Analytic Unstructured Data on Non Standard Language

Hi all,
Do you have any idea/Experience on Analyses Unstructured data on non standart Language ( Language that is not supported by lexalytic).
Currently what i do is parse unstructured data using text tagger based on whitelist but this is very paintfull because i need to manually create dictionary for whitelist.
I am not sure is this the correct way or not.
Thanks

Hi,
I see that this question was asked quite some time ago but I have come across the same issue, i.e when the server is on the outside interface the ip in the "PORT" command from the client is not translated.
Did you ever get a fix for it?
Thanks

  • Template content displayed in non-standard language

    System preferences set to English.  When I view & select the templates in Pages, the content is in a non-English language (maybe German?).  How can i change that?  Do I need to reinstall the Pages application?  Unable to find this topic in the User Guide.

    German?
    You're kidding!
    It's Latin and it won't bite you, it is just there to fill up the page and let you know what the text looks like.
    That's called placeholder text and when you click in it it is selected and replaced by whatever you type.
    see p16 of the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf
    Placeholder text shows you how your text will look on the page. If you click placeholder text, the entire text area is selected. When you begin typing, the placeholder text disappears and is replaced by what you type. To learn more, see “Using Placeholder Text” on page 75.
    p75
    Using Placeholder Text Templates contain placeholder text, which shows you what text will look like and where it will be placed in the finished document. Most placeholder text appears in Latin (for example, lorem ipsum) in the document body, text boxes, headers, and elsewhere. Other predefined text, such as the title of a newsletter, appears in the language you’re using.

  • OT: Meta data in none English language websites

    Hi,
    I have a client with web sites in English, French, German,
    Spanish, Russian,
    Arabic and Hindi.
    The original page template for all sites has the meta data ,
    ie Title,
    Keywords, and Description in English.
    The English version dot com shows search results around 2nd
    or 3rd when
    using Google.com or Google. (country) ie Google.com.au etc.
    I have also used others to run checks to ensure its not a
    result targetted
    for my previous search usage.
    When using Google.(country suffix) the UK site shows but not
    the actual
    site in the language of the country.
    The "country language" sites are in a named folder as part of
    the UK version
    on the
    server with country flag links to them from the UK "home"
    page
    Questions,-
    1. Would it be better to have the meta data in the language
    of the site -
    although all other page code will be in English?
    2. Would it improve position if the web sites were placed in
    a server in the
    respective countries?
    3. Instead of having a language conversion in a folder of the
    main site, is
    it better to purches the domain name with a relevant country
    suffix, ie
    www.mysite.de etc,?
    4. Anybody else with a similar web management set up having
    gone through the
    options able to impart some advice.
    TIA
    SB

    Thanks for that Joe....

  • UPLOADING DATA  IN A NON STANDARD TABLE

    I have a non standard table.I want to upload data in that table using SCAT.So,how Test case can be created for uploading the data in that table?
    Edited by: Debasish Behera on Mar 17, 2008 1:02 PM

    As it is a Z table yiu can directly uploda data by an ABAP program. Read the data from a flat file and simply insert into that table.

  • Passwords in non-english languages

    Hi all,
    I have some passwords in non-english languages, but enter them in English layout. Looks like "FylhjblDHfpsKexit".
    Standard keyboard doesn't display another language while it in English layout. How to enter such passwords?
    Remake passwords in English - bad idea.

    Again:  What language are you talking about?
    It sounds to me like your passwords are in fact in Latin characters, but you want to enter them as if you were using some other language keyboard.   I think the only way to do that would probably be to use a bluetooth keyboard.
    You could ask Apple to add the feature you want via
    http://www.apple.com/feedback
    but I cannot imagine they would ever do so.

  • Converting a given string to non-english language

    {color:#0000ff}Hi can anybody help me how to convert an entered string in textfield to french or spanish or to anyother non-english language?{color}

    Hi,
    I don't think you get a language translator package.
    What you can do is store the fraises, words in a database.
    //SQL Code
    CREATE TABLE [Language_Data]
      [ID]    INT NOT NULL IDENTITY PRIMARY KEY,
      [Lang]  VARCHAR(30) NOT NULL,                             //Lang English/French.....
      [Type]  CHAR(1) NOT NULL,                                 //is Fraise or Word
      [Words] VARCHAR(100) NOT NULL                             //Fraise or Word data
    GO
    CREATE TABLE [Translate]
      [ID]       INT NOT NULL IDENTITY PRIMARY KEY,
      [FK_Orig]  INT NOT NULL REFERENCES [Language_Data]([ID]), //ID of the original language
      [FK_Trans] INT NOT NULL REFERENCES [Language_Data]([ID])  //ID's for all known translations
    GO Create Stored procedures to add a new word/fraise to the [Language_Data] table,
    Create a Stored Procedure to add a translation to the [Translate] table
    Please note that to add a translation you will first insert into the [Language_Data] table then
    insert the original's ID and the translation ID to the [Translate] table Also make prevision for backwards translation

  • Customer conversion for non-english language

    Hi:
    We have a requirement to convert customer data from lagacy system to Oracle EBS supporting English and Non-English languages. Our conversion programs for english is working fine but we are not sure about the approach for other language converions. Can anyboody share the knowledge if faced similar requirements?
    Thanks /Santanu

    I believe your conversion programs should work regardless of the language the data is stored in, as long as the database and Apps use UTF8 characterset. To the code, data is data, whether it is in English or in another language. Your approach should be to test your conversion programs in test instances and tweak them as necessary. Are there specific concerns you have with using data in other languages ?

  • Non-standard fonts in JOptionPane

    I have looked extensively through this forum, and no one has answered this specific question, even though it has been asked several different ways. Maybe someone has an answer now.
    I am writing a client app using Java 1.4.2_02 that needs to display many languages. I have all of the European languages displaying correctly in JFileChooser and JOptionPane. I even have the Asian languages displaying correctly in JFileChooser. What I can't do is display the Asian languages (and probably any non-standard font) in JOptionPane correctly - all I see are boxes in place of the characters. Here is the relevant code of what I have tried so far:
            Locale.setDefault(Locale.JAPAN);
            int option = JOptionPane.YES_NO_OPTION;
            String [] buttonText = null;
            switch(option) {
                case JOptionPane.YES_NO_OPTION:
                    buttonText = new String[2];
                    buttonText[0] = UIManager.getString("OptionPane.yesButtonText");
                    buttonText[1] = UIManager.getString("OptionPane.noButtonText");
                    break;
                // other cases...
            JOptionPane jop = new JOptionPane("Do you wish to display Japanese fonts?",
                                              JOptionPane.ERROR_MESSAGE,
                                              option,
                                              null,
                                              buttonText);
            // Have tried many fonts - MS Gothic seems to be the one that should work, though.
            // BOLD seems to slightly work - I see a (Y) or a (N) after the strange characters.
            jop.setFont(new Font("MS Gothic", Font.BOLD, jop.getFont().getSize()));
            JDialog jopDialog = jop.createDialog(null, "Dialog Title");
            jopDialog.show();Even though most of the above code is from a post by one of the authors of "Java Internationalization", this doesn't work. Has anyone solved this problem?

    To solve this problem, you have to tell the UIManager to set the font everywhere you need the new font. Unforunately, there is no one method call to do this. So here is the short version:
            localizedFont = new Font("MingLiU", Font.PLAIN, 12);  // or whatever font you need
            UIManager.put("ToolTip.font", localizedFont);
            UIManager.put("OptionPane.font", localizedFont);
            UIManager.put("Button.font", localizedFont);
            // etc...    Another thread (I forget where) gave code to extract all of the properties of UIManager - find that thread to get all the properties.

    Thanks for your confirmation on no prob found in config level 1st..:P..as to save us a lot of time in isolating problem at this level.
    What we can notice is seems the data port connection is fail to open  for server back to client....for our general sense..... the flow expected should be:
    TCP session A -- Client:1234 --> VIP:21 --> member svr:6370
    TCP session B -- Client: 5678 <--> VIP:20 <--> member Svr: 6379 [on demand generated between server/client]
    but we can only see session B fail  to setup when client side access VIP site on CSS..even we try to put the most standard case as below
    TCP session A -- Client:1234 --> VIP:21 --> member svr:21
    TCP session B -- Client: 5678 <--> VIP:20 <--> member Svr: 20
    we still unable to make the Active mode FTP access work either...hence we got no idea on how CSS handle FTP access when it involve services over multiple tcp ports..
    and from CSS xlate view...the problem is we can only see what NAT IP that used in CSS connect to client...but no way to confirm for which port for VIP using outgoing to client. neither it is dropped by CSS..nor it is never setup from VIP to Client side.

  • Loading non-standard Hierarchies from an external Sap System

    Hi experts,
    We are trying to load a hierarchy of a non-standard characteristic from an external Sap System. From what we know till now, we can't create a Generic Datasource to load hierarchies, so the only way is to use a File Datasource (csv file, for example)  to load it.
    Is that true ? Is there any way to load a non-standard hierarchy from a Generic Datasource ?
    Thanks In Advance.

    It's a customized hierarchy with Z tables.
    No way, other than flat file. Maybe I can use an ABAP report to create a flat file with the hierarchy, reading the data of the R/3 system with native-sql, and then, launch the load with this file stored in the BI SAP.
    I mean:
    _________________________________________________Native SQL
    flat file (csv) (BI SAP) <-- ABAP Report  (BI SAP)  <--
       hierarchy tables (R/3 SAP)
    We want an automatic way to load the hierarchy. Is it a good idea ?

  • Moving my non standard library

    Dear friends,
    I hope you'll be patient enough to bear with my question.
    My music files are all stored on my iMac internal disk in a /Users/Bob/Music/rja directory with its own internal artist/album/tracks structure.
    In my iTunes Preferences->Advanced, my music library is set to /Users/Bob/Music/rja2014 and NEITHER keep itunes organized nor copy files to iTunes media folder are checked.
    Everything works beautifully, my metadata is now in good shape, artwork etc.
    I am now in the need of moving this music to my external firewire storage and I am not sure how to go about it because of this non standard setup.
    Any guidance would be receive with gratitude !
    OS is Mavericks and iTunes is 11.1.5 (5)
    Thank you in advance.
    Robert

    Because you manually manage music it won't be easy.  If you let iTunes manage your media then you could use iTunes' consolidate feature to move your files to a different drive and have it keep track of them.  If you were moving them to the same drive and manually manage then iTunes will keep track of them.  Moving them to a different drive means all your links will break and thrre's no way to stop it really.  "Moving" to a different drive is really copying and deleting.
    Two options.  One is to copy them to a different drive, then re-add them to a new iTunes library.  Yes, yes, I hear you fuss, but for some who only have smart playlists and don't care about date added and ratings it works perfectly fine.  The smart playlists repopulate everything automatically and as long as you use tagged media most of the metadata travels with the files.
    Another is to move the files, then use a text editor to search and replace the location information for all the tracks in the .xml version of the library file.  Use the .xml version to generate a new previous library with the changed information.  You will still lose some information because the .xml does not 100% duplicate information stored in the .itl file and only iTunes can open that.  If there is absolutely mission-critical information, using Applescripts you can try storing it in some non-standard location such as the comment field, then try to re-create things.  E.g. Make a playlist with all your 5-star ratings files, copy the playlist over to the new library, then use that playlist as a basis for assigning 5 stars to all the items in playlist in the new library.

  • SAP (ECC) extractor to transfer data into Non SAP System

    Hi Experts,
    Scenario : We had a requirement to decommission the existing SAP BW system and merge it into Non SAP BI system (say MSBI).
    Existing BW system getting data from standard extractor and populating till cubes.
    Now If this SAP BW system will be decommissioned and all the data needs to be moved to new Non SAP System BI.
    What will be the approached for this smooth transfer.
    Will SAP (ECC) std extractor will be used to move the data into non SAP BI system ? How ?
    Any documentation and experience will be helpful.
    Thank-You.
    Regards,
    VB

    Hi VB,
    First you need to identify that your MSBI system support BCI(business content integration) method. For example Informatica support BCI and provide RFC plugins to integrate with SAP. If your MSBI support BCI method then you can use standard dataextractors to extract data in new BI system. You will also need to plan the reporting model and how the extracted data will be feeded in your BI datamodel/reporting side. You may use some transformation reference from your existing SAP BI system.
    Thanks
    Amit
