Animation scroll not smooth in iOS

Hi! I figured out to make parralax responsive scrolling in adobe edge animate (with great help from tim jaramillo), but the scrolling is not smooth in ios.
Is there any way to make it smooth/elastic like a normal scroll in ios (ipad, iphone etc.) This would be so great to have! In normal browsers it's fine, though:
I know its tough to get parallax scrolling in ios anyway, so this would be aa big achievement to have...

Here is your quick fix.
1. Make sure your Predictive text is on
2. Go to your messages app
3. Make sure your keyboard is up in the messages bar
4. On top of your keyboard in the center there is a small WHITE LINE
5. Touch and hold on that spot until that white line is gray out
6. Flick your finger/thumb up and Bam!!there is your predictive text.
7. FYI if you are typing and somehow you flick your thumb down, you will close that predictive feature by accident.

Dock animation is not smooth after updating recent update

Hi everyone,
I found that Dock animation (mouse move by) is not smooth anymore after I updated the most recently update (Thunderbolt, EFI recovery).
Just like... the FPS down from 60 to 25 !!!
Dose anyone have the same issue after the update?

It was the display driver that was in the Thunderbolt update. Original/stock Lion 10.7 has driver 7.0.6. This works beautifully - MC animations smooth, browser scrolling fluid - in other words what you would expect from a $1200 laptop I pulled the trigger and did a Command-R 'reinstall' which put the original driver back on.
The TB update moved the driver to 7.0.8 and some folks are running 10.7.2 (beta ?) and it's driver is at 7.1.2. So far - folks are reporting that all of these new drivers still have the choppiness
To find out what driver is on your system, run this in a terminal:
kextstat | egrep 'Intel.*Graphics'
You shoud get something like below. The number inside the parens is the driver version.

So the real question - how can we escelate this with Apple ? This is a regression and user experience impact on a brand new line/model (MBA).

Scrolling through Camera roll is not smooth after iOS 5 update

Hi,
I have a little problem with my iPod touch 4th gen after the iOS 5 update - the scroll through Camera roll is not running smoothly.
When scrolling to earlier photos, it gets stuck for a second and then scrolls again, gets stuck and then scrolls.
It can get quite irritating when trying to view earlier photos....
I'd appreciate any help.

Well, at least those features work fine with mine.... I hope the bugs will be fixed soon!

Scrolling not smooth on device.

Im scrolling text on a Iphone 4. Yet the scrolling is not performing well at att. Its laggy. Its main problem is that it hardly scrolls at all. on flash's in software testing its scrolling perfectly, just the way i told it to through code. But on the device it scrolls very slow, if you release it it eases less than cm, when on the PC testing it scrolls perfectly, eases properly depending on how hard you scroll.

I'm having this issue. The phone slow down when playing a music. After the PR1.2 update, my Nokia N9 is not very smooth especially when swiping between the screen.

Predictive Text not smooth in ios 8.1.3

Does anyone know why predictive text is not good after updating ios 8.1.3. What's happening ? I turned on and off again and again, but still the same. The previous one is much better. Why?

Scrolling not smooth on new Macbook?

Hi,
I have a brand new 2.1ghz Macbook but scrolling with the trackpad can be jerky or unpresponsive?
I thought it was a faulty laptop but i had to take it back to the store for a different issue and the one they replaced it with (this machine) is the same.
The reason i think it's a problem is that i've had other Macbooks and Macbook Pros in the past and i never noticed any problem with them.

I just got the new black one, and the trackpad is wigging out. Even when I'm not scrolling (just using once finger to move the mouse around) it will go unresponsive and then when it starts to come back, it only scrolls, even with just one finger. SO, I turned off the two finger scrolling, and it doesn't do it quite as often, but it will still go unresponsive for about 4-10 seconds. I'm really hoping that it is a software problem that will soon be updated, because I love every other part of it.

However, with the last configuration, XVideo will not work.
If you have some time, in a few months, a better, faster version of the intel driver will hopefully be ready, it is being worked on (search for intel-batchbuffer on google).

Mp4 not playing on iOS

Can you clarify why the optical flare mp4. at the start of my animation will not play on iOS please?

IOS does not support autoplay for audio or video.

I've personally not seen this behaviour since Firefox version 2. It however re-appeared for me in 3.6.6 and 3.6.7 (current) and it's bloody awful. Makes everything I do take 50% longer ..... great for efficiency in the modern world.
This 3.6 branch is so riddle with flaws which seem never to be fixed. Each fix / update brings with it more problems ... worst of all I see version 4 is already in development but they cannot even get 3.6 right ??? WTF ????
Mozilla must stop chasing version numbers as has become the trend in the software world. Fix an existing version to perfection then start working on a new branch of the product.

Animation symbols not running smoothly in interactive pdf

I created an animated symbol on flash and placing it on the interactive pdf has been quite successful, except it does not animate as smoothly as I hoped it would.
Instead of looping a smooth animation on its own it requires the mouse to be hovered over the element area in a kind of sweeping motion in order for it to play keyframes, and sometimes with relatively smooth success and other times not. I've tried running the pdf in adobe reader in different computers and achieve the same results.
It was made for the NavCardSelected instance and the symbol itself is a relatively simple 'growing vine' animation, if that helps elaborate any more. Anyone have some kind of workaround to this?

I would check the Flash/SWF code to see if it requires any special events to be sent.

Just upgraded to Mountain Lion and the scrolling on websites with both Safari and Firefox are not smooth. Even when typing (such as just now writing this), sometimes the cursor hangs for a second. Is there a setting that can be changed to fix this or is this a bug in Mountain Lion. I saw other complaints listed a bug reporting site for Apple but when I click on that it says it is only for developers, not for users.

4) Any third-party disk backup software that came bundled with an external hard drive?
5) Any online backup scheme other than iCloud (Carbonite; GoogleDrive; MS One Drive)?
6) Did your financial institution ask you to install Trusteer EndPoint Protection (also known as Trusteer Rapport)?
