Angry Birds Update Question

Hi, are the Mine & Dine and Seasons updates out as yet?
I keep trying to update the games but get the message that I have the newest version and Mine & Dine has been out for quite a while.

I know all this, I have the Original Angry birds, Angry Birds Seasons and Angry Birds Rio. All 3.
The thing is, I usually get through with the updates and I saw the Mine & Dine was out for Android a while now.
the Original angry Birds and Angry birds Seasons keep telling me that I have the newest versions, so I was wondering if it was a problem on my phone or if the newer versions aren't out on OviStore as yet.

I can not control my cursor with the trackpad. It moves randomly. It began after an Angry Birds update. Anyone else have this problem?

I have a late 2011 OS X Lion 10.7.4 that is only 6 months old. For the first 4 months I had no problems, but then about 6 weeks ago I downloaded an Angry Birds update from the Apple App Store, and my problems began. When playing Angry Birds the the new Angry Birds update for the first time the cursor began to jump around, moving on it's own as if someone else was controlling it. After a few moments I became obvious I could not control the cursor with the trackpad. When I placed the tip of my finger gently in the center of the trackpad to try to hold the cursor still it becan switching from the game (desktop) to launchpad and mission control. I then put the computer down so I was not even touching it, walked several feet away and the cursor still moved on it's own.
I've done a lot of research over the last few weeks on related articles and realized this is a common problem with numerous different causes: PRAM settings,
screen sharing, remote settings, having fingers accidently touch edges of trackpad, writst resting too close to trackpad, swollen battery, etc. and I don't think it's due to any of those issues.
The problem came out of nowhere. My computer stays at home, and is not used by anyone else. At first it was just Angry Birds, but now it can happen at any time. Sometimes hours or days go by when this does not happen, sometimes it happens so much I can't use the computer at all. It can get so bad that I won't be able to click out of whatever I'm doing on my desktop, and I'll have to shut it down by holding the power button.
Has anyone else had this issue after updating Angry Birds?

try a new/fresh apple brand cable and make sure it is the only usb cable in use. this worked for me, i noticed i had no problem with a lighting cable. i did a restore from scratch and from backup and it did not help me...and if you cant sync than you wont be able to get anything but apps back after the restore

Updated iPad software last night and did Angry Birds update, now AB won't open. Help?!

When I now click on any of the Angry Birds I updated, it tries to load, but then goes back to my home screen. I have tried restarting and relodading the iPad. What else can I do?

Angry Birds update, but not owned?

My App Store is telling me that I can upgrade Angry Birds to 1.6.2
Problem is, I have never bought Angry Birds for my mac, only for my iPod Touch
The only Angry Birds on my Mac is "Angry Birds 1.6.2.ipa"
When I click update it says: "Log in on (removed)@mail.ru to upgrade the programs on that account". I've never used that email or heard of it.
How can I remove it from my update list?

Read what I actually wrote. I said that the pirated app that you have gotten somewhere for free has been cracked with the MAS receipt from Angry Birds acquired by this other person's Apple ID. The MAS is reading the receipt and notifying that Angry Birds has an update.
Finding a pirated app
All MAS apps have a MAS receipt in their app bundle. Check any app acquired from the MAS. Right click on the app's icon in your Apps folder and choose Show package contents. In the Contents folder is a _MASReceipt folder and in that folder is the coded MAS receipt. It has the Apple ID of the MAS account that bought/acquired the app from the MAS. It is that receipt that the MAS uses to alert you that an app has an update. There would not be a notice of an update with someone else's Apple ID showing in the MAS on your Mac, if there was not an app with a receipt from this person's account somewhere on your Mac.

This app is easier to use and seems to be more powerful than Spotlight. Open FAF and in the box type _MASReceipt and press Find. It should come up with a list of every app on the Mac with a MAS receipt. Compare the apps with receipts in FAF's list with your purchased apps list in the Mac App Store. The odd app out should be the pirated app.

Angry birds update problems with E7

Hallo,
I have angry birds, angry birds seasons and rio on my E7. If I log onto Nokia OVI store, it shows me I can update Seasons and Rio. My phone then download the content, but "freezes" on the installing of the update.
I have contacted Nokia Support (South-Africa), but the advice they gave me was to use WLAN or 3G to check if the download can go faster, but that doesn't really make a difference. Also they said I need to clear the cache, which I did, but it also didn't work. And that I must try to download other items, which I did and then it worked fine.
It seems that the new updates for angry birds are not working on the nokia E7?
Can someone help me with regard to this problem?

If split screen input does not appear (in latin-based languages) in conversations view then you have a conflicting conversations software in your phone. You need to remove it by opening: Menu / Settings / Application Manager / Installed Applications
- List of installed applications appears, choose Conversations, remove it.
- List of installed applications appears, choose Conversations Server, remove it.
Re-boot the device and split screen input should work after this
For me this helped. I removed Conversations Server
There was also conversations appl which I left on device

I read many of the treads on how to remove this update from the App Store and none of them seem to work for me. 1st I never purchased a pirate app of Angry Birds, 2nd I don't even know how to do that and 3rd I do have the app on my iPhone. You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.

For example, the App Store could prompt you to update "Angry Birds" or "Twitter," but the hacked app could be "Final Cut Pro." Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you must carry out a systematic search with Spotlight.

If any apps were download from the App Store using other Apple ID accounts that you control, sign in to the store under each of those ID's and check the purchases.
4. At least one of the apps in the Spotlight search results is not among your purchases in the App Store. Move each such item to the Trash, after quitting it if it's running. You may be prompted for your administrator password. Empty the Trash.
5. Quit and relaunch the App Store. Test.
If you find these instructions confusing, ask for an alternative method.

Angry birds update Help

I have a update to update angry birds on my mac and i have never had angry birds installed on this machine (never) to make it worse when i do try to install it, it comes up with someones elses id which is not mine. so can i get plz help to resolve this.

When you get an update for a Mac App Store app which you have never installed on your Mac and the Apple ID of a stranger appears in connection with the update, it indicates that there is a pirated app on your Mac. This may be an app that you were led to install as a trial is even a free version.
Do a search in this forum for "pirated app" to find the suggested remedy. I am out and about and can't access the links at this moment.

Updated angry birds app, but call came in that interrupted it - update fail

I was installing the new Angry Birds "update" today when a call came in on my phone which messed up the update process. The new game level is not opening. I tried resetting the computer, re-syncing, turning off and on the phone, etc, to no avail. If I repurchase it from ITunes, will it erase all my gaming history? I don't want to waste all the levels I achieved (spent too many hours and don't want to waste more time redoing). Is there any other way to get the app update to try again? To reset?

The problem may not be with the phone call. I just updated angry birds original and angry birds seasons at the same time. Seasons works fine, but the original does not show the new levels, it still says coming soon.

Nokia N8 : Angry Birds & Angry Birds Seasons Crash...

I installed the new update for both angry birds and angry birds seasons......from then on, both the games just shows the angry birds logo page and then crashes.....it doesnt even go to the menu....
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling..but the same problem exists.....someone please help....

Apple doesn't have anything to do with this other than enforcing the DRM protection. The developers of this content expect to be paid if someone wants to use their content. When you purchase content in the app store, you purchase a license to use the content. This license does not permit you or anyone else to resell or give this content away. The individual you purchased the phone from simply does not have the right to sell or give away any purchased content on the phone. You were deceived.

few days back,i reset my phone by deleting all the data and the angry birds that came free with Belle update on my Nokia 500 also got deleted.how can I get it back.please reply asap.

You should have created a backup of your data before resetting.Now I guess there is no way you can get it back except reinstalling the firmware.

Why do I have an update on the Mac App Store for an Angry Birds app when I have not downloaded the app?

I have a strange issue where the Mac App Store always shows an update available for an Angry Birds app I have never downloaded on my Mac. Everytime I click on it for update, it gives a strange Username for which the update is available.
This is the username that comes up when I hit "Update"... I noticed this problem exists on my friends iMac too and it is the exact same email ID that shows on the screenshot above.
Please help.

Just to make sure, open Mac App Store and click Purchases. Can you pause the download and restart it?

Angry Birds Seasons update, paid, downloaded, now can't find it?

Noticed that the "flash' image for the above game was different in the store and sure enough I had 2,5,0 and the 2.5.1 update was on sale for €0.79.
thought it odd to pay for an update, but at that price? I went through the process.
I admit to not taking much note of the download but it quickly came up with the "downloaded" sign under the icon.
That's the way it stayed, no "Installed", it does not appear in "Downloads" or Recent purchases.
The game on my machine remains as 2.5.0.
Probably too soon to get a receipt by e-mail.
I expect that the App store and the Angry Birds people will each blame the other, but as I am not sure if the transaction has gone through, in the meantime, I would like to know if anyone else has had a similar experience/

Why is angry birds in my updates list?

I have a brand new macbook air that's only a week or so old and has never had angry birds installed on it. I only vaguely even know what the heck angry birds is, let alone have I ever used it. Yet in the App Store on the updates tabs, low and behold there appear angry birds. like, what?! not that it really matters in the grand scheme of the universe, but how do I remove this from the updates list so i don't get a little red "1" in the corner of my app store icon? this is very strange.

Have you been downloading apps that should cost money for free somewhere? Because there is a well-known exploit that pirates use to steal software that involves mimicking a cheap app... Like Angry Birds. A symptom of such theft is often that updates for software that you do not have show up.
