Hi Chandru,
For this kind of error, you have no other choice but report to SAP support ASAP.  This is beyond forum scope.
If only happened in one workstation, then that is not a big problem.  You just need reinstall your B1 client there.
Thanks,

  • Constantly get "unhandled win32 exception occurred in Adobe Premire Pro.exe [1048]"  in Premier Pro CC v8.1 Caravan

I originally downloaded the trial version for evaluation two days ago and everything was working fine.  As of yesterday the program is crashing constantly (every 5 - 10 minutes) when I am editing videos with MP3 sound and mpg video files.  It crashes while I am trying to edit and insert Title text in the video sequence containing the song lyrics.
This makes this program unusable for my purposes unless I can find a solution for this problem.  I had planned to buy it and PS CC 2014 as well until this started.
I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit with Service Pack 1 on a Dell Vostro 3560 with 8GB memory.

    Thanks for chiming in.
Before today I was unaware of the issue as it had not presented itself as an issue to me.
I tried (because you suggested it) dragging a sequence into a pre-opened AME window. All that happend was the sequence window detached itself from the main Premier window.
After restoring the window - I went to the now opened AME and used File>Add Premier Pro Sequence and it all ran smooth as silk...
Thanks for the tip... Even though I couldn't identify the "drag" route I got the import sequence nailed.
I still look forward to this being resolved as the original flavour is the one I like best.
    Thanks

  • Addon not loading - B1 Usability Package for all users in SAP Business One

Hello, I am a new admin to SAP B1 and am about to go live in a few weeks. We are running SAP Business One v. 8.80.227.
Envirorment details: Dedicated server for SAP database, and Terminal Server for remote connections.
I have a demo group of users in Active Directory that have permission to Remote Desktop to the TS and load SAP. For now, theses users are local admins on the TS. ( Permissions to be revised once addon issues are worked out ). I am the companies tech, and we have a SAP implementation company leading the project development.
Currently the addons that we are running are CRSB1Addon SAP 8.8 and B1UP from boyumit.
    For one of the users in the Active Directory Security Group all the addon's work great. However the other users get the error below;
When logging in the system message window shows the following:

hello Ken - Boyum IT has its own License Administration - path of Administration > Add Ons > B1 Usability Package > License Administration...
Do all of the users have a checkmark to give them access???
When a user has only the Main Menu window open, select the "Form Settings" icon and follow the same path on the Form Settings window that is diplayed and make sure they have checkmarks next to the B1 Usability Package to be "Visible".
Are all of the user set to display Boyum IT on their machines???
LOL - I am not technical so I have no idea what that other stuff means...

  • An unhandled win32 exception occurred in crw32.exe

    Hi,
We just got a new Win2003 small business server and installed Crystal Reports 2008 and Crystal Reports Server 2008.
I'm trying to work with some existing reports created in CR XI that access SQL Server 2005.  I am able to access SQL Server tables but any time I attempt to access a stored procedure I get the error:
An unhandled win32 exception occurred in crw32.exe
I have turned off DEP completely (NoExecute=AlwaysOff in Boot.ini). The stored procedures have been around a long time and definitely work.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Rob

    Hi Rob,
VS 2003 is only compatible with CR 9.1 (Bundle version which comes with VS), CR XI R1 and CR10.
VS 2005 is only compatible with CR 10.2 (Bundle version which comes with VS), CR XI R2 and CR 2008.
VS 2008 is only compatible with CR 10.5 (Bundle version which comes with VS), and CR 2008 SP0.
You can download platform supported guide  from the following link which will help you to create compatible environment:

  • Un unhandled win32 exception occurred in B1mail.exe (5824)

We work with internal e-mails to send an overview to the projectleaders for the jobs they have to do the next day.
After installing SBO 2007A these mails are only send when we have to restart the server.
We also have the next message : "Un unhandled win32 exception occurred in B1mail.exe (5824)"

    Dear André,
In order to solve this issue I would do as follows:
    1) De-install Server Tools
    2) Switch off DEP according to Microsoft Knowledge base: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/875352
    1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
    2. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under the Startup and Recovery field.
    3. In the System startup field, click Edit. The Boot.ini file opens in Notepad.
    4. In Notepad, click Find on the Edit menu.
    5. In the Find what box, type /noexecute, and then click Find Next.
    6. In the Find dialog box, click Cancel.
    7. Replace policy_level with AlwaysOff.
WARNING Make sure that you enter the text accurately. The Boot.ini file
    switch should now read:
                              /noexecute=AlwaysOff
    8. In Notepad, click Save on the File menu.
    9. Click OK two times.
    10. Restart the computer. NOTE: This step is very important at this stage!
    11. Install Server tools.
    12. Restart the computer again.

  • Crystal Reports 2011 getting An unhandled win32 exception occurred in crw32

I am using Crystal reports 2011 with windows XP. I am getting the error message "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in crw32.exe"  I have seen the resolution for this at ""Unhandled win32 exception occurred in crw32.exe [2920]."" but this does not work either. I have added every possible .exe to not use DEP, that I could find in the Business Objects folder. The Business Objects folder is the correct folder. There is not any other folder in "Program Files" that is related to Crystal Reports. Can anyone help with this. I have come to the conclusion that the only solution is to switch to DevExpress Reports. Don't want to have to but, I have customers who are expecting working reports. I am using a MySQL database with version 5.1 ODBC driver. Another developer has Vista operating system running the same version of Crystal Reports, same database and ODBC driver and it works fine for him. Please don't say upgrade to Vista because the majority of my customer base is using XP. I would appreciate if someone could share some incite here. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,
First thing is to download 5.3 DataDirect Drivers.
DEP is not a problem as of CR XI R2 SP6 and CR 2008 SP 2.
When are you getting the error when opening Crystal or at some other click?
Check your Anti-virus software, it will block access to dependencies CR requires or access to the Registry.
Look in your AV logs to see if it's logging that it's blocking access to something.
Also, CR 2011 requires Windows XP SP3.
And if you have not downloaded SP1 or SP 2 try uninstalling CR and then without running CR between installs complete them first and then try again.
AND you must be a local PC Administrator to install.

In Adobe captivate4, when i try to copy a slide and paste, the error message "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in AdobeCaptivate.exe[2688]" is generated.
And then when I click on No for the debugger, Captivate closes. If I click on Yes, then Visual Studio comes up but locks up my system.
Considering the project is corrupted, i tried to start new blank project and copied existing project slides one-by one and continued editing and everything is working fine for some time.

  • Unhandled win32 exception occurred in crw32.exe

    Hi all,
I am getting an "unhandled win32 exception occurred in crw32.exe" message. It occurs when I close a report. I can close using File..exit, or using the top right hand corner x, whatever I do, the message "Microsoft Windows   Crystal Reports has stopped working..." then a window with "Debug" or "Close Program" buttons.
Clicking on Close Program closes, and next time I close a Crystal rpt, the same series of messages occurs.
Clicking on Debug gives the exception error. Stepping through debug appears to implicate usp10.dll, with an access violation message.
I am using Crystal Reports XI. The product version is listed as 11.0.0.1282.
I am running on Vista Business Service Pack 1.
DEP has been set to allow crw32.exe to run, but the same occurred with DEP "turned off".
Can anybody help me with how to remove this error?
    Thanks,
    Natalie

    Fixed by Service pack 4.

  • Unhandled win32 exception occured in crw32.exe

    Hi All,
After installation of CR_XI_Development into Windows_2003_Server i cannot run application because when i try to start the software appears only this Visual_Studio_JIT_Debugger message  ""An unhandled win32 exception occured in crw32.exe [5540]."".
Please, what can i do ?

    Hello Lorenzo,
If you are installing Crystal Reports XI on Windows 2003 SP1 or Windows XP SP2, then I would suggest you to turn off DEP on your machine and then perform the steps mentioned above.
I would like to share the following information for proper installation of Crystal Reports XI on Windows XP SP2 and Windows 2003 Server machines:
Please note that DEP - Data Execution Prevention has been introduced in Windows 2003 SP1 and XP sp2. DEP prevents Crystal Reports from accessing the memory. By default DEP is turned on in W2K3/SP1 and XP/SP2. If the processor supports DEP, Crystal Reports will not run on these platforms. If DEP is not supported CR will run even on W2K3/SP1 and XP/SP2. Disabling DEP allows Crystal Reports to run in Windows 2003 Server with SP1 and XPu201D.
I would suggest you to try the following steps:
    1. Log in as u2018Computer Administratoru2019
    2. Make sure that no anti-virus program or spy ware is running on your machine.
    3. Right click on u201CMy Computeru201D and select u201CPropertiesu201D.
    4. Click on u201CAdvancedu201D Tab and click on u201CSettingsu201D button in u201CPerformanceu201D frame.
    5. Click on u201CData Execution Preventionu201D tab. Click on the second option button.
    6. Click on u201CAddu201D button and select C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Crystal Reports 11\crw32.exe
    7. Click on u201COKu201D button.
    Hope this helps

  • An unhandled win32 exception occured in java.exe , While running JNI

I'm trying to use JNI to call 3rd party VB DLL , like this
    JNI <> VC++ DLL <> VB DLL
In VC++DLL ,I have function(named Open) that call 3 function in VBDLL
I have tested c++ code this function (by copy it and paste in normal vc++ project) ,and It works !
But when I call this function(Open) via JNI , I've got "An unhandled win32 exception occured in java.exe" by Visual Studio Just-in-Time Debugger !!
I think the problem is in the 3rd function that I call in Open, because when I remove the 3rd function It doesn't raise any exception.
Before I do this, I alrealdy test every function in VBDLL in VB Project , and they work fine (Include the 3rd function that I think It cause exception).
Can anybody tell me what's going on here ?
or anything that I can do to fine What cause this problem ?
    Thanks in advance ^^
Edited by: voteforpedro on Sep 2, 2008 4:18 AM

You either have a pointer problem or you are calling the 3rd party library in an unexpected fashion.
In terms of testing the most likely reason is that it wasn't tested enough. Moving/changing code modifies the layout in memory which can expose previously hidden pointer problems.
