I'm trying to email some pictures, I've been doing it no problem for years, now all of a sudden after I choose the ones I want, a new email page comes up and it says... "missing plug"?? And no pictures appear?? Never had this problem before and we've owned this Mac since 2007. Any suggestions?? Thanks!!

New member here, so please be gentle if the problem is glaringly obvious.
I have looked this up on the support pages here, but only found this:
Power adapter plugging into wall
This icon appears on the screen during an update or restore that occurs when iPod is connected to the computer via a low or no-power connector. This can include some USB ports and 4-pin FireWire ports. When this appears, disconnect iPod from the computer and connect it to the power adapter. Then plug the power adapter into a power outlet. The update or restore will complete and iPod will restart to the main menu.
Now, the problem I have is I have never had issues with either of my two USB ports on my PC before now, and also, the two-pin plug I have has a wire connection yet there doesn't seem to be anywhere on the iPod to plug it in?!
Is there anything else I can do to get my iPod functioning normally?

I'm not sure I understand your question but when updating or restoring some iPods via a usb connection, it needs to be plugged into power via the charger to complete the process, and this is why you see that icon displayed. It's also why older iPods that required this step were supplied with a power adaptor as standard.
You may be able to complete the process via a car charger, or via a powered firewire port on the computer (with the required 6 pin cable of course) if you have access to either of those. Or maybe visit an Apple store if one is nearby.

Firefox crashes repeteadly, over and over, new problem, never had issues before, no new software or plugins installed

If someone can tell me how to show you my crash report, I can do that, and next time it crashes Ill try and copy and paste it or something. Anyway all my plugins and themes and extensions and what not have all been on here for a while, i've never had problems like this before, and they are all up to date, as is firefox. I'm using 3.6 on windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit. Any additional details can be provided.

I used to have FF and then I had to reformat. Downloaded file but when it goes to extract, I get Local\temp\7zS6f17.tmp\setup.exe. The directory name is not valid. I've never had this before. Suggestions? ps: can't use firefox because of this =(

This reformat is doing my head in. I hate using IE and was really looking forward to getting back onto FF.
All I did was download the application, try to run it but when it comes to the extraction, a pop up box comes up with the info I've put up there.
Any suggestions that gets me off stupid IE would be appreciated.

In Firefox Options / Privacy be sure "Remember download history" is checked. To see all of the options on that panel, "Firefox will" must be set to "Use custom settings for history".

Just regular surfing and it would freeze, never had this on Firefox 4.8, This is rubbish, might as well be using internet explorer

I would be surfing using firefox, going on websites streaming and all the usual things I have done before with firefox 4.6 & 4.8, and even 5 untill one day in the last month it has froze from time to time, for short periods and long periods.
Ironically it froze when I was writing this, so i have a screen shot so you can see your product not working.
I have always enjoyed using Firefox, yet now it is becoming more frustrating and annoying than it is fun.

Today I started getting pop ups while surfing the web. Never had this before. Also I noticed several words on craigslist ads are different colored.

When I open firefox i am getting a new small browser window opening with some kind of ad (different ad each time). McAfee blocks the ad after about 10 - 15 seconds. I also noticed that while looking at ads on craigslist, a few of the words are different colors and they take you to another website when clicked on. How do I get rid of this problem?

Have you got Firefox set to block popups? Look in Options > Content and see if anything is whitelisted in the exceptions.
You can block most of the advertising stuff if you use Adblock Plus with an Easylist subscription. There is also an auxiliary addon for Adblock Plus to block more popups.
There is a site textsrv.com that adds links to sites to redirect to other sites that you can block with Adblock Plus (if it is not already blocked) by adding that to the custom block list.

Some of the attachments were only a couple of typed pages. I saved them as pdf format so receiver could read. The pdf file would not attach. Program gave message file to large for attachment to e-mail. Perhaps I am not doing correct procedure to attaching a file to an e-mail. I tried typing the document and saving it in pdf format to the desktop. Opened the e-mail on Safarii - typed a quick message and then tried to drop /drag attachment from desktop to e-mail. Up pops the stupid message. Would someone give me the step by step procedure for adding attachments to an e-mail being sent via Safari. Also is there a way to send large files as an attachment. I was able to do this when I was using mountain lion. Help please.

I have been using Mozilla Firefox for ages on my laptop, using Windows 7. I use Yahoo mail for my e-mails. Today, when I booted up, I received a message from Yahoo saying that my "screen resolution is TOO LOW". Never had this before!!!

This can happen if you've zoomed the page. That effects the screen dimensions as reported by JavaScript and seems to confuse Yahoo.
Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.
