Animation fully runs in Chrome and Opera, not in any other browsers

I created an extensive animation with images and sounds (*.mp3 and *.wav files) using Adobe Edge Animate for a website I'm creating for a client. I've uploaded everything to the host, which is Shopify, and the animation works in Google Chrome and Opera but not in any other browsers. In other browsers, the preloader displays but when it's finished, it just shows a couple images of the animation randomly then freezes on one of the image, meaning that it doesn't animate. It just shows an image and gets stuck.
I'm really confused and stuck on this issue. I've been trying to get it to work for a long time now and I'm running out of time. I read about the .htaccess issue in other threads and I have an e-mail out to Shopify to see if they can help me with it. Other than that, has anyone else run into this problem? Any advice?

SharePoint 2013 - document libraries and newsfeeds are visible when viewed using Internet Explorer running on the server but not from any other machine

On a single Windows 2012 R2 server I have installed SQL 2012 and SharePoint 2013 SP1 with the latest update roll ups. When I remote desktop to the server using the farm and site collection admin account and open page http://server_name_here using
Internet Explorer, I'm able to see newsfeeds and document libraries.
If I connected to a separate Windows 7 machine as the farm and site collection admin account and open page http://server_name_here using Internet Explorer, I'm able to view the SharePoint pages except I cannot see any newsfeeds or document libraries.
There's just blank space where they should be. I have repeated this process on several other machines that are not the server and get the same result on every machine (I've tried other servers, desktops, adding the SharePoint site to the trusted sites list
in IE, even using firefox). I'm using the same account as I did when I logged onto the server directly. Any thoughts as to what's going on?

It is currently set to the default of http://server_name and http://server_name:port_number (the latter is for Central Admin).
When I have access to the server, I have always done so the same way, using http://server_name. This was true when I access it from the desktop of the server itself and when I tried to access it from other desktops and servers (the machines where I had the
issues with the libraries and feeds not showing up). Are there other values I should add?
I have not tried to add http://server_FQDN as we don't plan on using that to access it but if you think it will help I would be happy to add it.

i have uninstalled all apple software and re installed itunes .
i have checked my iphone at a retail store and it was found.
i have the latest version of ie "ie9" and itunes "10.2.2.12".

I agree that it should not really run slow however I would really like to upgrade to Lion anyway and thought that doing it via the SSD route would be good way to do it as the SSD should help speed things up once I sort out the underlying issue at present. I also wanted to try and load lion but still have Snow Leopard available on the original drive for the time being till I knew that eveything was working well using Lion but I'm not sure if this is possible and how to do to this.
I have just clicked on 'Verify disk' on HD1 in the utility menu and there is a problem there. It is asking for me to start using another disk such as the mac installation disc but I am not sure where I have put this. Seeing as I have upgraded to SL would this now be the new installation disc and if so, do I just put the disc in the machine and restart?

Thanks for your reply cor-el. I had never heard of nor seen the pref network.http.max-connections until I read about it in some of the replies in this support forum. People were saying 256 was the old setting and a new setting of 48 would correct my problem. When I followed the instructions to get to - see - and change the setting I discovered that my network.http.max-connections was already set to 48. I never did this. The only way I can think of that this setting was changed is that it happened by an automatic update to my Firefox browser. So, the problem I have was probably happening while this setting was at 48 all along. It is still set at 48 and I am still having the same problem. I will try as you suggest and set it to 30 and see what happens. I'll let you know the results. That's again for your response.

Couple of notes:
Original set up for three parallax picture boxes.
First box contained picture file that was set at “original size” and was large enough to meet motion requires without reaching end of picture and reach 100% of landscape monitor. It reached 100% and was acceptable in FF and Chrome.
Second box contained picture file that was set at “original size” and was large at original size and was large enough to meet motion requires without reaching end of picture and but was centered at almost 100% of landscape monitor. It was centered and acceptable in FF and Chrome.
Third box contained picture file that was set had tile vertical as it wasn’t large enough in certain settings and needed repeating. It was wide enough to reach 100% of landscape monitor. It reached 100% and was acceptable in FF and Chrome.
Both FF and Chrome displayed great. Images 1 and 3 were 100% wide and image 2 was about 90% wide and centered. Start motion and end motion displayed photos images in exactly the location as desired.
IE11, Images 1 and 3 were 100% width. Image 2 was still at 90%, but left aligned. Additionally, all images motion started and ended at a different point than when displayed in FF or Chrome, causing the images to be off of where I would like them to start and end the motion effect.
I was able to correct the left alignment of image 2 by changing it from ”original size” to “tile vertically”. I subsequently changed all pictures to “tile vertically”
So the remaining issue is that all images motion starts and ends at the wrong point in IE11 vs FF and Chrome.
Lastly, if you look at the site on an iPad, although it wasn’t sized for the smaller screen, it displays very well and the anchor menus work well, with one exception. The site jumps around when scrolling with touch, and when you touch scroll to the end, it wants to jump you back to the top. If you have time, could you look at this as well.
One bug I did find on all browsers, was that if I put a 100% width block and checked “footer”, it caused the site to add a lower scroll bar at the bottom when previewed. The only way I was able to work around this was to remove the 100% block from the footer. Feedback on this would also be appreciated.

Will not load and function. Does having other browsers installed prohibit Firefox from working? i.e. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Opera?

Hello,
I need to extract the URL and title of currently active tab in Google Chrome and Opera browsers. I manage to do this with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox but having troubles with those two.
Can someone help me with this issue?
Would be grateful for a code sample.

As far as I know Opera uses QT for the UI (or at least used to use QT in older versions and now uses an different UI frameswork). I assume Chrome also used QT or a similar UI framework. QT is completely different from the normal Windows Controls. You will
not find anything in a Opera or Chrome Window using SpyXX.
Therefore there are only a less ways getting the URL. A suitable way could be taking a screenshot and finding the URL bar and doing an OCR on this URL bar.

Facebook and youtube videos don't work on firefox. (Vimeo does & videos work on chrome and opera)

When I try to open an video in youtube or facebook the player just goes black and white.
With google chrome and opera I don't got any problems..

You may want to do this only for the current session, then reset the preference back to "true" and check back with the site to see whether it's been fixed, since this is a global setting that exposes you on all sites, not just the one you care about.

Yosemite font problem in browsers Chrome and Opera

I have several issues since I updated my new Mac Pro to Yosemite.
One really bugging issue is that several websites show an A in a square instead of the correct font. This happens in Chrome and Opera. Does anyone have a solution? I would greatly appreciate the help (and I promise to never update to a brand new Mac OS system again!). Grrr!

Have you tried "Restoring Standard Fonts..." in Font Book? I remember reading on these forums that selecting this option fixed a similar issue. I apologize as I've not been able to find a link to it.

Only Able to Connect to Google Chrome and Opera on Internet

I'm running 10.9.5 on a Mid-2011 iMac. The problem started last night after I uninstalled Norton Security for Mac. Since then although I am connected to the internet through my ethernet connection, I'm unable to access the internet except through Google Chrome and Opera. No luck with Safari, Firefox, Apple Mail App Store, iTunes or Microsoft Outlook for Mac. My cable company, Time-Warner Cable, was unable to help.
Here are the steps I've taken, since last night, all without success
Backed up to 3 or 4 previous backups in Time Machine;
Rebooted the cable modem;
Turned off the firewall;
Shut down my iMac and pulled out and put the ethernet cable back in and then restarted;
Flushed DNS using the app "DNS Flusher";
Manually changed the DNS Servers in the Advanced subsection of the Ethernet section in System Preferences;
Started my Mac in the Safe Mode;
Created a separate Administrative Account in the User and Group section in System Preferences
Some of the above steps I tried more than once and at this point am out of ideas.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've used the X2 and its works fine with Whatsapp and Google Play.
Also do try a different SIM card on the phone.
Also for the Security App, you can actually add the Whatsapp and Facebook or those app that you trusted into "Trusted App".

Ok, sounds like the safe mode boot worked... You probably don't want to always be in safe mode though (some reduced functionality) so does it do a normal boot now? If not, you should then reboot into safe mode and run Disk Utility. Then select Macintosh HD on the left hand side, and click the Verify Disk button. If needed, it will ask you to Repair Disk. If there are errors found, Repair Disk again until there are none. Then try another normal boot and reply with result, wether good or bad.

I suspect you have the original, 1G iPod touch. Those can only go as high as iOS 3.1.3,
If y ohave a 2G those can go as high as 4.2.1
