Antares aVOX vocal harmonizer crashes the 32 bit audio bridge, any suggestions?
Antares Vocal Harmonizer crashes the 32 bit audio brigde, intermittently on some Logic songs, But ALWAYS on one song in particular. Any suggestions from anyone?
If you are running Logic in 64-bit mode with a variety of plugins, you're going to have to realise that things probably won't be stable until updates get released.
The AU bridge is a workaround for the transition period, and one that many third-party developers haven't had much of an opportunity to test with their products, so you may well get funky behaviour in certain things.
If you're really stuck, go back to 32-bit mode for your edits, and it's worth contacting the developer of your plugins to see what they say about AU Bridge and 64-bit compatibility.

32 Bit Audio Bridge RAM use rises slowly then crashes Bridge
I've seen a previous thread on this which is now locked, does anyone else know how to stop this from occuring?
Basically when I am using BFD2 with Logic running in 64 bit mode it all works great, but the RAM usage of the 32 bit audio bridge just keeps rising and rising slowly until eventually after 20-30 minutes it crashes the bridge and I have to relaunch the bridge. The main program seems unaffected, but it is a bit annoying and really disrupts my workflow.
Anyone else experiencing this with other plug ins? I've purchase iFreeMem, which seems to help lower the RAM again but it takes just as long to do it as relaunching the 32 bit bridge after a crash.Hi, I am on a 2007 iMac and just moved up from10.5.8 to 10.6.8,and this bridge pops open everytime I open a Logic Pro Project with the Play choirs in it. It doesn't crash,it locks the screen so nothing can be done and the only escape is a hard force quite using the start button. I complained to EW and they said as always repair permissions,I did and installed 3.0.37 which should be 64-bit,the system log says it isx86-64-bit,whatever that means. My RAMM use doesn't go up but with everything locked I'm doing nothing that would use RAM. Trying to load EW instruments always stops and says "File not Found" this dialog window then opens up for locating the file, it always opens to the place where the file is, and the Choose option never lights up. This happens when trying to load a multi of altos,,,but the warning says it can't locate the sopranos file-insanely bad software,maybe it works perfectly on a PC.

I'm moderating a competition which will be about 8 hours long. I need to have a video/audio recording of the whole thing in case an answer is contested.
We will need to stop recording and access the footage as the day progresses. Any suggestions as to how best to accomplish this? I have an iPad and a Macbook Air.

Somehow i turned off the sound on the green midi loops.any suggestions?
been using Logic a lot and now when i play MIDI green loops there is no sound...i have check the track is not muted in any way and there are difinitely notes there. Also when i use the MIDI keyboard by pressing caps lock there is no sound there too.Sure it's something simple...checked in system preferences/sound and everything apppears fine.I know it is not my speakers as i can hear music and the clicks on volume, plus also audio regions.Any suggestions folks? :-)

I keep getting an "invalid code error" when trying to preview a course with the enroll code. When I click on the link to the course, I get an error that says "can't connect to the iTunes Store." Any suggestions?
I tried previewing a test course I made about a year ago. I was able to request access to the course, went into Course Manager and approved it, but hours later it still says awaiting approval on my iPad.
Any ideas as to what could be going on, aside from a cruel April Fool's joke?

DavidHow about trying to sign out of your account on the iPad, restart the iPad, sign back into the account and then try again?
Settings>Store>Apple ID - tap on your ID and sign out - restart - go back - sign in.
Other than going through the support article - if you haven't already done so - the only other thing I can think of is to reset/reboot the iPad. That can clear the memory and it does help solve a lot of "hinky" issues.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -

time capsule only allows 2 devices at a time as a router. If I am using the iphone and macbook pro, it bumps the roku offline. Any suggestions?
At a guess you have cable internet connection.. please confirm exactly what you have.. two public IPs are allowed by some ISP.. once you use up the two IPs, there are no more..
Make sure the TC is in router mode. And to get it working you probably need to shut off the cable modem.. if it has battery backup remove the battery.. try 5min off .. if not long enough try 20min off. then overnight. The ISP equipment must reset to allow a new MAC address to capture the IP.
If you cannot work it out.. plug in the old router again.. and set the TC to bridge mode.. which I suspect it is in now.. and plug it into the main router.. it should work fine like that. -

I need help with my iphone4s.
When I turn on my iphone4s, the apple logo will show for a few seconds, and it will suddenly fade off to a blank screen, and not start up. It will then restart by itself, and the cycle repeats. Any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot this problem?
What seems to be the problem here?

Make sure you have the Current Version of iTunes Installed on your computer

I understand the need for all of your calendars to be up to date across all of your devices and how frustrating it can be when they are not syncing as you would expect. In this situation I would suggest reading over and using the attached article for troubleshooting.

MyiPod classic won't charge. I just bought a new laptop with Windows 8 and when I plug in my iPod, iTunes will recognize it and sync, but will only charge during the syncing process. Any suggestions?
