Another " your apple id have been disabled " thread.
Ok, soo, i have read tons of threads about this issue and none have been resolved. And this morning i got the same message, i have searched and searched for a phone number to call apples customer support for this issue but to no avail, am i just blind or dont apple have any phone support for issues like this?
Anyhow, here is what happened to me. When i woke up this morning and checked my email i had two emails from both apple and paypal for purchases of a game and in game purchases, i know i didnt do that because i was asleep at 3.30AM and i would never spend over $90.00 on a game!! so, i went to paypal to file a dispute with those 2 purchases. about an hour later i got 2 more emails, one from apple and one from paypal about yet another itunes purchase! i file yet another dispute with Paypal.
Now, i was going to download 3 updates on my iphone and i got the message: your apple id have been disabled,, i tried on my ipad2 and the same message, i have reset my password several times and changed other info on my itunes account, but my id is still disabled.
Like i said earlier, i have searched franticly for a phone number to apple but cant find anything! is it just me or does apple just dont want to deal with customers on the phone or what is going on?

iTunes is updated and works fine and I am able to log onto my account. When I go to purchase a song, I get the error message "Your Apple ID has been disabled". I had some fraudulent charges on my itunes account, so I call my bank and disputed the charges. Right after I did that, I started getting the message "Your apple ID has been disabled." I just realized today that the charges are not fraudulent, they are "in app purchases." One of my daughters downloaded the game Top Girl which is FREE, but in the game Top Girl you use money in the game to purchase things. It just so happens that the money you use to purchase things is real money MY Money!!!. My daughter thought she was using play money in the game and had no idea she was using real money. She spent $106.00 buying stuff. Now I have to call the bank and tell them to release the hold and pay Itunes. I'm hoping this solves the problem. I have a new iMac 27" and just plugged in a Apple USB superdrive and get message, "Because a USB device was drawing too much power from your computer, one or more of your USB devices have been disabled." I am trying to load Office mac2011 what to do?
If you just bought the iMac and the Sjuperdrive take the superdrive back and get a refund. The by any other brand external DVD drive that connects by USB and try that. Most come with a Y USB cable to allow you to connect to 2 USB ports to supply enogh power to the drive IF Needed.
Or take both back and get a refund on both, you have 14 days to return it no questions asked, and buy another iMac and some other brand external DVD drive. -
Every time I try to buy a song, a message pops up stating "Your Apple ID has been disabled." That's it. Nothing else. I have changed and reset my email, password, security questions, and billing info. The message still pops up. I am just trying to buy some music. Any ideas?

When i try to purchase or update it says "Your Apple ID has been disabled." I have contacted Apple 3 times and they told me to change my password each time and i told them i tried that, but it didn't work.They said they would try to fix it and they never contacted me after that. I have an ipod touch 2nd generation.
What did itunes support tell you?
If you did everything it says then you contacted them.

I have 2 ipad 2s. On the newer one I could log in and update to IOS 5 withno problem. On the older one I get the message "Your Apple ID has been disabled." No other explanation. Why can I log in on one ipad and I'm disabled on the other?
Well, I spoke too soon. Yes, I'm using the same account on both iPads, but I just changed my password for the umpteenth time and now I get the disabled message on both iPads. Just yesterday I was able to upgrade one to IOS 5 but got the error message on the other. I'm getting more confused by the minute.

Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -
On my I Pad I am getting a message tha says "Your Apple ID has been disabled". Nothing else. I have not tried to log in so I don't know why this is happening. How do I get it enabled?

1. Don't confuse "Apple ID" with iTunes Account ID. You can have many Apple IDs but only one iTunes account active at a time.
2. If you "changed" your iTunes account ID, you actually have 2 accounts - one under the old name plus the new name.
3. You can't merge the accounts - they remain separate. Apps purcahsed under the old account name will update ONLY WHEN THE PHONE IS SIGNED IN TO THE OLD ACCOUNT NAME and visa versa.
4. Likewise, you can sync only the apps, music, media purchased under the account the phone AND iTunes are signed in to.
