Amount written-off from AUC

Dear All,
We would like to get the information regarding the amount which has written-off from AUC for a particular fiscal year.
For this, in standard SAP, which report we can look for?
I request you to all, could you please kindly provide your values.
Thanks with regards,

  • FI-AA: Unable to settle costs off of AUC

In Depreciation area 01 (Book Depreciation), planned/posted values were recorded on an AUC via settlement from WBS Elements during FY 2006.
In Depreciation area 80 (Insurance Values), planned/posted values were recorded on an AUC via settlement from WBS Elements during FY 2006.  Planned depreciation values are calculated and post as Non-Insurable value on the AUC during FY 2006.
In FY 2007, all values posted to the associated WBS Element are journal entried off to another WBS Element and the AUC is zeroed out once the settlement from the WBS Element has posted.  The Non-Insurable value has been carried forward to FY 2007 and remains on AUC.
In FY 2008, an AMR is created.  Both Settlement to AMR for Current Year and Settlement to AMR for Prior Year are executed but the Non-Insurable value still remains on the AUC.  This has prevented us from Closing the WBS Element and deactivating the AUC.
I'm assuming that when you execute Settlement to AMR - Prior Year that it only goes back and looks at the previous FY and not all previous years, which is why the Non-Insurable value remains on the AUC.
I need to clear this Non-Insurable value, which was posted two years ago, off the AUC so that we can Close the WBS Element.  Any ideas on how to do that?
Also when it comes to AMR creation, is it common practice to create the AMR at the same time the AUC is created or at least have the AMR created by the end of the next FY?  In our situation above I think if we would have created the AMR in FY 2007 and executed Settlement to AMR - Prior FY in FY 2007 we not have encountered this problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for the response.
Note 425601, if I'm reading it correctly, explains how to settle costs posted in previous years from the WBS Element to an AUC.
In my situation all costs have been settled from the WBS Element.  I have an AUC that has costs on it from two years ago that I don't know how to settle to an AMR.  This preventing us from Closing the WBS Element.

  • License value written off does not agree with total of assigned documents

    Hi,
We have a license in GTS with a total written off value that is greater then the total value of all the orders assigend to it. I believe this may have been caused by an issue we had with transferring the orders from R3 to GTS. We had a large order taht was failing to completely transfer due to the log in GTS being full. We changed the config to delete the old logs and only save the ne wlog and the ordre now transfers correctly. However, it looks like an item is still incorrectly written off the license. I ahve tried removing and reassigning the license etc with no luck. Is ther a prgm or tcode that can be used to recalculate the correct written off/assigend balance on a license?
    Thanks,
    Brian Sisco

No. You would need to cancel the docs in ECC or at least reverse it.

  • Transfer Costs from AUC to Work Order

    Hi,
Pre go-live balaces where loaded directly to the AUC, as opposed to the Work Order then settled to the AUC.
All of our capital reporting is done at work order level, therefore I want to transfer the balance from the AUC to the work order and then re-settle the work order back to the AUC. At present we cannot see the legacy costs relating to the capital project against the work order.
Is it possible to transfer costs off the AUC back to the Work Order?
    Thanks
    Jonski

    Andres,
Yes you could accomplish it through the process you had mentioned. It would probably be the simplest way to accomplish your requirement as well.

  • Is there any way to cut one phone on your plan off from data?

For some reason my daughters phone is eating data.  She is out of town and saying she is not using the data.  Since friday she has used over 3 gigs.  I am wondering if i can cut the data usuage off from her phone.

You can add the family base feature to your account to block data on her line, it would add $5 normally, if you are on the share everything/more everything plan it will be free for 3 months. And you can set up total data blockage, or make it so that she can't go over a certain amount. You can look at that option by clicking here.

  • Asset written off for book

    Hi friends,
If an asset has been written off for book purpose and is not scrapped or abandoned, we need to keep depreciating the asset for tax purpose. How do we handle this in SAP.
    Thank You,
    Joseph

    Hi,
therefor you need at least 2 depreciation areas. In one you keep your book, which stops depreciating when net book value zero is reached.
Second depreciation area should then allow negative net book value. If you choose a feasible way to depreciate, then the system will continue to calculate depreciation even below net book value zero.
Concerning a "feasbile way to depreciate": you should for example not use any method which calculated depreciation from the remaining life ... that is always zero then. If you use straight-line, then APC over useful life would work for example.

  • How to log off from SNC portal

This is a very basic question. I did not find any button or menu option to log off. Sometimes I get the message that the transaction is still running in another session, and I find it very difficult to log off. I normally close the browser and then log off from the SCM system. But if I am not logged onto SAP and I open the portal directly, How do I log off?
    Your help is appreciated.
    Thanks
    Soumen

    Hi Soumen,
There is no logoff button in SNC Web portal.
You can close the SNC web protal to logoff.
About your issue when you logoff it will locks your query as it is not logoff straight a way solution is create another query so that you can use another query or go to transaction SM04 and logoff your user-

  • I bougt a new  Macbook pro in 02/26/2013, in  11/25/ 2013, my trackpad become bulging, they exchange the trackpad, but not the bulging battery.  I went there yesterday, with different problem, and they said one screw  came off from the  truckpad again!

I bought a new  Macbook pro in 02/26/2013 from Apple Canadian Ices -003.  Than I could not use it, because  my cursor uncontrollably  was jumping around the screen, I was  resumed my trackpad become bulging, Than on11/25/ 2013 they changed my trackpad for free, because was manufactoring defect,  but not the bulging battery.  They said that is do not needed.  Since that my cursor is quiet often quivering, I think my Macbook has serious  manufacturing defect. But they said no, during a year period I went to  the genius bar at least 15 times, with this and similar problems.   I went there yesterday, with different problems, and they said one of the screws  came off from my   truck pad, therefore they need to fix it and change it.  I said: -  What,  how, what  is the real problem?  A screw does not comes off just like that?  They will change my trackpad again, but not the battery. They said  has to rebuild the operation system, I'm  saving all of my data right now! I would like to exchange the battery too, or maybe get a new Macbook. My Macbook is 2010 China model. How long I would have this trackpad  problem? What are you suggesting?

If it's a 2010 as you say towards the end of your post, it's out of warranty. The battery isn't covered in that case. Why don't you just buy a new battery if that's your concern? If it's a 2013 as you say up at the top, it shouldn't have a bulging battery. How do you know it does? If it really does, ask for the store manager and explain the problem.

  • I upgraded my icloud storage and amount got deducted from my account but yet storage wasn't upgraded. What can i do?

I upgraded my icloud storage and amount got deducted from my account but yet storage wasn't upgraded. What can i do?

How long did you wait for the systm to catch up to your request for more storage?  it can take a little while, up to an hour sometimes I have heard.
If you don't see any more room after waiting a while, try resetting your phone to see if it appears then.
If that doesn't help go here, http://www.apple.com/support/contact/ and see if they can help you out.
