Based on my research, we can find many same issues related to Ralink RT3592 wireless card.
Meanwhile, I analyzed the dump file from the same case provided by customer in other forum.
Crash DMP points to netr28x.sys.
Netr28x.sys is Ralink driver.
I suggest we try the following driver to test it.

On the latest preview build (9926) Neither the in box driver for AMD provided by microsoft nor the latest official driver from AMDs website work. It was working fine on the last preview build.

All Windows Update would install if I was to downgrade back to the in box driver Windows 10 provides would be the latest one on AMDs site which as I already stated does not work either. I have tried a complete fresh install of the Windows build to see

Display driver error Windows 7

I recently installed a new hard drive in my T61 and did a clean installation of Windows 7. My laptop now stalls a bit and the screen goes black and then the screen returns to normal and a message pops up informing me that the display driver has an error but fixed itself. This keeps happening and I'm wondering if there's anything that can be done to fix it? Also, my cursor is skipping around a bit. I'm not sure if these problems are related...
I made sure to update the drivers and BIOS with ThinkVantage Update 4.0 so I'm not sure if maybe there is an additional driver that I need to install. Any help would be appreciated!

Under Microsoft Windows 7, software is normally uninstalled from the Programs and Features applet (filename: APPWIZ.CPL) in the Control Panel.
These days, having the correct device drivers for your video chip (and having them correctly installed) is more of a requirement than an option, since so many features of recent versions of Windows depend upon having correctly functioning video (i.e., being able to display 24-bit color, support for higher resolutions, Aero Glass support and so forth).
If you are uncomforable or unsure of the exact steps, perhaps a more PC-savvy friend could assist you, or you could call Lenovo tech support and get a second opinion or a walk-through on how to reinstall the video device driver software for your ThinkPad T61.

AMD R5 M230 ON WINDOWS 7 X64 DOESNT WORK

So I just installed Windows 7 ultimate x64 on my lenovo g40 with the amd radeon r5 m230. I installed the drivers of the graphic card but the system does not recognize it. I looked on the device manager and it shows this:
-AMD Radeon R5 M230 with a yellow triangle.
-Standard VGA Graphic card -working fine
I saw a thread that said that I should install the intel driver and then the amd driver but when I try to install the intel vga driver it shows this:
"This system does not meet the minimum requirements to install this software"
I have tried installing the amd drivers and nothing works. The aero does not want to work.
What can I do? Thanks

Just to verify, do you have the G40-30 or the G40-70?
For the G40-30, this is uses an Intel Celeron N2830 processor, in whicn you need to install this graphics driver:
Intel VGA Driver for 64-bit Windows
If you have the G40-70, this is either powered by an I3/i5/i7 processor, and you need to install this graphics driver:
Intel VGA Driver for Windows 7 (64-bit) - Lenovo G40-70, G50-70
or
Intel® Iris™ and HD Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8/8.1 64bit
When finished, install the AMD R5 M230 driver:
AMD VGA Driver for Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit) or try this AMD R5 M230 driver directly from AMD website and observe.

Satellite U200-115 - CD Rom error - can't activate the drive from windows

Hi everyone,
I'm having some problems with my DVD rewriter drive on my Satellite U200-115.
It works very intermittently and whenever I power up the machine, the first notice I get is 'cd-rom error' even though there is no disc in the drive.
I can't activate the drive from windows either (icon in system tray).
There is the odd occassion when the drive does work in windows but this is so infrequent that I can't remember the last time (I think it was back in Nov 08).
I want to restore the system as I am getting a lot of windows file icons instead of the proper icons for images e.g. pdf, doc, etc. but am worried that the drive wont read the disc or will stop working during the recovery process.
Any ideas would be gratefully received.

If its a software issue the drive will not stop working during the recovery procedure.
Do you get a CD-ROM error in Windows?
You could try to boot from a Linux boot disk. If this work it would be a software problem and not a hardware problem.

Hi, I'd like to inform you that the error code 0xE0000235 refers to "Error in WOW64". This can be caused by corrupted or incompatible driver of the Video Capture Card. Similar issue may also occur on other driver on other operating system and I don't think
this can be caused by SBS2008 blocking the driver.
I suggest you contact with GeoVision Technical Support (http://www.geovision.com.tw/english/4_0.asp) and see if their driver should work on SBS2008 and make sure that you have downloaded
latest driver from their site:

Point and Print Restrictions policy to Disabled. Then monitor the result.

BH-111 with windows 8.1 Driver Error

I have recently purcharsed the BH-111 and an inateck (BTA-CSR4B5) bluetooth dongle and have successfully gotten the headset to play sound, but it won't fully pair and use the microphone or media controls.
When in the device manager it says Driver Error
The dongle supplyer states that the device is bluetooth 4.0, but backwards compatible with 2.1 (which is what this headset has) so there should be no issue with full use of the BH-111 and my laptop.
Please can you advise what I need to do

I see that you don't have the options for the paper types to select in the print driver. I would be happy to help you.
Depending on if you installed the printer by plugging in the USB cable and using the Windows preinstalled driver, or used the downloaded HP Color LaserJet Plug and Play Package. I would suggest to uninstall and download and install the Plug and Play Package if you haven't already.
Download and run the Print and Scan Doctor. It will diagnose the issue and might automatically resolve it. http://www.hp.com/go/tools>Using HP Diagnostic Tools for HP Printers in Windows.
What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, any error messages)

Hi all, My model is Sony Vaio SVF15213SNB. I had upgraded to windows 8.1 about a year ago from windows 8 using windows store. Recently i had issues with my Vaio and want to refresh back to windows 8. But when i tried to refresh using Assist key on my vaio, i get an error " driver where windows is installed is locked, please unlock the drive and try again" and i am unable to refresh. Yes, it is either 5.0.1 or 5.0.2, not sure which.
But it would likely require you purchase Mountain Lion to upgrade. But you can update to 10.7.5 for free to see what you get.
Upgrading to Mountain Lion
To upgrade to Mountain Lion you must have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 or Lion installed. Purchase and download Mountain Lion from the App Store. Sign in using your Apple ID. Mountain Lion is $19.99 plus tax. Recommended order of installation for the first 4:
1. Intel chipset installation utility and reboot.
2. AMD graphics driver and reboot. Note: This installs the drivers for both the AMD and Intel GPU's.
3. IDT Audio driver and reboot.
4. Realtek ethernet driver and reboot.
Then you can install whatever else you need in any order you want.

Intel 3000 Graphics driver from windows update failing to install. Error 800F0244

Hi all, So an update has come through windows update for my embedded graphics which is an Intel HD 3000. Problem is the update keeps failing. Tried restarting and nothing changed. I ended up jumping on to the Windows Forums and seems like this problem has just started to pop up for quite alot of users and no solution yet. This is what the windows website says for the Error : SPAPI_E_SIGNATURE_OSATTRIBUTE_MISMATCH0x800F0244 The software was tested for compliance with Windows Logo requirements on a different version of Windows, and may not be compatible with this version. Hi Everyone , So after a few minutes of digging around this is what I found. This is the driver version that is failing for intel HD 3000. ( 9.17.10.4229 ) So I thought I'd check the driver on the Intel site, to see if it was the latest, which it was .. (9.17.10.4229) And this is the driver currently installed for my HD 3000... and as noted its ( 9.17.10.4229 ) SO its seems this problm is a windows update issue and the most current driver is available through intels website.
