Hi,
Is there any Angry Birds for Symbian^1 that is not modded. I mean the Original? Because I want this Game, I only see is the modded? maybe it is not availbale for Symbian^1. am I right? it's only for Symbian^3,

i asked rovio ages back there response to putting angry birds on Symbian 1 devices was

Yes, but you don't get it from the iTunes Store. A quick search with Google should find you flash versions to play online for free and others to pay for and download. The iTunes Store is for apps that run on iOS devices, not your computer.

You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
Important: The app you need to remove may not be the one named in the update notice. For example, the App Store could prompt you to update "Angry Birds" or "Twitter," but the hacked app could be "Final Cut Pro." Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you must carry out a systematic search with Spotlight.
1. Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
2. In the Finder, press command-F to open a search window, or select
          File ▹ Find
from the menu bar. In the search window, select
          Search: This Mac

          Other...
A sheet will drop down. In that sheet, select
          Raw Query
as the criterion, then click OK or press return.
Now there will be a text box to the right of the menu of search criteria. That's where you enter the raw search query. Click in that box and paste the text you copied earlier by pressing command-V.
3. The search window will now show all the App Store products that are installed. Compare those search results with the list of your purchases from the App Store. To see the complete list, you may need to unhide hidden purchases. If any apps were download from the App Store using other Apple ID accounts that you control, sign in to the store under each of those ID's and check the purchases.
4. At least one of the apps in the Spotlight search results is not among your purchases in the App Store. Move each such item to the Trash, after quitting it if it's running. You may be prompted for your administrator password. Empty the Trash.
5. Quit and relaunch the App Store. Test.
If you find these instructions confusing, ask for an alternative method.

If your iPod touch, 2nd generation is up to date, you're on iOS 4, which is more than enough to be ompatile with Angry Birds' minimum requirements for iOS 3.
Make sure you trying to buy the iPhone/iPod touch version, not the iPad version.

Apps that run on an iPad are optimized for iOS devices.
Apps that run on your Mac are written for the Mac OS X.
Two diffrerent operating systems which is why you must purchase the apps separately.
Apps written for your iPad cannot run on the Mac OS X and vice versa.

No free Angry birds for Windows phone

Android and iOS devices have free versions of the Angry Birds game. But I cannot find any free version of the Angry Birds game in the Windows Phone Marketplace.
Is there any other place where I can get the free versions of Angry Birds game for windows phone?

As with most apps in Marketplace you can use the same file as a free trial (TRY button) or buy the full app (BUY button). So if you do not want to spend $0.99 on this game you can get the free levels just like you would when you download the free version on other platforms.

Angry birds for angry people

bb recently released angry birds (kudos for that) but its not free(thats thumbs down). all the platforms are providing it for free except the leader bb(wattt!)... now why is that? dont you want pb users to be happy ??

One also needs to keep in mind that development for the other platforms are not all that difficult to design and deal with. Whereas, it's been stated that development of an app for Blackberry is extremely time consuming and costly therefore, it must be passed on with all due respect. As stated by others, it really is not an unreasonable charge for what it takes to successfully create an app that is guaranteed by RIM not to be malicious. Don't get me wrong i like "FREE" like the next guy, but I will never complain about a vendor adhering to RIM policy which in-turn protects us all from malicious intent. Also, with regard to free apps and availability, surely you have heard that many of the other platforms are experiencing serious breaches and malicious software on their platforms due to lack of stringent policies...which is being reviewed by said platforms. We on our Blackberry' are not experiencing this issue due to RIM being strict with vendors and having a policy in place. With OS 2.0 coming in February it's been said that the process and dealing with the creation of apps will be easier and thus the expectation of many more apps is on the way... Just food for thought, not being critical of any of you and your post! All the best Damien

The version of Angry birds for the Galaxy S has been coded differently to the version that runs on the Galaxy mini because of the different screen sizes and also processor speed and RAM and GPU.
If the Nokia 500 becomes a popular mobile phone, I'm sure Rovio may release a version of Angry birds for it. All we can do is wait and see.

II have a 3rd generation IPad and have been playing Angry Birds for a long time on my Ipjhone.
How do I transfer my level of game from phone to IPad? I signed onto Game Center, but the levels did NOT transfer.

Restore the iPad from the latest backup of your iPhone. If you restore via iTunes all the apps have to be in the iTunes library.

Angry Birds update, but not owned?

My App Store is telling me that I can upgrade Angry Birds to 1.6.2
Problem is, I have never bought Angry Birds for my mac, only for my iPod Touch
The only Angry Birds on my Mac is "Angry Birds 1.6.2.ipa"
When I click update it says: "Log in on (removed)@mail.ru to upgrade the programs on that account". I've never used that email or heard of it.
How can I remove it from my update list?

Read what I actually wrote. I said that the pirated app that you have gotten somewhere for free has been cracked with the MAS receipt from Angry Birds acquired by this other person's Apple ID. The MAS is reading the receipt and notifying that Angry Birds has an update.
Finding a pirated app
All MAS apps have a MAS receipt in their app bundle. Check any app acquired from the MAS. Right click on the app's icon in your Apps folder and choose Show package contents. In the Contents folder is a _MASReceipt folder and in that folder is the coded MAS receipt. It has the Apple ID of the MAS account that bought/acquired the app from the MAS. It is that receipt that the MAS uses to alert you that an app has an update. There would not be a notice of an update with someone else's Apple ID showing in the MAS on your Mac, if there was not an app with a receipt from this person's account somewhere on your Mac.
Download the free app FindAnyFile (FAF);

This app is easier to use and seems to be more powerful than Spotlight. Open FAF and in the box type _MASReceipt and press Find. It should come up with a list of every app on the Mac with a MAS receipt. Compare the apps with receipts in FAF's list with your purchased apps list in the Mac App Store. The odd app out should be the pirated app.

Apple doesn't have anything to do with this other than enforcing the DRM protection. The developers of this content expect to be paid if someone wants to use their content. When you purchase content in the app store, you purchase a license to use the content. This license does not permit you or anyone else to resell or give this content away. The individual you purchased the phone from simply does not have the right to sell or give away any purchased content on the phone. You were deceived.
