Animation Graph Options

Hi Everyone,
I looked around a little and couldn't find my answer exactly.
I have a graph with 4 series bars. I want each of these bars to grow one by one (on click), but after each one grows I'd like to animate a text box coming in saying the exact amount.
Can this be done? On inspector when I click "More Options" I can't exactly drag the number to appear in between each series grow.

Select the chart on the slide then open the inspector. Click "More Options" to open the "Build Order" drawer.
Click on "Build In" and select "Grow" effect or whatever effect you want.
Under "Delivery" choose "By Series". Click the "Set timing and order for each build" box.
You'll see the timings for each series in the drawer. You can now select your text box, select a "Build In" effect, and drag the text build in the drawer to between the build timings of each series.

Graph options disabled

Hi,
I am on SSM 7.5 SP04.
A good lot of my settings are fine and tested. Just one final bit.
Where I look at KPI details with the actual vs target bar chart, there is the graph options link. The link opens up a pop up to select different types of charts.
However the option 3 to selct dates and periods is showing disabled.
I need this to be enabled so that users get the flexibility.

I know that the answer I am giving is not the correct solution to your problem. But , I want to give you one small piece of information which might be helpful.
The graph options and the changes to the graphs in the KPI display cannot be saved. That is , even after you save the settings , if you log out and log in again , the default graph will be displayed. This is due to the fact that , by design, the KPI graphs are not "sticky".
So , I suggest you to create a similar report in the reports tab and then give a link to the report in the KPI's Associated Links.

Advanced Graphs option seems missing in JDeveloper 11G

I am trying to do an exercise on "Data Visualization and Graphs in JSF". (http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/viewlets/11/)
I have created a query on a table and am trying build a graph based on this query. When I try to build a graph in JDeveloper 11.1.1.2.0 - build 5536; I do not get the 'Advanced graphs' option under 'Data Visualization - Graphs components.
I am not sure whether there is an update or jar file missing. I will really appreciate if somebody could point me to how to enable this option.

Disabled graph option in OracleAS Portal

I've registered discoverer portlet provider in portal. All three types of discoverer portlets are being published in portal. I want to display graph based on worksheet developed in discoverer. In the option page, where Crosstab, Graph, Both comes, Graph option is disabled. Anybody can help me by guiding how can I enable this option?

Hi everyone
If my memory serves me right I believe there is a section in Enterprise Manager for managing Portlets. My understanding is that one the areas that you can manage concerns whether graphs are available within portlets.
I am away from my system right now and don't have access and so am unable to verify this. However I think this would be a good place to look.

ASCP horizontal view "Graph options"

My client needs the option to use a "Stacked" bar graph to show all item quantities that can be used to meet a model based demand. This would allow the horizontal view to sum up all supply and demand by model while the stacked bar graph would show separate item quantities that can meet the demand for the model. e.g; We have demand for model A. Item # 1, 2, & 3 can be used to meet the demand. I need to see Total supply for Model A. Horizontal view would sum up Items 1, 2 & 3. The stacked bar graph would indicate by color the qty of each item.
However, we only have choices to select a single axis bar graph or a line graph. Is there a way to add a multi axis "stacked" bar graph option? Thanks!

Out of the box the option to use a "Stacked" bar graph within the ASCP horizontal plan is not possible. Multiple items / orgs may be selected from the Planner's Workbench Navigator by holding down "Shift" or "Ctrl" while selecting the individual items. Here is the Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Supply Chain Plan > Workbench > View By > Items > Expand Plans > Expand Plan > Expand Category > Hold down "Shift" or "Ctrl" and select multiple Items (or Expand the Item and hold down "Shift" or "Ctrl" and select multiple Organizations.)
The graph will show the default configuration however multiple rows can be dynamically added to the graph by holding down "Shift" or "Ctrl" and select multiple rows. The rows won't be "stacked" but they will be side-by-side.

Missing Animated GIF option in Premiere Elements 9

Greetings!
I have been researching this for a while and it's driving me a little crazy. I have an incredibly short video clip (like three seconds) that would make a perfect animated GIF. I read online that it's possible. The help files for Premiere list Animated GIF as a supported export format.
BUT, when I go to the Share tab, there isn't a single option for creating one. It's a pretty infuriating.
Any help?

I'm looking at the help file for Premiere Elements 9, and it lists Animated GIF. I do not think it's unusual for a video editor to export a video to a "motion image." It exports individual image files, so why not GIF? And there are instructions elsewhere online for creating GIFs with Premiere, but they're all using older versions using the File > Export menu. That item is grayed out now, which is another terrible UI design because it took me a while, as a new Premiere user, to figure out how to perform the basic task of creating a video from my timeline.

Graph Option Not Available in 11.1.1.2.0

I'm feeling somewhat silly asking this, but the graph context menu option is not available for me at all in my Fusion Web Application App/Projects.
I'm dragging a data control for the HR Schema Employee / Departments into a Detail Item and the option just isn't there - but all the forms and table options are.
I've also put a table in and right-clicked and the option isn't there either.

I'm using 11.1.1.2.0 on Windows 7 Pro 64bit, could there be some kind of OS thing going on with either Win 7 or 64bit - I'm running JDev in 32bit mode. I would appreciate any pointers.

Arun, when I created a new project and followed the same steps as you, the graph libraries were there and the tag lib included.
However, there was a time that it was not there in multiple test applications I created. I'm not sure what changed. I do not think that adding the tag libraries for one project would change the behavior for future projects. Hopefully it is a fluke of some kind, I honestly am just happy I understand what to do if it happens again.

Animated Graphs looking terrible after exporting

Hello Anyone,
I've created an graph in Numbers and brought it across to Keynote and applied an animation effect. Then I exported as a Quicktime Movie using a few different Codecs. All look fine and crystal clear when played in Quicktime. But when I import it into FCP it appears okay in the viewer but terrible when in the Canvas even after rendering. I've tried exporting in various formats from FCP, but I'm still unable to get a satifactory result without it looking terrible. Surely there is a way?????

OK...now for the second part...are you looking at this, and judging the quality of the image based on what you see in the Canvas? That is one of the worse places to judge the quality of the image.

ONLY JUDGE THE QUALITY OF YOUR MATERIAL ON AN EXTERNAL NTSC MONITOR, OR AT LEAST A TV.
The canvas shows you what happens after the codec you are working with has been applied. The viewer shows you the material in its native format.

Video playback requires large amounts of data and many computations. In order to maintain frame rate and be viewable at a normal size, only about one-fourth of the DV data is used in displaying the movie to the screen. However, the DV footage is still at full quality, and is best viewed thru a TV or NTSC monitor routed thru your camera or deck.

No Animation speed options...!!!

In all the phones/tablets after android 4.0 have option for changing animation speed in developer options. But in my Lenovo A1000G, I didn't found one. And also many other options are missing. There are only three options. Actually in all other devices, there are 15-20 options. Where are they hidden Lenovo????

-Go to menu, settings,
-about phone
-scroll to the bottom and find "build number"
-tap it 7 times (upon completion, it will say that you're a developer)
-the menu is now near the bottom of the main settings menu (just above about phone)

Keeping graph options

I have to do a book with a lot of graphs and have decided my layout.
I have written down my steps to create the different graphs, but isn't
it possible to lock some parts of the layout?
Or can't I help messing up the graph layout when changes are done?
I know it worked this messing-up way in earlier versions, but hasn't
this feature improved in recent CS2 or CS3?

Animating graph in motion 2

I'm trying to animate a graph in Motion 2. It is a growing line (curved graph line) Any idea on how to do this? Also, it would be nice to have dots appear on the line as it grows.

Animated zoom option

The animated zoom could have been such a good complement to tap tap-zoom. But I'm so bothered by the "1/2+"sec delay for anim to start that I don't use it.. pitty :C
Is there any delay fix or workaround?

I'm not sure, but the delays may be possible to switch off by some more registry hacks. They definitely shouldn't occur and might hinge on some intentional microsecond delays to determine mouse actions or initialize texture loading in the graphics system. My suspicion is that they could be massaged and shortened...

} The circle behaves as expected and oscillates up and down. However, I would also like to graph its motion beside it (using moveTo and lineTo, you can see these two lines above) but no lines at all appear on the screen. The idea is that on each new frame a portion of the line graph is added (i.e. from the old y position to the new y position, also adding on an equal x increment each time as we move along the time axis.
Any help on this would be really appreciated - I am very keen to move away from technologies such as Flash, but at the moment I am finding JFX a bit difficult.

aheem...well! then how about this animation...I think I know what you are trying to do then. If I'm not mistaken, you are trying to do what the Ti-83 can do when graphing.
