An unknown error occured (-3212)
So I just downloaded Power Hits 2013, and after a couple of retries from error (-3212), I managed to download all the songs EXCEPT
"Love Me (feat. Drake & Future) by Lil Wayne"
Anyone experiencing the same error? A message pops up "Please check that the connection to the internet is active and try again."
But obviously, I have internet.

Hello i'm facing problem i downloaded itunes version 11 32bit for windows 7 and after i installing the set up when i opened the iTunes a massages occur saying i tunes could not connect to iTunes store an unknown error occurred (-3212) even though my internet is on
Try this...
Triple click anywhere in the line below to select it and press Ctrl+C to copy it.
cmd /k netsh winsock reset
Press the WinLogoKey+R to open the run dialog, then Ctrl+V to paste, then press enter/return.
You should get something similar to this:
Reboot the computer and the problem should be resolved.
If it doesn't work then perhaps a full tear down and rebuild of iTunes will fix things. See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for details.

I am running Windows 7 (64bit) , and an error message appears following a recent update to iTunes v 11.1.2: "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. An unknown error occured (-3212). Make sure your network connection is active and try again." I have dug a little bit into possible problems but haven't found a solution yet, one note is that the network connection is OK. A response would be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

When the update had finshed downloading, i then restarted my computer, as i usually would. Tried to re access the itunes store, and received the following error message: 'Cant connect to the itunes store. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes and it didn't work.
Hello smmdam82412,
Thanks for the question, and welcome to Apple Support Communities. The following article outlines specific iTunes Store Conditions and Alert Messages:
iTunes: Advanced iTunes Store troubleshooting
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3297
"Error 3000" through "3999"
Alerts with codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the gs.apple.com server on ports 80 or 443. This may be because out-of-date or incorrectly configured security or firewall software is interfering, or due to your Internet proxy settings. If you are using a proxy, try removing the proxy settings, or using a known-good network. If that does not resolve the issue, follow iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software issues.
I realize you described your error as -3212, however there may be a chance it is related to -3221:
"Error -3221"
This alert is often related to iTunes and iTunesHelper being blocked by software firewall.
If this happens, change the permission level for iTunes and iTunesHelper in your software firewall to allow full access.
This should allow iTunes and iTunesHelper to both send and receive data from the iTunes Store.
Thanks,
Matt M.
