Ant Script

Question

I have developer one project using JDev. NOw I need to write Ant Build script to compile the Java files under my project and generate TAR file.
Can any one provide the support steps.... for this
PROJECT HOME : C:\JDev\xxfdx\cheersupdate\jdev\myproject
package structure :
oracle/apps/xxfdx/enable/cheersupdate
under this directory we have server and webui directories
oracle/apps/xxfdx/enable/cheersupdate/server
oracle/apps/xxfdx/enable/cheersupdate/webui

When I try to build the same build.XML file again from the same location it gives below error

When I check JDK version it is showing 1.5 only
