Is there a limit amount of apps that can be added onto the old iPhone?

The limit to the amount of applications that can be added to the iPhone is based on the amount of memory you have available. However, the amount of visible applications is limited to the 9 home pages you can have.

Iphone 5 recommended amount of apps

Hi, what is the recommended amount of apps to have on an iphone before it gets all slow and laggy ?. I am currently using an Iphone 5 16gb.

On the iPhones 4 and 4S, too many pictures in the Camera Roll would cause the Camera app to be very slow to load. I haven't noticed that in on the iPhone 5.
As noted number of apps should not cause a problem. I have a 32 gig model with 279 apps, 287 songs ad 2678 photos. No problems at all. Obivously, if you fill up the availbe capacity of the phone, you won't be able to download more apps or take more pictures.

Do the amount of apps on the smartwatch shorten batterylife?

I installed apps that work with my new Smartwatch SW2. I see battery going low quickly, i now already put the brightness of the screen down so that could help, but i am interested if the amount of apps( symbols) on the Smartwatch influence also the batterylife? And is there already a good app to extend batterylife?

This is a tricky question. The amount of icons (apps) shown on your SW2 display does not consume more battery. I think its more a question about how the installed app's works with your SW2. If they are communicating with the clock in the background or not.
I'm not aware of any extended battery app for SW2.
How long battery time are we talking about? And could you share a little more about how you use your SW2?

No I did not change the email that I used to create the account.... Someone made new security questions and when I went to change them I had to verify and it sent the answers to an email address... Get this though... The email address that it sent the answers too waste letters in the middle were starred out like this t*****@aol.com. That's not my email. Why did it not send the questions to my apple ID email account right? if you know how to change the email to a new one that would be awesome if you could share that info with me.

Capturing credit memo amount in APP ( F110 )

Dear Experts ,
we are using F110 for Automatic Payment clearing ( APP) at the time of running this credit memo amount is capturing , for example we need to pay the amount to vendor is 100/-, credit memo amount is 10/- net amount payable is 90/-. Instead of 90/- it is showing 100/- so that our users posting the amounts manually. Please give me advice .

Re- what is the Importance currency in the Available amounts of APP

We are maintained one House Bank in UAE under that we have maintained 2 sub accounts in which one for USD currency another one is AE currency. We are Maintained Different GL Accounts for the both sub accounts . GL Account currency followed by company code currency.
at the time of FBZP in Bank determination for Available Amount i could be mentained Subaccount Depedent currency or GL Account Currency.

In available Amounts (FBZP), currency is for the combination of House Bank and Account ID. A house can make payments in multiple currencies. So currency and available amount of that currency can be maintained in this screen.

Bundles and amount of apps

Questions about Adobe Digital Publishing Suite Professional edition:
1. Can you publish as many applications as you want, on both android and apple platform, on one license or do you have to buy several editions for several apps?
2. When it comes to bundles in professional edition we are unsure if these bundles must be bought for the release of all applications on the different platforms – or if it is just the applications that are out for sale, or if it is just the multi .folio apps, or just the multi .folio apps that are for sale. It would be a disaster to release a free app or digital magazine that becomes popular and be ruined because of it.
I would be grateful for an answer!

1. You can publish as many applications as you want on all our supported platforms with a single Professional Edition license.
2. Any application that downloads published content (which is content you went into Folio Producer and clicked "publish" on) will count against the download bundle. It doesn't matter how you've decided to distribute that application or whether you chose to charge your readers for it.

The apple approved updates for an iPad 1 max out at 5.1.1. If you find a way to put iOS6 or 7 on there you'll be jailbraking it, which means Apple washes their hands of your device.
unfortunately, software moves faster than hardware. You will likely find, if you manage to hack your device and put 6 or 7 on it that you'll end up with a non functioning brick. Apple doesn't put iOS6 on the iPad one because the one simply lacks the power to run the newer operating system.

Where can I see the amount of Downloads of my free app

I cant seems to find the amount of Apps being downloaded of my App 2Visitus " Counter". Can I find this somewhere, or can one only see apps that is sold for money.

Gifting an app unlimited amount ?

Hi I am currently in the process of getting an app ready to submit to app store. I was going to put it on kickstarter to see if I can get some of it funded. I wanted to give out free apps to donators on it. Can I give an unlimted amount of apps out through the gift your app option ? Or is there a cap ? What is the process for giving out a large amount ?

From the consumer's (not the developer's) perspective, gifting works like this:
I specify I am going to gift an app to a specific individual (email address required). The amount of the gift is immediately deducted from my Apple ID account.
So if I choose to gift, to, say, 392 people, and the app costs $1, then I would supply the 392 email addresses and the source of payment associated with my Apple ID would be debited $392.

Iphone 4s Apps wont update on Iphone/Itunes

So i got the new Iphone 4s and noticed after the first week i was unablet to Update apps. I have called the Tech Service and they were unable to provid an accurate answer. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with the new phone and if so how does one fix it.
In itunes it states that its downloaded but its grayed out. and if i delete the app it shows up that i can download again (which ***** because i have about 35 apps and most of them cost money.)
On Iphone 4s with 5.0.1 software it is showing i have the same amount of apps that need to be updated however when i click update it says unable to connect to the itunes store (in a pop up window.)
Please let me know how to fix this problem....

Seems I have only been able to update by using my computer and the iTunes app area for updates. What a royal pain, wish I stayed with my 4s.

HT201304 What happens if you are disputing an in-app purchase with a vendor that is in CHina and is not understanding your issue and refuses to add the disputed purchase or refund the purchase?

I made an in app purchase and the game (Happy Farm) crashed but I completed the purchase on my iPad's Home screen because the Confirm purchase window popped up before I could relaunch the game. When I launched the game the purchase (which was Gems) was not showing so I took a screen shot of the game window showing 211 diamonds, which was the amount I started with, (the purchase was for 258 gems so my total should be 499). I then took a screenshot of myhome screen showing the time of day. I went back to the game repurchased the same amount, the app did not crash this time and I was credited with correct about of gems 211 +258 = 499... Took a snapshot of that screen. went back to my home screen and took a screen shot to show the time again. Well after sending Happy Farm all of this evidence, they responded that they gave me all the gems and I just used them all. I don't believe that they understand that my app crashed and during the 1st transaction and I clicked the Buy button (in the Confirm purchase window) on my Home screen not in the App, got charged but did NOT recieve the gems when I relaunched the app. I have more proof than most people and they are still calling me a liar... I need intervention from iTunes App store and I don't know how to get them to mediate this dispute. Do you know how I can get in touch with the App store?

Is it possible to have two app icons for the same app?

I work with Assistive Technologies that enable people with various disabilites to use computing devices, such as the iPad. Some people do not have the fine motor skills to precisely tap the intended app icon. If I had a page full of app icons that launched the same app then I might have a workaround.

At the moment, no. The app store won't let you re-download an app already installed, and they all come in single icons.
The accessibility settings enable a zoom feature, but if your clients have difficulty tapping an app, they may have issues using three fingers simultaneously to zoom in/out.
There is a voice ability, but I've just spent the last 10 minutes playing with it and successfully called everyone in my phonebook (And i only wanted to open iBooks)
If you turn the iPad landscape you still have the same amount of apps on the page, just spaced out a little more, giving more margin for error/ But this still requires the same 'touch space area' to activate the app.
This might be something Apple could look at, with pressure from users such as yourself and your clients.
