An error message everytime I try to buy a ringback tone

there is a problem with the ring back tone  keeps on popping up error message

Have you  activated the Advanced Calling feature?  That and ringback tones don't get along, and ringback tones are unable to be used if you have that feature.
If that isn't the issue, then call customer service and see if they can figure it out - 800-922-0204 or *611 from your handset.

I just downloaded the OS X Lion mountain and Mail won't open.  I get an error message everytime I try to open the app.How can I fix that?

I-Photo won't open even though I have upgraded to OS X Yosemite and downloaded the I-Photo upgrader.
But have you run the the iPhoto Library upgrader? It is installed in Applications > Utilities. Launch it and direct it to your iPhoto library.
Which version of iPhoto did you upgrade from?
The upgrader is only necessary, if you have been  running iPhoto7.1.2 or earlier.

  • Why do I keep getting an error message everytime I try to burn a cd

Please help, for days now I have not been able to burn a CD. Everytime I try to burn a disc, I keep getting the message "The attempt to burn a CD failed. The burn failed because of a medium write error". Is anyone else having the same problems if so are there any solution.Any information will be appreciated.

Is anyone else having the same problems if so are there any solution.
Search the forum (I use a general web search engine) and you will find hundreds and hundreds of posts about this, spanning over a decade.  You may even find one of the several posts I make about this each month.
    Try restarting your computer.
    Try a slower burn speed.
Try a different brand of media.
Try using an optical drive cleaning disc.
See if you can burn successfully outside of iTunes.  There's many free burning utilities out there (check www.pure-mac.com).  If those fail then it is likely something more fundamentally wrong with the drive.  Any Macbook old enough to be running 10.5.8 may well be old enough to need a new optical drive.

  • I get an error message everytime I try and download Itunes

I get the following error message every time I try and download ITunes to my Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop, with Windows Vista 32 bit:
Anerror occurred during the installation of assembly “Microsoft.VC80.CRT,version=”8.0.50727.4053,” type=”win32,” publicKey Token=”1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b,”process or Architecture=”x86.”  Pleaserefer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0x80070002.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to download ITuens successfully?

    Today, April 19, 2011
Okay ... not likely to be a Windows Update issue that has just recently come on, then.
The 80070002 errors acn be associated with damaged files or missing permissions, and conceivably software interference too. So let's throw a bunch of basic principles troubleshooting procedures along those lines at the problem.
First, I'd try running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive, or whichever drive you install your program files on.
There's Vista instructions in the following document.
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Check-your-hard-disk-fo r-errors
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors. You'll probably need to schedule the scan to run on restart. The disk check should take quite a while to run (if you're running it on the C). If it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
After that completes, download a fresh copy of iTunesSetup.exe from the Apple Website and save it to your hard drive. (Don't run the install on line, and don't start the install just yet.)
Restart the PC. After the PC restarts, do not open any applications. Disconnect from the internet and/or your network. Now disable all your security software (firewall, antivirus, antispyware).
Now start the iTunes install by right-clicking the iTunesSetup.exe and selecting "Run as administrator".
(Reenable all security software prior to reconnecting to the internet and/or your network.)
Any better luck with the install that time?

  • TS2446 I keep getting an error ,message when I try n buy or update apps. The message says apple ID disabled. I've reset my password. I don't know what to do!!!

Please help me with figuring out why I keep getting the error message apple iD disabled.
    Thanks

If having reset your password it now works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone then try logging out of your account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores on and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
If it doesn't work on your computer nor phone then you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • Why do I get error message everytime I try to upload new info?

    Hi,
I had tremendous trouble getting my iWeb site uploaded through an FTP. After a week of frustration we finally up loaded by publishing to a local file on my desk top so I could easily find all the files. One error message I kept getting, even though I had correctly entered it, was that I was using the wrong password.
Today I tried to update my website. I changed the destination to the website which is now online. Then I pressed the "Publish" arrow along the bottom of iWeb. Now I am getting again, the error message about using the wrong passcode. My FTP server has checked and on his end there have been no failed attempts, so it is something iWeb is doing before the update gets close to the actual website.
Please help! I need to publish this update as soon as possible!
    Thanks,
    Elizabeth

Try using the File ➙ Publish Site Changes or the File ➙ Publish Entire Site menu options rather than the button at the bottom.
Otherwise try publishing the the site to a folder on your hard drive and use a 3rd party FTP clieint like Cyberduck, Transmit or YummyLIte to upload the files to the server.  Many users who had problems with iWeb was successful with a 3rd party client.

  • Itunes Error message everytime I try to open it.

    Hey Guys
I need help with iTunes i just recently upgraded my itunes to 7.3 and now every time i open up itunes i get an error message that says an error has occurred and itunes has to shut down. I can't open it. I've uninstalled and installed all different versions of iTunes. Nothing will work. I've also uninstalled all components completely . Can someone please tell me how to get itunes working again? Thanks.
    Vin

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

  • I keep getting an error code when I try to purchase a ringback tone.

I click subscribe to ring back tones and I get "System error occurred and the order was not processed at this time. Please try again later. Code: SCM248" How do I fix this?

    greg0110,
That certainly is not what we want to hear! Your device is Advanced Calling capable, do you have this feature turned on, on your device? If so, the ringback tone service is not compatible with Advanced Calling.

  • I keep getting an VERY long error message everytime I try and reinstall itunes.

    It states:
An error occured during the installation of assemby 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT.type="win32". version = "8.0.507276195". publicKeyToken="lfc8b3b9a1el8e3b". processorArchitecture="x86"". Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT:0x80073712.
Whatever the above means, it is preventing me from reinstalling iTunes and thus preventing me from undating my iPad. If anyone can suggest any ways of solving this I would be incredibly grateful.

Check the date and time in the clock on your computer: (double) click the clock icon on the Windows Taskbar.
Check out why the site is untrusted and click "Technical Details to expand this section.<br>If the certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided (sec_error_unknown_issuer) then see if you can install this intermediate certificate from another source.
You can retrieve the certificate and check details like who issued certificates and expiration dates of certificates.
*Click the link at the bottom of the error page: "I Understand the Risks"
Let Firefox retrieve the certificate: "Add Exception" -> "Get Certificate".
*Click the "View..." button and inspect the certificate and check who is the issuer of the certificate.
You can see more Details like intermediate certificates that are used in the Details pane.
If "I Understand the Risks" is missing then this page may be opened in an (i)frame and in that case try the right-click context menu and use "This Frame: Open Frame in New Tab".
*Note that some firewalls monitor (secure) connections and that programs like Sendori or FiddlerRoot can intercept connections and send their own certificate instead of the website's certificate.
*Note that it is not recommended to add a permanent exception in cases like this, so only use it to inspect the certificate.

  • I get an error message everytime i try to open itunes.

And the meassage reads "The Itunes Library.itl file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not whave write permission for the file."  what does this mean and how do i fix it? I have uninstalled and then reinstalled and the problem remains.

This means that your iTunes library file (*.itl) which is found within your iTunes folder on your PC is being used by another program.
Make sure to restart PC, and close any non-essential program/process running in the background via Windows Task Manager. Then try to run iTunes again.

  • Error message everytime i try to publish

I get this every time :
I web has been updated, do wyo want to allow access to same keychain...I can't get rid of it...I did keychain repair
when I click publish, this comes up and then the .mac thing comes up and does not stop...
does it help to uninstall something and reinstall something?
    thanks

After repairing the keychain you could try going to Home Folder/Preferences/com.apple.iWeb.plist and delete this file. Select "restart" from the Apple drop down menu and then relaunch iWeb.
I've also heard of people having to delete the file "com.apple.iLife08.plist" in the system library preferences when dealing with other iLife application problems.
