Antares autotune 4 graphic mode does not work in Logic

Has anyone found a workaround for the following issue:
Using Antares autotune 4 or 5 in Logic pro 8, I cannot use the graphical mode how it was intended. Using Cubase, I was able to launch the plugin, switch to graphic mode, and track the pitch vs time. This was useful to manually correct the pitch for each syllable. For some reason, this function does not work in Logic Pro 8. Any thoughts as to why? Am I doing something wrong? Please advise.

I haven't used AT in years, but I do still have AT 4.
Graphic mode works just fine here in Logic 8, and I'm still on Tiger as well, albeit 10.4.11
Not that you asked, but seriously, look into Melodyne. AT is so archaic as far as it's graphic mode is concerned. 30 seconds back with it and I can't seriously see why anyone would use that plug-in, other than maybe manual mode, for a quick "run a comb through it" fix.

What it says in the title.
I have an older mac and it worked perfectly until about an hour ago when I shut it down because we needed the room dark for a presentation and the screen saver was putting out light.
Now it won't turn back on. It plays the start up music but the screen stays blank.
The CMD+OPT+R for recovery mode doesn't do anything, the keyboard is wireless so the command doesn't get to the computer and that's the only keyboard I have since that's the one it came with.
I'm looking at making a USB recovery disk but it says that I should click on "Options" in the Disk Utility but there is no options button or menu to click.
From here: OS X: About Recovery Disk Assistant in step 3 I get stuck.
Also it says that if I make a drive on this computer which has an older OS it might not work on the broken machine with Mavericks.
This machine literally worked and I turned it off and now it does not work and there seems to be nothing I can do... ***...

Clamshell mode does not work with Mountain Lion.

Installed Mountain Lion on 11" MacBook Air last Friday night. Now system does not appear to work in Clamshell mode, as it won't wake or connect to external monitor.

Apple Tech Support was very helpful. The MBA works in clamshell mode next to my monitor now -- but does not work in the Henge Dock. Henge Dock has been contacted.

Digital ICE epson scan (professional mode) does not work

I am running the latest Mountian Lion OS on my IMAC and have recently started running some test scans with my Epson Perfection V700 scanner. The supplied Epson software , Epson Scan offers a variety of operating modes, "professional mode" offering the most features. Professional mode offers Digital ICE as an option, however when selected, the Digital ICE does not work.I have compared scans with and without digital ICE and they are exactly the same. Scratches and dirt are not removed by the scan.
If I select a more basic mode ("Home Mode") Digital ICE does work. But this other mode does not offer the range of options offered in porfessional mode.
Has anyone out there used Epson Scan software? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there other scanning software out there which could fully exploit the features of the Epson scanner I have? I tried Vuescn and it does not seem to be compatible with my scanner, so that is off the table.

You should first read the user manual that came w/your scanner and/or contact Epson tech support.
How is the scanner connected to your iMac? USB cable? Wireless? Firewire?

TS4628 onscreen keyboard does not work in logic pro x

onscreen keyboard has stopped working in logic pro x - latest version.
There is no indication of midi in or out on control bar when keys pressed.
also, certain keys do register do not trigger from outboard keyboard instrument.
when playing back tracks, the relevant keys auto depress on the onscreen keypad.
audio output is fine on the system. all keys on piano roll keyboard work fine.
The onscreen keyboard works fine in garageband
have reset all midi assignments in prefs.
have reinstalled the program but the issue remains

You have either installed a midi controller that is over riding things or you are running an iOS App that is interfering....
Turn off all iOS devices to test for iOS App
Delete CS prefs to test for conflicting Midi Controller issues...
Delete the user preferences
You can resolve many issues by restoring Logic Pro X back to its original settings. This will not impact your media files. To reset your Logic Pro X user preference settings to their original state, do the following:
In the Finder, choose Go to Folder from the Go menu.
Type ~/Library/Preferences in the "Go to the folder" field.
Press the Go button.
Remove the com.apple.logic10.plist file from the Preferences folder. Note that if you have programmed any custom key commands, this will reset them to the defaults. You may wish to export your custom key command as a preset before performing this step. See the Logic Pro X User Manual for details on how to do this. Powersave mode does not work

Hi,
This is my first post. I have a new HP Laserjet CP2025dn. The printer is connected to a home network via an ethernet cable (the printer has a built-in connector for this). It is not connected wireless.
The powersave mode kicks in intermittently. The printer should go into powersave 15 minutes after it's been idle, as long as I do not print to it or touch the control panel. But when it goes into powersave mode, it comes out of it by itself into the "ready" mode, without any print job having been sent to it or anyone physically touching the printer. It later goes into powersave mode, but the time it takes to do this varies. I have tried installing the latest firmware but it makes no difference.
Now if I disconnect the network cable, it works properly, that is that it will go into powersave by itself and stay there (since I cannot send any print jobs to it with the cable disconnected). So I must assume that some network activity is causing the printer to come out of powersave mode, but I would assume the printer is designed to do this only when a print job is sent to it, regardless of any network traffic or PCs on the network turning on or off.
Is this printer behaving as it should? If not, is there a solution? HP tech support seems at a loss to fix this.

EA6700 bridge mode does not work - error 2218

I've just bought WiFi router EA6700-EE and now trying to configure it.
After connecting to Internet I upgraded its firmware to the latest version.
I want it to be just a bridge but when I select this option and press OK I get a message (translated from Russian):
"Unexpected error 2218

Is it possible to fix it?

What Hardware version is your router?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What region are you located?
Was a Factory Reset performed before and after any firmware updates then set up from scratch?
I recommend doing the following: Download the FW file from the support site first.
Disable the auto update feature on the router.
1. Save router config to file first using IE or FF with all security add-ons disabled.
2. Factory reset the router with all other devices disconnected or turned OFF accept for 1 wired PC.

3. Reload or Update the FW using IE or FF. Just download the FW file to your local wired LAN PC.

4. Factory reset the router and then set up from scratch first using the local log in link and test with out loading the saved config from file. Check to see if any problems are fixed before loading the saved config from file. Sometimes you need to set up from scratch with out loading the saved config file. Just safer that way.
PC Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Clear all browser caches.
Be sure to log into the Admin account on the router.

No can't go back but if you reset you g2 make sure you use cloud storage ahead of time on WiFi to backup data or connect to a computer and know your Google account. If on more everything plan you can use the free 25gb of vcloud storage

Use recovery mode

Firefox immediately crashes at launch; Safe Mode does not work

Firefox automatically crashes upon launch, and takes me to the Crash Reporter tool.
I have attempted to reinstall both the application itself, as well as deleting any/all preferences and cache files I could locate within my Home folder's Library folder—however, nothing has worked so far.

MIDI keyboard suddenly does not work in logic

Well, I bought a new keyboard over the weekend because guitar center was having its sale.
Thing is, I have already tried it out, and it worked. It is connected to my PreSonus firebox, and I cant for the life of me figure out why it isnt working anymore. It turns on, it plays through the keyboard's internal speakers if I turn the volume up, it is connected to my audio interface, and logic plays tracks through it just fine. The only thing is that my keyboard isnt working as a controller. I have checked all the connections, restarted logic multiple times, and turned everything (except my macbook) off and on. Nothing.
So I went ahead and pulled out my old keyboard which I have not attempted to sell yet, and it didnt work either. So either there is something very simple that I am overlooking, or there is a problem with the MIDI cable, or with the jack on my firebox.
Any ideas? I'm hoping that I'm just being stupid...

Ah, it is a MIDI keyboard without an interface, so you send midi to the Presonus, which I think also has MIDI, right? Is there no setup software for the Presonus?
The fact that your Keyboard doesn't have its' own (USB-) midi interface, means that it will not appear in AMS - the Presonus MIDI ports should show up. You can create the keyboard in AMS though, and cable it to the Presonus MIDI. Just click "Add Device" and fill in the correct info.
And trying a different MIDI cable may be a good idea as well.
And check the Presonus for switches that may be in the wrong position.

If so, this is a deal breaker for me, as VSL is my bread and butter orchestral library! Supposedly Apple ensured the VSL team that their performance tools will work correctly in Logic 8, but some users are saying this is not the case!
Is there anyone successfully using the VSL performance tools in Logic 8? Particularly the Legato tool?

I have Logic 8 and installed AU versions 1.2.1.b, 1.2.1, and 1.2. I can't get any of them to work. No sound comes through the plug-in when it's activated. Is there anything else I can do to get this to work? Unfortunately, tech support is closed today and I have a recording session and need to use the plug-in for the mix. Can anyone help? Thanks.
