Any advice on best music sources?

Just wondered if anyone knows of good sources for royalty free music to use in my podcasts. Am willing to pay , but just wondered what people were using.

Hi, Bob. If you've been using notebook computers on the same desk for years, you can be sure the discomfort you're feeling now is the cumulative result of all those years, not the new result of something different about your new MBP. In ergonomic terms, it just isn't substantially different from older MBPs and Powerbooks.
For one thing, a standard desk is too high for proper ergonomic positioning of a keyboard (and mouse, if you use a mouse). A keyboard should be two to four inches lower than the standard 29.5-30" height of a desk or dining table. This is why computer desks have keyboard shelves that are lower than the main desktop. So if you can use a lower desk or table, or fix a keyboard shelf under your present desk and use a separate keyboard with your MBP, you will be more comfortable.
Secondly, using a mouse is really hard on shoulders over the long haul (I speak from bitter and painful experience after 26 years of Mac mousing). If you use a mouse with your MBP, then a) switch hands regularly so both shoulders take some of the abuse; b) use the trackpad as much of the time as possible instead of the mouse, because it requires less arm movement; and c) put the mouse on the same lower level as the keyboard, described above.
