Any chance of a ClearCase extension for TP4?

I seem to recall that it's planned for the production release, but just thought I'd see if it might be available sooner. It's not currently available from the default update centers.

Any idea why not? The extension was available in TP1...
Our group (Siebel CRM On Demand) is using ClearCase, and this will prevent us from switching to TP4.

What Windows OS are you using? Are you networked?
If you are networked, you have to setup your file and print sharing options in order to require password assess. If you are just trying to control specific files from being printed, you can do that, too.
If you are just trying to control the amount of printing off of a single PC with a printer, you could setup different accounts for each user and limit their access.
Some of the commercial printers can have password options, but I do not find any password options for the CM 1410, other than what I provided earlier.
If I have been helpful, a Kudo is always appreciated.

ClearCase extension for 11g?

It's not provided by default, nor is it listed in the available updates. Is there a plan for making it available? I was able to request a version that worked with TP4, perhaps there's also one available for the production release upon request?
Edit: Hm, just like with the JAR file download link, minutes after posting, my wish is granted (it's in the extensions list now). Next problem: the last time I started JDeveloper, it failed to deposit $1,000,000 into my bank account :).

It's great as it is though, just the highlighting part. I just don't really want to use other apps for my books and PDF files (cause I'm lazy like that and I'm saving my space for other apps); especially e-books I use for school.

So last tuesday I was notified I will be moving to Utah in Oct. we have 2 months to figure it all out. Kind of bad timing financially right now, last month my wife was in an accident so we had to replace her car, a few other things sucking savings dry. I suppose thats how life works. I pulled my credit reports yesterday from here my mortgage scores were EQ 616 TU 658 EX 616, so mid score of 616. I havent pulled my wifes scores, last month NFCU said she was at 730 when they pulled for her auto loan. I dont recall which bureau it was from. Lenders would use the lower of our scores anyway whould would more than likely be mine. The bads on my credit- High utilization. I have pretty high balances across my cards. - Two 30 day lates on CCs, one from Jan 2012 and one from Jan 2010 Gross Income-I am salary a bring in $3958 a month I am Active duty Air Force, 5.5 years-Wife is hourly and makes about $1800 a month. She can/will transfer her job up there and will continue to make the same. She works in retail, about 4 or 5 years total. Been with her current employer about a year. Monthly debt payments I pay $1052. My car, C.C.s and personal loanShe pays $312. Her car and two C.C.We have been paying $1200/mo for rent for the last year. Though I have been renting from a friend with no contract. The only proof I have of payment is my bank statements transfering to him every month. They fluctuate a few hundred here and there for repairs I have made to the home that were taken out of rent. I have $6K in my TSP 2K in savings. I am looking for houses in the $160-175K range with an absolute maximum of $200K. I would like to keep the montly payment $1200 or less. My friend works at NFCU and wanted me to come in and start a pre approval application but now that I know my middle score is only 616 I dont want to waste the hard pull knowing they probably have a 620 cutoff. I have noticed that TU my highest score only has the most recient 30D late listed. The early one from my Wells fargo card in 2010 isnt listed on TU but is on EQ and EX. Other than that my 3 reports are identical. Do you think that one 30day late from 5 years ago would make that big of a difference? Anyway do you think I sould try wiht NFCU or do you have ideas of other lenders more likly to appove us? I know paying down debt will help, I do plan on paying down as much as I can but with the move and wanting to keep enough set aside to cover everything I dont think I can pay down too much. My current DTI is 24/45% with my 1200/Mo rent. I know that VA loans only go up to 41% unless you have acceptable risidual income 120% ive read. Utah family of 2 risdiual income is $823 and 120% of that is $987. I have more than that.

The film will be about 7 minutes and shot with Panasonic GH1 and a Go Pro in HD. There may be slow motion and a mix of ambient sound, voice, and music.
It'll be entirely shot outdoors under somewhat nasty conditions. Meaning no lights, usually no tripod.
The reason I mention these latter points is that perhaps the quality of what I bring back (shaky, low light) might be the limiting factor and not the image degradation.
I have made many iMovies for YouTube, but would like to go bigger, so to speak, in quality of video, not necessarily length.
Would I benefit from going to Final Cut Express? Or could I stick with iMovie?

Is Adobe by any chance resolving the z-index for Acrobat Reader Plugin?

I have a situation where a DHTML pulldown menu needs to z-index infront of an embedded PDF <object> or a PDF <Iframe>.
I have attemtpted this several different ways, which included z-indexing the DHTML menu as far to the front as possible, and adding a div tag around the <object> or <iframe> in an attempt to z-index it back -1. These did not work for the embed PDF, although it worked for the css border around that PDF.
With the exception of finding one JQUERY script online (which only resolves the Acrobat Reader z-index plugin issue for IE6), there was nothing else.
And there seems to be many people looking for answers to this problem.
It would certainly be a vaulable function, and am wondering if Adobe has attempted to add this feature in upcoming versions?

I think there is a bug in Plug-in check. It happened to me as well in the last few days. There's no newer version of Adobe Reader that I know of. Anyway, Adobe is going to release a patch next Tuesday, maybe that'll fix this bug.

To 1.: Did you read Adobe's terms and conditions? If so, the question should answer itself. Student version prohibit commercial work, I could read it in a former thread, an academic version would allow it and come with full upgrade rights. (You could use search function here on top.)

I've just downloaded (and installed) CFMX7.02 and Dreamweaver
CS3. The extension for Dreamweaver in /wwwroot/CFIDE/installers ...
file name: CFMX7DreamWeaverExtensions.mxp says isn't compatible w/
Dreamweaver CS3 when installed using the Extension Manager that
came with the Dreamweaver CS3 installation.
Any help on getting CF extensions for Dreamweaver CS3 would
be appreciated.

I believe that extension was for DW MX 2004, everything after
that should have the server side CF stuff in it.

It's not the router.
I have several pre-Intel Macs with 10.4.11 and most were fairly fast machines in their day. We also have 50MBps cable internet. All our G-series Macs are "dial-up sluggish" with anything on the web regardless of browser, yet running a download speed test shows they a connecting at a fast rate.
Watch the browser status bar during page loads--I think there is a clue there. All the bacjground ad sharing and tracking stuff---google analytics is a heavy hitter--are apparently not optimized for the G-series and much of what you are waiting on is that type of third-party dreck phoning home. You can't fix it--web developers embed this stuff. Money, ya know!
The browser TenFour Fox tend to stall less than Safari or FireFox on the older Macs. It somehow tricks websites to seeing it as an Intel Mac version of FireFox. Still not blazing fast but a big improvment.

You an use your iPhone without connecting it to a computer.
But the product description for the iPhone clearly states that in order to sync with a Mac you must have OSX 10.6.8 or later. That version of the OSX is usually called Snow Leopard. There are two mo recent versions of OSX. OSX 10.7.x (Lion) and OSX 10.8.x (Mountain Lion).
If you can upgrade your computer to at least Snow Leopard I suggest you do so.
