I have 4 blocks of Single Choice fields in order for the summary page to give me each day in the final report. But, I need the user to be able to make a selection of any day and time and that apointment to no longer be available to future users when they log in. Plus, when the user clicks on the time, they are unable to change their mind and choose another time. I'm afraid not. It's not rocket science but you need to do some coding.
You'll need to find a script (php) and save it to your local site folder. Then reference the script in your form's action attribute like so.
<form action="path/form-to-email-script.php" >
The input fields in your HTML form need to exactly match the script variables.
I'm assuming you're hosted on a Linux server which uses PHP code. Linux servers are also case sensitive, so upper case names are not the same as lower case names. It's usually best to use all lower case names in your form and script to avoid confusion.

My wifi constantly switches between on and looking for other networks

while I am on my wifi network and internet successfully I notice that it switches between saying WIFI ON and LOOKING FOR OTHER NETWORKS. How do I get it to stop looking for other networks because it is successfully already connected to the right one?

Hold down the option key and select the Wi-Fi menu in the menu bar. What values are shown for the following?
PHY Mode
Channel
Security
Signal/Noise or RSSI
Transmit Rate
Please do not post the BSSID, as that information is private.
Now hold down the option key again and select
 ▹ System Information... ▹ Network ▹ Wi-Fi
Compare the two-letter Country Code with the ISO code for your country. Does it match? The code X0 means that the country couldn't be determined. The code X3 means South America, not otherwise specified.

Input Masks and Single Choice Fields (drop down menu) Suggestions

Here's a few suggestions - I hope this is the right place to post these...
1. I would like to suggest a pre-filled state single choice field (drop down menu) to be used to get address information. Or better yet a way to import a csv file to fill the preset fields for an option box.
2. Input masks that force users to enter the data in the format you prefer. (000) 000-0000
3. Ability to enable or disable options depending on other choices.
4. Option for a list of numbers say 1 thru 100 and as people pick a registration (car number in my case) that choice cannot be picked again by another user for that form. Load values from a table that can be picked several times or only once could work in both my suggestions.

If you have multiple devices backing up to the Cloud, you will see all of them listed. You would click on each device to change what is backed up from that device. You can then delete your individual back-ups.
Once you have all your settings to your liking, you can then go back to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, and click on Back Up Now (bottom of the screen) to create a fresh backup with your new settings.

Hello this is happening to us also (minus the Bluetooth speaker). We can't figure out what is causing the data usage. I turned off mobile data as soon s I activated the device, and got the message that unless I am connected to WiFi.....(that is exactly what I wanted). We watched Netflix for about three hours, then the alerts started. Like you we have many devices connected and never used over 2GB now all of a sudden we have used it in a matter of hours. My husband called Verizon and got the usual doubting Thomas response. I understand that they don't know my device settings. So over the phone we check all the settings and turned off every possible culprit eating up the data and end the call. By now I have purchased another gig for the month! Assured we are NOT using mobile data, we continue on the IE path to bliss. HA! A few hours later I check the mobile data usage on the Verizon website and that darn thing is still using data. After two more phone calls and two VERY uneventful trips to the local store we were told to take out the sim card. This has stopped the data usage, but it defeats the purpose of having the data plan. I could have just stuck with my Surface. Verizon sent us a new sim card. Its been installed and I have set my homepage to Verizon mobile data usage (just kidding) but I am on that site a lot. I am surprised at the number of complaints about this device. When we called the Verizon support acted as though this was the first time they had heard about this. Try -
Error 1004, 1013, 1638, 3014, 3194: These errors may be the result of the connection to gs.apple.com being redirected or blocked. Follow these steps to resolve these errors:
Install the latest version of iTunes.
Check security software. Ensure that communication to gs.apple.com is allowed. Follow this article for assistance with security software. iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software issues.
Check the hosts file. The restore will fail if there is an active entry to redirect gs.apple.com. Follow iTunes: Advanced iTunes Store troubleshooting to edit the hosts file or revert to a default hosts file. See section "Blocked by configuration: (Mac OS X/Windows) > Rebuild network information".
Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.
If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.
The "device may need service" means a hardware problem. In that case make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

If you want a line break between the three fields, then try
passing a,b,c to the udf and in the udf you would have
return a+"\n"+b+"\n"+c;

HT5361 I have Snow Leopard on my late model IMac. I downloaded Mountail Lion and paid for it from the Mac Store. It will not install. It takes me through several pages and then button to install is greyed out. A message that this disc is used for Time Mac

I have a late mode IMac 27" running Snow Leopard. I downloaded Mountain Lion from the Apple Store and paid for it. When I trie to install it took me through the first few pages of installation such as agrreeing to terms and the Lion Page showed up asking where I wanted to intall Mountain Lion. The install button was greyed out. I also had a message this disc is used for Time Machine. I had no other disc to choose from. Time Mahine was in the OFF position. I tried hooking up an external drive and tried using it as th Time Machine Backup. That did not work and it also said this disc is used by Time Machine. I have read of several other cases like this but have found no solution other than doinh a complee wipe of the hard drive and doing a reinstall which I really want to avoid if I can.

Look at the root of your hard drive for a folder called Backups.backupdb.
Or, a sparse bundle disk image for one of mobile computers that might have tried to back up to your Mac.
If you have those, remove them and try again.

How to restrict editing of some paragraphs and allow for others in same document?

I have a client that wants to put together standard proposals that have boiler plate information (long paragraphs and some imagery) that will not change. In the same document they have other information that is to be customized by sales teams (text and images). Sometimes, they will have a sentence or a phrase which needs changing in the middle of a long paragraph but the rest of it remains the same. Since these documents are shared and edited by multiple parties, they would like to restrict some paragraphs from editing while making other areas editable, perhaps on the same page of the document. Is there a way to do this in Acrobat Pro XI?

We want to generate a template that our international sales team can use for templates, sharing over a server, and trying to prevent them from ruining text flow, image flow etc. just wondering where my limitations are at.\
