  • How can I use a microphone with a wireless speaker system for announcing at a party?

I am trying to use my computer (which is already wirelessly hooked up to my speakers) as a make shift pa system. Is there a way to hook up a microphone to my computer to use it to do a little announcing at a party?

NI-DAQ is not supposed to detect your GPIB and NI-488 software will not detect your daq board. When you installed MAX, was this from a LabVIEW driver install CD that also put a new version of NI-DAQ on your pc. Open MAX and check your currently installed versions of NI-DAQ and NI-488. They should both be listed. If you have a new version of NI-DAQ than 6.1, you can uninstall the newer version and install 6.1.

  • Wallpaper Contest winner announce

    Hello,
when MSI Promotions will announce the winner of the contest we will get notice ? you will share it somewhere? and how much days will take ?
    Thanks

    Quote from: badboy2k on 01-July-13, 23:54:18
It may take a while as it has to be decided by a subcommittee before it gets announced so it may take a while before its decided!!!
a post should be put up on the boards that a winner has been chosen and more then likely the winner will be either PM'd or emailed to ask for shipping data!
just sit back and wait for a post about a winner but it may take a while as its not just one persons decision so be patient. (may take longer then expected as this is the first contest to be ran through here)
ahaa!:P ihave stress to be honest you know how it is :P thanks for the reply man !

  • Organization announcements Using CRM and SAP portal

    Dear Gurus,
I am trying to build functionality for an organization to do their announcements using CRM 7.0, Once the announcement is published it should be visible on the SAP Portal. I am planning to do like this:
    1) Create a campaign using mail form (Announcement content) and target group
    2) Select the communication method as e-mail and I have done settings in SPRO to create the activity for an outgoing mail
    3) Release the campaign and execute the campaign
    4) Upon execution the CRM system will create the activity for an outgoing email (announcement)
    4) Create an iView in portal
    5) Pull the activities created on CRM and display on the portal iView
    My questions are:
    1) Is there any standard iView to do this
    2) Is there any other standard functionality available to do this announcement using CRM and Portal
    3) What are the lining table between Campaign activity and mail forms (e-mail content for announcement) - When I go activity search on CRM WEB UI I can see these activities and also I can see these activities on CRMD_orderadm_h, but unable to get the link tables between this activity and outgoing mail forms.
Thank you in advance and appreciate your help.

managing database backups across all the instances without maintenance plan
Samuel Lester: "Chandra, outstanding contribution and information! Your SSIS package handles many of the shortcomings of Maintenance Plans. MPs were originally created to assist DBAs with the more common administrative
tasks, but as the scale continues to grow across enterprise environments, we're all forced to write our own enhanced versions such as this. Thanks for the addition and please do add to the Gallery if you haven't yet."
Jinchun Chen: "Nice. It is suggested to add error outputs in the package to handler unexpected errors."
NN: "Good article. The SSIS solution can use a bit more explanation. Also See Also section is missing"
DRC: "This is good article, The only this which can be corrected is : ==> This can be achieved using “maintenance Cleanup Task • Maintenance Plan has a control flow item “maintenance Cleanup Task” to delete the old backup files based
on age of the backup, but it creates the problem when it deletes the full database backups based on n no.of days leaving all the dependent intermediate differential and transaction logs which are useless. "

managing database backups across all the instances without maintenance plan
