Analysis Text doesn't work (no text inserted in Metadata box after Media Encoder green check)

With premiere CS6
After inserting a .wav or .mov file, I hit "analyze",
     I select the relevant language and quality options,
     the Media Encoder pops up and runs,
     I get the green check,
     BUT...the analysis is not inserted in my metadata.
Any advice? I re-install the program twice but the problem persist...Thanks in advance...

Since the kitkat update, my "talk to text" doesn't work on my LG G2 unless it is connected to WiFi. It says "unable to reach Google. try again later". Can somebody tell me how to fix this!? I need this feature most when I'm NOT connected to WiFi!

I upgraded my 4s to IOS 7 and now texting doesn't work. I can imessage but i cant sms text. every time i try and send a text i get a not delivered error.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I already turned on Send as SMS and it still doesnt work. I have turned off imessage to see if that would help and restarted the phone a few times.

Inspector > Text > More > Language
Only applies to selected text, like making it a particular font.
It is not a setting that sticks. If you continue to paste in text from elsewhere particularly the Internet it will have a different or None language set to it. You need to select it and make it B.E.

Inserting of transitions & text doesn't work !!

I made my first iMovie film, reading very carefully the Help and Manual files.
Up to now two things won't work !!! Inserting transitions or text in between the fragments doesn't work. I can select the transitions and text icons but when I draw them to paste, they won't fit or drop in the space between the fragments. Also the automatic insert of transitions doesn't work. The icon which should appear between the fragments doesn't work.
Please Help !

When you say "fragments" here, how long of a clip are you referring to as a fragment? Since most effects, transitions, and titles normally create an overlap of the preceding and succeeding segments, these segments or "fragments" do have a minimum length limitation for the insertion to take effect.

TS2755 I used to get iMessages on my iPad 2 and iPhone 4 now it goes to one or the other, not both. Icloud is not working for this and iMessage texting doesn't work I need to send it as a regular text. How do I fix this issue.

Since you have not provided a more detailed desription of what is not working, and what is at error and what you assume the desired output to be for the specific user(s), I can only recommend you check the following:
1.) The email parameters are being configured per language. As such the user you are testing with needs to have the same default portal language assigned. Either by default or by personalisation.
2.) The 'com.sap.security.core.util.notification.notificationTexts_language_zh_CN.properties' file you are using may be referencing a notificationTexts_cn.properties language entry. Check the language installations are named the same and be aware this can be case sensitive.
3.) Ensure that you have the entry in the config tool in the same case.

International texting doesn't work?

I have tried sending SMS to a mobile phone in Senegal and it doesn't work. I have double, triple, and quadruple checked the number. The phone number is correct.
Anyone else having a similar issue with other countries? This is the error I get every time: "SMS: Failed Try Again"

Airplay doesn't work with my speakers or Apple TV after upgrade to Mavericks

I upgraded to Mavericks yesterday, thanks for the free of charge OS. Before upgrading my MBP Retina ran Mountain Lion which was perfect
Today I tried to route sound through my airplay speaker, but the mirroring doesn't work. Tried routing the sound to my ATV2, same thing. When I go to System settings->Sound, all the gadgets do show there, but when I click on them the highlight bar stays on the device I try to choose only for as long as I keep the mouse button pressed. As soon as I release, the highlight bar jumps right back to the inner speakers of the notebook.
I saw a thread where people complain about the missing airplay buttons and missing devices, but here everything seems to be in place, only the feature doesn't work at all no matter how many times I restart
Has anyone encoutered the same, fix available?

Font doesn't work in Premiere Titler but DOES in After Effects?

Having trouble figuring out what the issue is on this one. I'm using the GENUINE font, and when trying to create a title inside of Premiere, it doesn't work. It shows up as blocks/rectangles. If I use the font in any other program, such as After Effects (or Illustrator, Word, etc) it works fine. See screenshots below:

Titler is probably the most font-sensitive application (or mini-app), that Adobe has. I have encountered fonts that work fine in PS, AI, InDesign, AE and even older PageMaker, that flat killed Titler. This ARTICLE goes into a bit more detail, and offers a scheme to fix things, in some cases.

Justify text doesn't work correctly in Pages 2

For some types of document I like to specify line breaks and at the same time keep both ends of each line justified (rather than right-align or left-align). This works for unbroken paragraphs in Pages 1 & 2, and in Pages 1 I achieved this result for specified line breaks by using <SHIFT-RETURN> at the end of the line where I wanted the line break to occur. Now text I have prepared in this way in Pages 1 is no longer justified, but just left-aligned.
How can I achieve this result in Pages 2 without having to insert arbitrary numbers of spaces (which doesn't always work anyway)?

this is because of the "sero point" where the calculation between the "text paragraph align" settings and the ruler differ. In "left aligned" and "justified" the calculation begins from the left, similar to the ruler, so all works fine. But in "centered" and "right aligned" the calculation begins from the center or from the right, but the ruler calculation is in both cases from left to right.
This is a limitation of the overall system. To get this right, the ruler has to change it's calculation direction by setting "centered" and "right aligned", too. But you continue writing from left to right, so what about the inversion of the "left" and "right aligned" tab stops?

Photoshop CC: Copy CSS doesn't work when text is styled as paragraph

I'm using the most recent version of photoshop, CC-14.0, on a Mac running OSX 10.8.4
I'm finding that the "copy css" function does not work if a paragraph is styled with a custom paragraph style. In other words any text that is not styled as "basic paragraph" or "basic paragraph+".
I can copy css from a text block with a custom paragraph style, but the css is wrong. It doesn't reflect the attributes I have set up in my custom paragraph style. Instead it writes out the default "basic paragraph" style. If I copy the css from a text block styled as "basic paragraph+" it writes the css correctly.
This is disappointing because it defeats the purpose of being able to create paragraph and character styles (like in InDesign).
This is a bug or oversight, right? Is there a reason why it should work this way?

InDesign Undo doesn't work and text invisible

Hi,
there is a really annoying problem with InDesign files. I can only go 2 steps backwards, then 'undo' stops working.
At the same time, text I type in disappears and when I zoom out appears again. This is really hard to work with
and almost impossible to get a 100 page book layout done. Any hints, leads and solutions please send this way!
My software and OS are all up to date.

I solve this issue by deleting all preferences regarding to final cut X in
~/library/Application Support/final cut pro
~/library/Preferences/com.apple.FinalCut*
You can access these folder by following these steps
-open a new finder window
-select Go to Folder (Command + Shift + G) from the Go to menu, type in this window "~/library/"
How I discovered the solve of this issue...
I did a clean installation of lion and install all software and all nice! but... when I restore my user from time machine the problem appear again.... Them I assume that is a problem coming from upgrade to lion from snow leopard with final cut pro x installed...
