Hi All,
I have created Formula in BEx, but the result shows with X. for example "$200.00 X". How to get rid of X?

Use the function NoDim.
You can find it under the data functions (unit without dimension) in the formula editor.

PE51 - Deduction Wage Type amount showing with a negative "-" sign

Dear All,
We have pay slip configured for the client in PE51 - HR Foms Editor.
Here, we have added the deduction wage types in Window tab and Cumulations tab.
However, when we generate the pay slip, the custom wage types which are defined in deductions show up the amount with a negative " - " sign.
Please advise how this negative sign can be removed.
Please note that in Cumulations tab, under deductions, the MS value against all the deductions wage type is " +"

Use the transaction ABF1 PK 70 and 75 fill in the g/l account from the asset and TType 100. Don't fill in asset number.
Give only for this case authorization for ABF1 when the values are ok take away this authorization

Closed orders in R3 showing as open in BEx

Hi,
Good Day!
So, I am trying to execute a report which shows me sales orders' status. I notice that few orders which are showing as completed in VA02 are showing as open in BEx report/BW.
I had looked further into this and observed that the schedule lines are splitting in BW even if the order line item has only 1 schedule line in ECC.
Now among these multiple scheudle lines in BW, few have status same as R3 status and few differ,
Could anybody please throw some light on this as to why the lines are splitting in BW?
Also, I suspect this to be the reason that the orders are showing as open in report(based on the differing schedule lines)
For tallying with ECC values, I have used VA02 tcode and VBUP table for status(overall delivery status and goods movement status)
I am not very familiar with SD concepts, so if anybody can help me it would be great.
Below is a screenshot showing an example order that is wrongly showing up in the rpeort. As you see, it has several schedule lines with different statuses(This order shows completed in Ecc)

Yes..I am using SD_O01 whcih has the keys sales ord, sales ord item, fiscvrnt and sched line.
I am having two records with these as keys..1 with sched line '1' and the other with sched line '2'.
The one with sched line '2' has overall del status as A(open)
Theres only one line for each sched line in the DSO. Its a std one.
The rpeort is built on a multi.
The DSO feeds data to a cube which is used in the multi.
I understand that the LOs bring in before and after image. The below screenshot shows the values i currently have in the PSA table for the error sales order.
Below is the VA03 display
So, here I have only one item for this SO which has only one sched line.
Could you please explain why i see 2 sched lines in PSA and that too few records have same keys(PSa screenshot)?
Please help me understand hwo the PSA is getting populated with teh above shown records

Can someone upload a photo of their itunes tv shows with multiple seasons? I am wondering if you get different artwork background for each season of that show.

I have upgraded to iTunes 11. Its good. Few bugs but good. Anyway, i have quite a few tv shows with multiple seasons. YOu know how album artwork in music has a theme for each album when you open it.... Is it the same for the differnt seasons in a show? I know a show has a theme but like there is different cover art for each season but only the first season cover art themes for the entire show. Is that how they all are or just mine. If so how do i fix it. Its not really a big deal but it is annoying me alot.

Actually, for me, it displays the artwork for the second season of the show I have. This is because that season has the highest amount of high star-ratings for its episodes over the rest of the seasons. If you don't give ratings for your episodes, then it probably chose the first season by default. I think episode length also plays a factor, like it shows the artwork of the longest episode or something if star-ratings don't make a difference.

I am facing Problem with my Bi Bex Analyzer 7.10 .
I have Windows 7 with Office 2007 insatlled on my Machine and SAP GUI 7.10 with patch 11.
When i Open the Bex Analyzer and click on OPEN Query, it shows me the German Laguage istead of English ( Open Query )
and the Open query Icon is not responding
Hence my Bex Analayzer is not working .
Is there any MS Office 2007 Patch that i have to istalled on the The Machine .
Please advice.

Hi Nilesh,
To see the text in English,you have to login to backend with Language as "EN" in the Logon Screen.
To make the icons work in Analysis and Design Toolbar,you can install in KB from Microsoft.

Close Analyzer,install this KB and then Launch Analyzer.
This will solve your issue.

Amount Due With Order prices as zero iStore Order Detail page.

   I am using Oracle Ebs R12.0.6 and have enabled OM System parameter Enable Recurring Charges to yes .So we are showing
   Amount Due With Order Prices in Order Detail page of iStore. Can some body please explain what exactly these price will show. will it show same
   price as One Time Price , Order Total and Subtotal as in Order Management . How can show the correct Amount due with order prices , is there any settings.
I have enable IBE : Recurring Charges Profile set to yes and IBE : Enable Pay now set to as specified in iStore R12 Shopping Cart and Order Review shows Subtotal and Total Due as zero (Doc ID 733523.1) .But Still
the prices are showing as zero .

Hi,
If I understand you correctly, you could simply use a crosstab at the begginning of your report to summarize all customers. If you put it alone in its section you'll be able to specify that you want a page break after.
The remaining of the report should be a simple report where you group on your customer and the detail line showing a sale.
finally, if I was wrong above and you still need subreports, you can use a shared variable (or a parameter) to allow the main report to receive the total from the subreport.

How can I share a Keynote show with a large audience using Outlook email?

I am working with a corporate client with a global employee audience of 7,000. They use Outlook as their email platform. Can I create an animated Keynote show and embed it into an Outlook email? So that the user opens the email note, and is either immediately presented with the animated show, or would click a play button to start the animated Keynote? Do I have to house the Keynote show on YouTube, or some other server?
There is no sound, only animation, and the entire show is approximately 75 seconds in length.

Many servers won't accept attachments beyond a certain size, many people operate with strict mailbox size limits, and so your message may never arrive at its destination. I'd encourage you to do something else. For example, I think you can create a movie file - possibly using iMovie, I'm not sure though. Do that and upload it to YouTube, then send people an e-mail invitation to view it. If desired, YouTube allows you to set it to be viewable only to those who are invited and not to the general public.

Key Figure value in Cube showing with extra zeros

Loaded data into the cube. When I display the result
Key figure values are showing with 2 extra zeroes and Quantity value shaowing with 3 extra zeroes.

When display value from cube

Why zero is showing? How can I display the original value? In PSA, values are showing correctly.

Hi,
These are the zeroes after the decimal places. this is the property of the key figure.
In your report you can change the display value. In the display properties of the Key figure under the number of decimal places make it as 0. This will remove the zeroes.

I'm trying to share to Media Browser a 20 minute still slide show with music and text. I have tried several times to save at 1080 HD, but just before it's finished, a message box pops up saying "File already open with write permission." What's this mean?

I'm trying to finalize/share to Media Browser a 20 minute still slide show with music and text. I'd like to finalize it 1080 hd and have tried several times, but just before it's finished, a message box pops up saying it can't be done because "File already open with with write permission." What does this mean? All files are closed; this iMovie project is the only thing open. Does it mean one of the song files from iTunes? And should I just settle for saving it as a "large" file, which is what I'm trying right now?

I have found that scrolling through the album list (past albums without art) triggers the progress wheel next to the wifi symbol. You can scroll quickly through the whole collection and then wait! Artwork will appear gradually...
However, repeat visits to the Music App might initially show no artwork again, but it might spontaneously appear more quickly this time. The bad news is that the whole Music App is now sluggish as ****...

Please help me to share a slide show with friends. Don't know how to do this. I was able to make the slide show, but now want to send through email and don't know how to do this. I've export the file, but can't seem to get it onto email.

Most likely you don't share via email.
Many email services have an attachment limit of 20mb and some a limit of 10mb. As emails are sent through an array of relays, the effective limit is the smallest file size allowed on any of the relays. That means that video is rarely suitable for emailing as the files are too large.
Then there's the whole issue of Codecs and not all machines will have the codecs to play all videos.
Finally, sharing video from iPhoto via email is not supported. You need to export the slideshow to the desktop - and that will make a video of it.
Assuming it's not too big, which would be rare, attach that to the email from the desktop.
Other than that your options include:
Upload it to a sharing site like YouTube or Vimeo and email a link - these will allow the recipient to view the material online. That will avoid the codec issues mentions, and the person can still download the video file if they wish.
Upload it to sharing services like Dropbox or YouSendIt and email a link. This will require that they downoad the material to their machines to view.
