Another person is using my old iphone, and now my iCloud account.

Another person is using my old (stolen) iphone, and is now using my iCloud account, making backups from my old phone. I just realized this, because i bought a new iphone and tried to restore my old phone via. this backup.When i used my iCloud backup, his "new" backup on my old(stolen) phone was ported to my new iPhone. Is it possible to deauthorize him from my iCloud, and restore my old backup before he began changing the backup in the cloud?
My phone was stolen 3 months ago, where i made my last backup.

Unassociate the phone.

Try finding and wiping the phone via iCloud.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the other ID. When you delete the account it will prompt you about what to do with the iCloud data. If you need to migrate it and merge it with the data in the new account choose Keep on My iDevice; then choose Merge to upload the data and merge it with the new account. If your data is already in the other account and you don't need to migrate it to the other account, choose Delete from My iDevice.

I live in Lisbon, Portugal, and my iCloud account is set. to the Greenwich meridean. However, events in my iPhone Calendar are one hour delayed when compared to the corresponding events appearing in my iCloud account Calendar. Any explanation as to why this is so?

Go to icloud.com, sign into your iCloud account, click your name at the top and choose Account Settings, click Time Zone and be sure it is set to a city near you as well as to the correct time zone. Then open your calendar on icloud.com, click the gear-shaped icon on the bottom left and choose Preferences, click the Advanced tab and make sure you have not checked time zone support at the top.
Then on your phone go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Time Zone Support (in the Calendars section) and make sure this is set to Off.

I went to upload new music to my husbands phone (5c) which had never been plugged in to our computer. I accidentaly hit restore from old iphone, and now his phone is restored to his old iphone. He lost all new contacts,and photos,etc.Can he get this back?

It replaced everything with old phots, ringtones, sounds, and his homepage for safari is different.

Reset the phone in settings and when the set up gives you the option to back up from iTunes or iCloud. It's possible to get most of the lost information back if you back up from iCloud after resetting the phone.

I moved to iCloud to save my e-mail address. Have desktop and laptop both running OS10.7.4 with no problems on iCloud. Also have iPhone 3 that is fetching e-mail just fine.
Will iPhone e-mail change when MobileMe is shut down after June 30th? I don't need any of the other functions of iCloud, just e-mail. Just want to keep my e-mail address of many years and receive e-mail on the older iPhone.

Most do, but why won't some, of my own music sync when others off the same album and in the same playlist do? Recieved old iPhone and want to use as iTouch

I cannot seem to find a situation in the forums to describe my situation. I was given an old 8GB original iPhone by someone who upgraded. I just want to use it as an iPod Touch - no phone service. I have the original deactivated sim card. I have an iTunes account. I do not have another iPhone or another ATT sim card. Is there any way to do this without a new sim card or dealing with ATT?

As I stated above, I recieved this old iPhone from someone else, and I do not have a new iPhone or new iPhone sim card, both of which are required for the solution you propose. Looks like its fixed. I am syncing it now. A lot of the answers are for the new iphone so i had to mess with a bunch of settings as well. My old phone is now an 8 gig ipod. the books app no longer works and that *****.....but better than nothing...

Another thing to remember is the phone is actually usable for 911 calls and maybe others. Not a real good idea. Especially for a child.
It would depend however on the age of the child.
