Hi Shahab Khan
upload the images first like...

    You can't do it in Client/Server unless you find some OCX that will let you do this.
    Just one more reason the Web Forms is better than client/server.

    In my 3G iphone why animated picture will not play any free application that support animated?

    If the animation is based on Flash. it will not work. iPhones have never had Flash capability, as Adobe has never provided it. Search the forums for "Flash" to see at least 5000 explanations.

    hello
    can i use animation picture in the form that is built in oracle developer10g
    if can you give me example to how to do that (more details)
    thanks

    Hello,
    What do you mean by "animation picture" ? animated GIF? Flash?
    If you mean animated GIF, you can use them on buttons.
    If you mean Flash file, there is no standard way to display them.

  • Picture messaging problems for EnV 3

    In the past few days, I have been having picture messaging problems. When a Non-Verizon person sends me a picture, it says connecting (as it should) but just continues to say connecting. I never receive the picture. It just says failed if I let it continue to connect. When I receive a picture message from a Verizon person, it also says connecting and I allow it to go until it stops. It never shows a loading bar like it used to but the "connecting" screen will eventually disappear and I can view the picture. It works but, its very slow and it doesn't show the loading bar like it used to.
    I also have problems sending picture messages. Again, the connecting screen comes up when sending a picture but no loading bar. I usually let it go for 30 seconds and I'll end up cancelling it. BUT, a friend of mine did end up receiving the picture even though it never said message sent on my phone.
    Any help with these problems? I haven't done anything different than I used to and I have had the phone for almost a year and a half now. Everything has been fine until now.

    Yay!! It's so nice when it's a simple fix!
    You can do the *228 reset every month or so just for maintenance and to keep your phone updated.

  • CS5 Encore Animated Menu Rendering Problem

    Anybody who could help! I am still experimenting but haven't find the solution (either very simple, or a serious bug ). Here is the problem: If I do any edit on the menu after setting the poster frames and/or inserting a motion (avi) or still (wav) background and re-render the menu, it plays the audio but shows the highlights only on a black background. Before rendering, all the (non-moving) background and/or the button pictures can be seen. For a simple experiment, I use the  "NTSC Blank Menu" from the "General" Set in the Library panel with the "Drive-in Video Button". My only solution at this point is to start from the beginning with the Blank Menu and copy everything from the non-functioning menu, and insert the background and/or the button pictures (via the poster frame selection), but do not touch anything at this point, and render it, it works as it supposed to. I checked the layers in Photoshop and there is no difference between the functioning and non-functioning menu layer sets. (It points to the animation part as a possible culprit in Encore.) Also, I couldn't find any way to just remove/reinsert the background/button pictures and make it work. This might even be a quirk only with this menu? I would greatly appreciate any suggestion. - Laci.

    Hi LaciG,
    I just encountered the same problem tonight. So I knew exactly what you were refering to.  I tried several approaches to work around this issue including erasing the motion menu background source file and re-importing in and starting the menu from scratch again and neither worked.  Eventually I did find a work around here it goes:  First I erased the buggy menu and motion menu source file (AVI).  Next  I copied the whole Encore project file and renamed it.  Then I copied and renamed the avi file I used as the motion menu.  After this I went in and used the template menu I originally used but renamed it in the asset list.  Like you said when ever you mess with the menu like changing the chapter timeline poster or such, it messes up the render.  So I made sure everything was the way it needed to be then added the AVI to the motion menu.  I re-rendered and it worked.  I know this is convoluted but it works, I guess this a good start but I may work on finding out what specific step it was in the process that did it.  I had a similar problem in CS4 but could never figure out how to fix it and now that I have Windows 7 using CS4 Encore was a nightmare so I switched to CS5 and ran into the same bug as you. Well I hope this helps

  • IPhone to image capture picture orientation problem.

    I am having a problem with my iPhone 3G (2.2.1) and pictures. I've seen several other topics about this but none of them address or fix the problem for me (since most of them are from people using other applications like Picasa or iPhoto). Opening up every picture in an image editor and rotating it before syncing back to my iphone is NOT a solution. It's a bandaid.
    Here is the problem.
    Take a picture with iPhone. Connect to Mac. Image Capture app launches and I "Download All" to Pictures folder in Home folder. Images are deleted from the iPhone and moved into the Pictures folder. Opening an image from the Pictures folder opens them in the correct orientation in Preview.
    iTunes is set to import all pictures from the Pictures folder. Sync iPhone. Images are uploaded to the photo library and all of them are rotated 90 degrees CCW. Turning the phone causes the images to rotate automatically to retain "correct orientation" which is still wrong.
    Uploading an image from the phone (to Facebook for example) from the Photo Library results in a rotated image on the server.
    None of the suggestions I've seen so far are a "solution". I don't want to open every image I take in iPhoto and rotate it before I sync it back to my Photo Library.
    My question is how do I fix this, or prevent it from happening? Alternatively, is this a recognized bug that Apple intends to fix?

    This is a useful method to minimize the problem, but it is still not a solution. It is unacceptable that I should have to resort to an extra step using a third party application to get my pictures onto my device, especially considering this problem didn't previously exist.
    I am using all Apple tools (iPhone, iMac, image capture, iTunes) because I want to maintain the integrity of the process.
    I know this problem is related to EXIF information in the image resulting in an unwanted rotation. IF I open an image in another program, I can clearly see that the image dimensions are listed at 1200x1600 (portrait). Either image capture or iTunes is modifying or removing these values before the image is optimized and added to the Photo Library on the phone, resulting in an orientation mismatch.
    I guess I'm going to have to call Apple.

  • Flash image viewer, picture scale problem in CS3

    Please someone help me. I have built a website 3 years ago, and I still have this problem. In CS3 I added a flash image viewer (slideshow.swf) as a slideshow to show gardens we have made. When you first visit the site and look at the pictures (wich are bigger than the viewer window because of picture quality issues) they don`t shrink to fit into the viewer window, you only end up seeing a fraction of them. But when they download and you go back to see them again a second later, they become the right size. It also swiches to the right size when the loop play gets back to the first pic again.
    In the flash element properties I tried the different scale settings, and looked at other settings too but I couldn`t make it work.
    I think making the viewer window as large as the pictures, would look odd. Maybe buying on other slideshow program to insert into dreamweaver would work.
    If you would like to see the site its: tsugagardens.com , than look in the photo gallery and after the pics download go back with the back button and see the difference in the pics.
    Thank you for your efforts,
    Tibor

  • LabVIEW animation picture ring memory allocation

    I'm creating an animation in labview, I have 1,000 images that I need to flip through, I'm using a pict ring and flipping through the images... problem is after loading about 200 images (they're 20k each) my computer throw in the towel, the RAM is full the Virtual RAM might be full.... I'm wondering if there is a workaround around this?  Any kind of way to manipulate the memory so I can finish?  Maybe it's more of a computer thing than a LabVIEW thing... I was thinking, if I increase my machines virtual memory to "alot" and tell LabVIEW not to use th RAM just use the virtual memory that maybe I'd be able to continue, but I don't know if this is possible or how to do it... any suggestion/advice?
    much thanks!
    PS - I realize that there are other programs that are well suited for this and that LabVIEW really isn't animation software, but I MUST use LabVIEW to do this and I'm lookin for advice to find out whether or not this task is possible in LabVIEW. thanks.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    I would advise not to use the picture ring, if only because it's not very convenient.
    You can use the picture control, which will allow you to read in and display the PNG images one after the other (using the VIs in the picture palette) and here you have two options:
    Read the files in one at a time. This might be a problem if you do this quickly and repeatedly, but will solve any memory issues you might have.
    Read the files in once and keep them in memory. Note that the picture control does not have any compression, so the actual size of an image in RAM would be PIXELS x 3 bytes (or x 1 byte and a bit, if you have an 8-bit color depth), so the amount of RAM will depend on the size of the image. For a 200 x 200 image, this should be 120KB, assuming I did my math correctly.
    Try to take over the world!

  • Animating Pictures or Text Captions

    Hi Guys
    Is there any way of getting more animation of Text Captions or pictures, other than simply fading them in?  I know there is the option of setting up and using the 'Text Animations' but I find the text formatting options very limited.  Notwithstanding this text issue, what about having pictures entering with a little more pizazz?
    Any help would be most appreciated and if anyone from Captivate Development are reading and this isn't possible - can we have it for the future... including making the Text Animations feature more versatile with respect to text formatting - or am I just missing something here?
    Many thanks in advance
    Kind regards
    Kevin

    Hi there
    Captivate can seem limiting at times. But mostly, I think it's more of a "Can't see the forest for all the darn trees in the stupid way!" issue.
    Perhaps if you could articulate exactly how you would like to "jazz it up", we might suggest alternatives or using other features to help.
    What you described seems to be a bit on the "fuzzy nebulous" end of the spectrum.
    Cheers... Rick

  • Animated gif resizing problem

    Im trying to achieve the following: showing an animated gif that resizes to fill the area of a canvas. I tried the easy way: adding a label and setting the icon for that label, but when trying to resize the image it doesnt show (see code below). Is there any particular way of resizing an animated gif? can the labe-icon approach be used with animated gif that must be resized?
    Thanks a lot in advance.
    import java.awt.Color;
    import java.awt.Dimension;
    import java.awt.Image;
    import javax.swing.ImageIcon;
    public class TestFrame extends javax.swing.JFrame {
    /** Creates new form TestFrame */
    public TestFrame() {
    initComponents();
    Image image = this.getToolkit().getImage("C:\\multivideo\\img\\39.gif");
    Dimension dim = jLabel1.getPreferredSize();
    image = image.getScaledInstance(dim.width, dim.height, Image.SCALE_SMOOTH);
    ImageIcon i = new ImageIcon(image);
    jLabel1.setIcon(i);
    jLabel1.setBackground(Color.BLUE);
    pack();
    /** This method is called from within the constructor to
    * initialize the form.
    private void initComponents()
    jLabel1 = new javax.swing.JLabel();
    setDefaultCloseOperation(javax.swing.WindowConstants.EXIT_ON_CLOSE);
    jLabel1.setHorizontalAlignment(javax.swing.SwingConstants.CENTER);
    jLabel1.setIcon(new javax.swing.ImageIcon("C:\\multivideo\\img\\40.gif"));
    jLabel1.setMaximumSize(new java.awt.Dimension(1436, 86));
    jLabel1.setMinimumSize(new java.awt.Dimension(1436, 86));
    jLabel1.setPreferredSize(new java.awt.Dimension(1436, 86));
    getContentPane().add(jLabel1, java.awt.BorderLayout.CENTER);
    pack();
    * @param args the command line arguments
    public static void main(String args[]) {
    java.awt.EventQueue.invokeLater(new Runnable() {
    public void run() {
    new TestFrame().setVisible(true);
    private javax.swing.JLabel jLabel1;
    }

    I don't think getScaledInstance is smart enough to return a scaled image.
    You could try doing your own scaling:
    import java.awt.*;
    import java.awt.geom.*;
    import java.net.*;
    import javax.swing.*;
    public class Animated extends JComponent {
        private Image image;
        private double scale;
        public Animated(URL url, double scale) {
            image = new ImageIcon(url).getImage();
            this.scale = scale;
        protected void paintComponent(Graphics g) {
            super.paintComponent(g);
            Insets insets = getInsets();
            Graphics2D g2 = (Graphics2D) g.create();
            g2.translate(insets.left, insets.top);
            g2.scale(scale, scale);
            g2.drawImage(image, 0, 0, this);
            g2.dispose();
        public Dimension getPreferredSize() {
            Insets insets = getInsets();
            int w = insets.left + insets.right + (int)(scale*image.getWidth(null));
            int h = insets.top + insets.bottom + (int)(scale*image.getHeight(null));
            return new Dimension(w,h);
        public static void main(String[] args) throws MalformedURLException {
            URL url = new URL("http://members.aol.com/royalef/sunglass.gif");
            final JFrame f = new JFrame();
            f.setDefaultCloseOperation(JFrame.EXIT_ON_CLOSE);
            f.getContentPane().add(new Animated(url, 2), BorderLayout.NORTH);
            f.getContentPane().add(new Animated(url, 1), BorderLayout.SOUTH);
            f.pack();
            SwingUtilities.invokeLater(new Runnable(){
                public void run() {
                    f.setLocationRelativeTo(null);
                    f.setVisible(true);
    }Or you could explicitly extract the images from the animated gif and
    resize them individually. The sample code here does the extraction:
