Another " your apple id have been disabled " thread.

Ok, soo, i have read tons of threads about this issue and none have been resolved. And this morning i got the same message, i have searched and searched for a phone number to call apples customer support for this issue but to no avail, am i just blind or dont apple have any phone support for issues like this?
Anyhow, here is what happened to me. When i woke up this morning and checked my email i had two emails from both apple and paypal for purchases of a game and in game purchases, i know i didnt do that because i was asleep at 3.30AM and i would never spend over $90.00 on a game!! so, i went to paypal to file a dispute with those 2 purchases. about an hour later i got 2 more emails, one from apple and one from paypal about yet another itunes purchase! i file yet another dispute with Paypal.
Now, i was going to download 3 updates on my iphone and i got the message: your apple id have been disabled,, i tried on my ipad2 and the same message, i have reset my password several times and changed other info on my itunes account, but my id is still disabled.
Like i said earlier, i have searched franticly for a phone number to apple but cant find anything! is it just me or does apple just dont want to deal with customers on the phone or what is going on?

My Iphone 4 is telling me the same thing and I believe I figured out what the problem is. I had some fraudulent charges on my itunes account, so I call my bank and disputed the charges. Right after I did that, I started getting the message "Your apple ID has been disabled." I just realized today that the charges are not fraudulent, they are "in app purchases." One of my daughters downloaded the game Top Girl which is FREE, but in the game Top Girl you use money in the game to purchase things. It just so happens that the money you use to purchase things is real money MY Money!!!. My daughter thought she was using play money in the game and had no idea she was using real money. She spent $106.00 buying stuff. Now I have to call the bank and tell them to release the hold and pay Itunes. I'm hoping this solves the problem. If you just bought the iMac and the Sjuperdrive take the superdrive back and get a refund. The by any other brand external DVD drive that connects by USB and try that. Most come with a Y USB cable to allow you to connect to 2 USB ports to supply enogh power to the drive IF Needed.
Or take both back and get a refund on both, you have 14 days to return it no questions asked, and buy another iMac and some other brand external DVD drive.

Well, I spoke too soon. Yes, I'm using the same account on both iPads, but I just changed my password for the umpteenth time and now I get the disabled message on both iPads. Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

1. Don't confuse "Apple ID" with iTunes Account ID. You can have many Apple IDs but only one iTunes account active at a time.
2. If you "changed" your iTunes account ID, you actually have 2 accounts - one under the old name plus the new name.
3. You can't merge the accounts - they remain separate. Apps purcahsed under the old account name will update ONLY WHEN THE PHONE IS SIGNED IN TO THE OLD ACCOUNT NAME and visa versa.
4. Likewise, you can sync only the apps, music, media purchased under the account the phone AND iTunes are signed in to.
