Animation not showing in screen during audio recording

Happy New Year ;
I am having a problem with getting an imported swf to animate
in the screen while I am trying to do an audio recording. I set
everything up as in the tutorial but it does not animate.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    First, try a system reset.  It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
    Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo.  Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.  You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
    If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore.  Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset.  Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync.  From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab.  Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup.  You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.  Again, say "yes."
    Finally, if the Restore doesn't work, let the battery drain completely.  Then recharge for at least an hour and Restore again.

    You should click the 'refresh variable values' button.
    Also switch on the 'process variables on refresh' in the workbook properties.

    I'll assume your profile is wrong (10.4.7?) and you are using Lion in full screen mode.  If so click the double arrows in the menu bar which should appeare if you mouse into the menu bar area.
    If that isn't the case then are you zoomed in?  Contol + fingler drag on mouse (or scroll wheel) zooms in or out (see Mouse preferences, Screen Zoom, look at the little movie).

    You could try a reset and see if that fixes it : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
    If it doesn't then you could try restoring to your last backup and/or resetting back to factory defaults. But if it's a hardware issue then you will need to contact Apple.

    im making a small chess game my chess board is made of Tiledlayer and my chess elements are also Tiledlayer wheneever a move is made i have to make changes to my chess elements cells. but i make changes and they appear on my tiledlayer object but dont show on screen...
    when during game when i press FIRE_KEY first time my code goes to a thread and starts a rectangle which blinks and when i press fire again the tiled_layer is updated such that my chess element is moved from selected position to desired position.... but i dont c the change on screen....

    A new Graphics object is created and returned each time this method is called; therefore, the needed Graphics object(s) should be obtained before the game starts then re-used while the game is running.

    Oracle 9.2.0.4 on Red Hat Linux AS 2.1.
    I have configured the rsh and rcp services on both nodes and configured and tested the public and private networks.
    I installed the Cluster Manager first. Then I have downloaded and started the hangcheck-timer form O.S. I have configured and started the ocmstart.sh script.
    But when try to install the rdbms the OUI does not show the Nodes screen.
    What am I doing wrong?

    Well, then just check the master data setting in Query designer--> choose 0Costcenter and check the properties > choose advanced tab> under filter value Selection during Query Execution . check for these options
    1.Only Posted Values for Navigation
    2.Only values in Infoprovider
    3.Values in Master data table
    4.Characterstic Relationship.
    You need to choose the 3rd opitions as you need to read the master tables for 0costcenter.

I have my mic set up under the prefrences under audio hardware and the mic is showing a good signal under windows however when I import a clip to do a voice over I Only see the M, S and Keyframe button. Am I do doing something wrong? How to I get the R button to show up and activate?

    Have you tried the Audio Track Mixer? Choose Window > Audio Track Mixer.
    The Clip Mixer is not the right location to record VOs.

  • AA3 cut & make time space during audio recording

    Sporadically AA3 make a cut and a small time interval of the audio wave that is recording before starting it again.
    My OS is of Microsof Windows XP Professional X64 Edtion, version 2003 with service pack 2. I have a CPU AMD Athlon (tm) 64X2 Dual core processor 3800+ 2.00 GHZ and 3.00 GB of RAM. With a video card of ATI Radeon HD 3850 AGP.

    I'm not sure I understand.
    Are you saying that when recording AA stops recording and produces a gap in that recording "for an interval of seconds" and then continues on? If so then obviously when you play it back there is no sound for those few seconds?
    If that is the case it would seem to me that AA is being interupted by some other process on your PC eg AntiVirus software, wireless network card or some other background task.
    Onboard sound cards like the Realtek are pretty cheap and nasty bits of gear and are not really designed for any real recording tasks. However, make sure you are using an asio driver for the Realtek or try downloading the free asio4all driver.

    Trial and error will determine that - higher the sample/buffer size the more latency. Start at 512 and work either way up or down. The wrong buffer setting will result in crackle etc.

    Help ! When using iCal, I am stumped as to how to make multi day events show up on the appropriate days .... I enter an event for say 3 days, on my screen I see it in iCal only on day one, it does not show up on day two or three however when I print my calendar, it does print on all the appropriate days.     So, that's in Week or Month view you are talking about?? ... it only shows on the first day?
    Probably stating the obvious, but I'm assuming you are ticking the "All Day" box when you enter the Event?
    If you don't, but leave a time, say 10pm, and have a start date of the 18th and an end date of the 20th, say - it'll display only on the 18th (albeit with the 10pm time slot - not as an all day Event), but will print on all three days - ie 18/19/20th
