have now marked it as checked & bingo! Transfered...

I have a Pioneer DEH-2350UBSW. Can anyone please help.

It is a stick, Cruzer Blade 16gig.
In the manual it says the following about the USB storage device:
1. Playable folder hierarchy is up to 8 tiers
2. Playable folders up to 500
3. Playable files up to 15 000
Under sequence of audio files it says that the user cannot assign folder numbers and specify playback sequences with this unit. It also gives an example of a hierarchy:
01 - folder
Under that is 02 which is also a folder
Under that are compressed audio files 01 to 05: folder number
Under that there is another folder same concept as above - I have attached that part of the manual in this response.
I named my folder - Folder 001 Artists name and then in that folder I added the tracks as:
001 Song title
002 song title
It played the 1st song in the folder and skipped to the next folder, I can't even locate the other tracks.
On another folder I saved 31 songs but only 29 played so I am not sure whether there is a limit.
All I need is an example of how to number and name everything.

You may have already done this, but try de-authorizing your computer (through the iTunes:Store menu) and then re-authorizing it.

After having experienced similar problems and having it back to work, I have a few suggestions:
- Try to find out if the syncing stops at a particular track or song. That might - out of the blue - have gotten corrupted in one way or another. Since that song will not be on the iPod, iTunes will try over and over to put it on and crash in one way or another;
- reformat the iPod as described in the iTunes 9 crash-thread. It takes time (at first it seems to do nothing, but that is because the green bar is moving with very small steps);

I don't know if this is what you really want, but I created a Playlist for Radio, and add some of the stations I like from websites. (If you click on the web-links they load into iTunes in the Sidebar). And you can also add individual Radio stations from the top right,(under Apple) to a Playlist. That's the only way I know to have them in the Sidebar.
Z_ZS-B, You also helped me to find the old Radio list! I didn't even know it was up on the right, under Apple. I haven't liked this version of iTunes so I hadn't even bothered to try and figure it out until now, but because I just bought a my first iPod Shuffle I'm determined to bend this version to my will. ;-)

This got me curious when I first saw it... It does indeed seem very Un-Apple-like (at least historically) to prevent a user from customizing their own device - Mac or iDevice - but today I'm unsure. I cannot grasp how a UX designer could leave a simple "OFF" switch out of the control panel. Another thing that Music Data Streaming does is eat up your Data Plan.
This May not be the exact issue as you describe, but seems to solve an issue of a Radio Playlist in iTunes resuming where it left off from the last use...

Play last song on list, songs will then stop. Works for me on iPad. Haven't tried yet on iPhone.
It is likely that THIS may be part of the real reason to push the iTunes Radio feature - revenue stream (nobody remembers "Payola?"):

Apple TV 2 shows Playlisted Radio Station Genres under Music.

It's more annoying than anything else, but Apple TV and Apple Remote show Radio Station Genres while browsing Music Genres on my PC library. Naturally, when you select that Genre the either device reports 'No Songs' in the libray.
In order to remember three Internet Radio Stations, I dragged them into a Playlist titled Radio Stations on my PC library. As a result, those 'odd' Genres now show up under Music as described above when using Apple TV to access my library or using Apple Remote on my iPhone to access my library.
I guess the only way to stop seeing those Radio Station Genres is to delete the Radio Station Playlist, but then that sort of defeats the purpose of using that function for when I'm sitting in front of my PC.
Am I missing a simple solution?

I was thinking that would be the case.
It is odd, however, that when I use Apple Remote to control the Apple TV and use 'Computers' to access my PC library rather than swipe 'Control' (or the Apple TV remote itself), the Music Genres show up correctly; as in without displaying the Radio Station Genres!
It's when I control my PC library directly with Apple Remote or access my PC library with Apple TV that the Radio Station Genres appear under Music.
It does seem a bit inconsistent and a not intuitive.
Oh, well. Thought I'd ask!

They made it a bit difficult to find.
First select Music from the icon at the upper left:
... or select "Show Sidebar" from the View menu, and choose "Music":
... then you will find the Radio selection here:
Also make sure "Radio" is selected in Preferences > General:

Check and make sure the repeat indicator isn't set to repeat the same song. It will have a little number 1 inside a circle on it if it is. Just keep hitting it until it goes white. It will cycle through repeat all, repeat 1, and repeat none.

When I download music into Itunes and move songs into playlists, Itunes has twice randomly deleted all recently added songs from the playlists they have been added to. It is driving me crazy. Has anyone else had this problem?

When I download music into Itunes on my PC, every song is transferred into a specific playlist. Twice now when I have opened up Itunes, all the recent songs that have been moved into playlists have been deleted by Itunes. I now have to go back and figure out which songs are missing and re-add them. It is driving me crazy. I have 10,000 songs and now have no idea which ones are missing and which ones have been retained.

It sounds like songs are missing from iTunes on your PC, and need to be re-added. I know that can be a frustrating situation.

ITunes Radio isn't showing up under Music app

I finally have iOS7 downloaded, but iTunes Radio isn't showing up under Music app. I only have access to my music in the cloud, genius playlists, etc. Why doesn't the radio show up? Am I looking in the wrong place? I tried a reset, but still not showing up. Maybe I am just blind or something. Working fine on my iPad

It seems like the iTunes Radio is only available for users in the US at the moment, with no comment on how long it will take for it to be distributed to other contries. So if any of you is outside the US, it seems you are out of luck for the time being.
