Hi Parminder,
Go to Transaction OPPQ- Maintain Plant paramets, OPPR-Maintain MRP groups and copy the setting from Plant 1000 to your new Plant.
Then create new items again by copying the standard ones.

I would like to know are there any standard SAP Functional Modules which could update the Authorization Tables, like AGR_1251.

Other than function modules with role, I had also tried to look for function modules with AuthObject*.
Because, I would like to update remove one of the authorization object from the system. For example, remove all data which AUTHORIZATION OBJECT = S_SCD0 and ACTIVITY = 06 in the system.
I got the list of functions from the search, but all of them are without proper documentations. So is very hard for me to understand their functionalities and purposes.

1. How Paper CESS is captured in GL Accounts and how it is paid to Excise Authorities?
2. Utilisation has any link to CESS ? (Because for CESS there wont be any offsetting and it is paid once in month to Excise Authorities) Is it the way followed or any other way.

Pre Forms 2.0 Forms was around for a short time with Oracle 5, cos that was what I used in 1986 !!!
If Toad will connect to your Oracle5 database (which it may not as it uses an earlier mode of sqlnet), it has the ability to extract data from tables as sql scripts..
Anyway, export/import is still worth a go first.

I use Crystal Reoprt XI (release 1) with JDev 10.1.3, never try Crystal 10 with JDev.
Here is what I do :
1. Install CR XI on the same machine with JDev 10.1.3.
2. Modify CRConfig.XML on folder : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\java on three places :

6. Right click the project, project properties, Libraries, Add Jar / Directories,
Add all the jar files from previous step.
7. Copy CRConfig.XML to folder D:\..\ViewController (project folder)
( this CRConfig.XML is the one that I have not modified, the original one. )

8. Then create a Folder e.g : reports under WEB-INF :
D:\..\ViewController\public_html\WEB-INF\reports, then copy all reports created on step 3 on to this folder.

Anyone worked on LabVIEW PDA module for Pocket PC?

LabVIEW 7.1 PDA Module is claimed having the new features:
* DMM support for helps you build portable instruments using a PDA
* Tab controls, graph zoom, and additional control customization improve development of professional applications for PDAs
Does anyone has any working example for the ZOOM and for DMM4050? The NI website's example for DMM does not work for LabVIEW 7.1 PDA Module.

Installing the driver for the NI PCMCIA-4050 is a little more complicated than other installations. You will have to follow the exact procedure stated in the "NI 4050 for PDA Readme.htm" file. I pasted the important information here:
Installing PDA files:
Place nirlpdriver.dll and NI4050DLL.dll in the \Windows directory
Place the NIRLP 4050.exe in the \Windows\Start Menu directory
Installing LabVIEW support:
Copy the LabVIEW\NI4050 folder into the C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\vi.lib\PDA folder
Copy the ni4050.mnu file into the C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\user.lib folder
Installing LabVIEW examples:
Copy the LabVIEW\Examples\NI4050 folder into C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\examples\PDA
Getting Started
Before the NI-4050 will be recognized by the PDA, you must run the NIRLP 4050.exe. This EXE will install the registries needed by the PDA to recognize the hardware as well as a test routine which allows you to verify that the device is properly installed.
Once the device has been tested, you are ready to begin building your own LabVIEW PDA application with the NI-4050.
If you are new to developing PDA applications with LabVIEW, read the LabVIEW PDA Module User Manual.pdf for getting started. You can find the manual by going to Start>>Program Files>>National Instruments>>LabVIEW 7.1>>Module Documents>>LabVIEW PDA Module User Manual.
There are several examples which come with the NI4050 for PDA. You can find these examples in the C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\examples\PDA\NI4050 directory.
When building code for your PDA which includes the NI4050, make sure to manually add the NI4050DLL.lib file in the LabVIEW 7.1\vi.lib\PDA\NI4050\Include directory. To do this, in LabVIEW go to Tools>>Build for PDA and then select the “Source Files” tab, press the Add File button and browse to the NI4050DLL.lib file.
Without these actions, your application will not work. Make sure that you install the NI PCMCIA-4050 driver AFTER an optional NI-DAQmx Base install.
Please let me know if you are still having issues after following all the directions from the readme-file.

Facing a Problem
Iam trying to create view(database view)for vbak and vbap and given in Tables in Table/Join Conditions tab and clicked in Relationship and the relantionship has been generated automatically,now when i tried to activate this view its saying like "No tables and/or fields are defined for view xxxxx(xxxx-> name of a view)
what will be the problem?pl let me know how to create a view?
And also I need to know the diffference between database view,Manintenance view,Projection view and help view?

I have a ABAP Webdynpro application and Client has a question if we can migrate similar things to Fiori or Personas.
More intrested for Fiori as it can be used via mobiles as well.

I am not an expert in this matter, but i think i can share some info.
SAP Fiori uses a very different development approach using SAPUI5 (HTML5/Javascript/CSS etc).
I really don't know if there is a way to migrate WDA with your intent, it seems more like a redesign of your applications using the SAPUI5 resources, which can result in a reasonable amount of effort, depending on your WD applications quantity, complexity, size and other several factors.
It has to be sized very carefully, and the new designs must be based on a solid software modelling that suits and leverages the advantages of the SAPUI5 framework.
There is much content to venture into, you can search for SAPUI5 tutorials/info, or add it with Fiori.

Any Additional work I have to do for installing peoplesoft on windiws 7

now Windiws 7 is certified.
that means we can install peoplesoft on windows 7.
But i dont know that before installing peopletools onto windows 7 we have to update or upgrade or to apply any specific patchess from microsoft to wimdows 7(OS)
or we have to apply any specific patchess on system from oracle or microsoft befroe starting insatallation to make system compitible for peoplesoft.

You should note that the Windows 7 certification is only as a PeopleSoft development client. If you are planning to install a database/app server/web server then it is not and will not be certified on Windows 7 (Windows Server 2008 will be certified).
The Tech Update on Oracle Support lists specific issues and the tools patch levels required to address them. Oracle does not generally certify the client OS down to a specific patch level. You should also review the Browser Limitations document for IE8-specific issues if you are planning to use this as your browser.

Are you using Captivate 8, so that you have access to the system variable cpInfoGeoLocation? And are your users on a device that has detection of location activated?
For the JS you'll have to wait for someone else, but I think this information is necessary. And since you don't want to try advanced/shared actions...just wait.

When iam trying to import the IDOC --> PREQCR.PREQCR02 to my imported objects in Integration Repository by using Application Server, system number and user name and password, the following error iam getting.

+ Error: IDoc type PREQCR02 contains errors (unable to read segments)
Import failed with 1 error.

try importing PREQCR02 in R/3 4.7, It gets imported successfully..

hi am santhosh frm India. i got a job offer to work in SAP accounts module and also had to look into System Administrator and troubleshooting in SAP environment. i wold like to know the job profile of this job. As am a Commerce graduate with sound IT background (had a little experience in server). Will this job fit for me .do this job has good scope.

Your question is very difficult since you didn´t provide any real data.
Looks like you would work as a junior functional FICO guy, that means you will do all the invoicing, workflows, prints etc. Together with the technical side they ask you to learn, you will be able to support users, became an internal consultant or be able to offer your knowledge to the customer which ue SAP as a SAP consultant. Don´t worry, since it is a nice job. I mean it is a demanding one, but I find it very rewarding, itis well paid I believe, you wil have many options how to advance or change your careerin the future etc.
If you can get the job, get it and come back withmore specific questions.
