Any chance of Citi Prestige?

I know every application is different but I've been reading that Citi may be difficult to get in to? I'm still debating if I want the card itself (I could find value in it in the near future) but I'm really trying to see if there's even a chance at me getting it. Really the only reason it's on my radar right now versus later is because I have this sneaking suspicion the 50k sign up will be ending soon (nothing to prove that, I just feel like it isn't staying forever). Here's a snapshot of what I have:
No baddies
Total Accounts (CC, loans, etc): 3 (4)
Total Credit: 12k (25k)
Utilization: ~12% (5%)
Average Age: 5 years
Oldest Age: 7 years
TU Inquiries: 1 - last month for CLI
EQ Inquiries: 2 - both should fall off next Spring (Not sure if Chase pulled EQ or EX)
Inquiries in the last year: 2 in the last monthEQ FAKO: 758TU FAKO: 754 Note: Things in parenthesis are items that will be true once Chase posts my new information. Otherwise, it's the information that was correct when I applied for the new Chase Freedom
Possible negative factors:
- Did a HP for a CLI on my main credit card last month (pretty sure this card started as a secured card way back in the day)
- Just was approved for Chase Freedom this week (not sure if it will or won't show up on my report and I haven't even received it yet)
- Don't have any experience with a premium card (I've had a 5k+ limit on my main CC for years if I remember but no experience with AF cards)
Cards I'd want in the future: CSP, Arrival+, low APR card (probably from my credit union). I'd probably be done with cards for quite awhile after those.

Rather than start a new topic I think I'll post here, it seems relevant enough. I'm looking at this card to use for an upcoming trip. From anyone that has the card, how is it for being able to redeem the benefits? I need to book Delta for the flight and I would like to know how the 50K points get redeemed for $665 worth of airfare (according to the website). Also same with the $250 credit. If I use the card to pay fees and tickets directly through delta.com, does it automatically credit me? Also how easy is it to use their portal for hotels for the free 4th night? We are staying 5 nights in Waikiki and we are planning for a specific hotel and a specific room that we want. Are we able to do that and get the same prices found when booking directly with the hotel? Thanks in advance for any help. I'm entirely new to travel cards and I want to know before I app and pay $450 if this card is going to be worth it.

Since you have the Amex already, for a soft inquiry, you could just apply for the PRG. Look for the 50k mile offer from a private browser. MR points transfer 1:1 with delta. Before you do that, have you entered your skymiles number at deltaamexcard.com yet? there are 50-60k delta mile targeted offers there for the delta gold card. Actually, you could do a 2 for 1 punch. Just apply for the Delta 35k mile offer if you dont get the 50-60, then app for PRG. you will end up with 85-110k delta miles, and I would like to think this would be better. Not to mention 2 $100 gift cars one now and one in january with 1 or 2 airlines, plus $50 with the delta card. All for 1 inquiry if approved, none if denied. Then after its all said and done you can change the delta card to a hotel card or something with no annual fee, or move the limit to ur amex bce. PLUS you could also go for a 25k targeted offer on the amex everyday, check prequal, or just do the delta gold targeted or hidden 35k offer. you will spend $2 grand with amex, end up with much more, for much less....that $500 voucher would pair nice with two $100 and 1 $50 gift cards for another flight. You could probably just do this flight with amex points and/or delta miles too.... just keep that voucher for another trip!

Any chance I can use PC3200 (ECC) from my PC in my iMac?

I write 'my iMac' with faith, as I don't have one yet, but I'm getting closer and closer to pulling the trigger (and selling my powerbook to finance it). You see, I'm basically poor. I've got an open tab in this very browser for a 2gb kit of Corsair Value Select ($217). I've also considered a single gig stick (bringing me up to an unmatched 1.5gb). Then I had a crazy notion:
"My PC, which I hardly use any more due to the gruesome inferiority of XP to OS X, has 2x512mb PC3200 sticks in it... XP doesn't know what to do with anything more than 512!"
They are both ECC sticks, but my understanding is that ECC can work in non-ECC setups, but not vice versa. If you mobo requires ECC, you need ECC, but the ECC functionality can be not used and it'll work like non-ecc memory. Sorry if that wasn't clear, but I'm pretty sure my current mobo doesn't acknowledge or use ECC, yet my ECC ram is running fine. ECC stands for Error Correcting SOMETHING, btw. Servers often use it, runs a bit slower but more stably than non-ECC. Anyway, I've got two chips, a samsung and a crucial chip, and I'm hoping that IF they'll work at all, that one of them would 'match' whatever 512 chip Apple sends stock. Then I can get by with the iMac running on 1gb.
Am I a crazy cheap-skate? The other thing I considered slyly was 'Why not buy that 2gb kit and stick the spare 512 in the PC - then I can run BitTorrent, Google Earth AND a game at the same time on 1.5gb and stave off upgrading to an Intel iMac for another 6 months (ie. 2008?) because I also have 2gb in my iMac.'

Apple says:
"Important: DIMMs with any of the following features are not supported in the computer: registers or buffers, PLLs, ECC, parity, or EDO RAM."
However, my understanding of the language "not supported" is that they might work, anyway, but if something goes wrong it's not Apple's fault.
With as many iMacs as are in use, there must be someone else who has tried ECC chips, if they are willing to own up to it:-)

You an use your iPhone without connecting it to a computer.
But the product description for the iPhone clearly states that in order to sync with a Mac you must have OSX 10.6.8 or later. That version of the OSX is usually called Snow Leopard. There are two mo recent versions of OSX. OSX 10.7.x (Lion) and OSX 10.8.x (Mountain Lion).
If you can upgrade your computer to at least Snow Leopard I suggest you do so.

Another iPod locking up -- any chance of service from Apple?

Yesterday, it froze in the middle of a song at 5:21 (according to the clock display) and never came unfrozen. The battery died, I plugged it in when I got home, it charged overnight, and I was listening to a song today and it froze again. The advice of resetting it hasn't helped. When it's frozen, I tried four or five times to reset it, and it just won't do anything. It even stays lit up the whole time! When I first got my iPod, it could take literally hours for iTunes to recognize it in the source list, even though the computer knew it was there. I don't think that's related, but oh, well. And of course, a fourth-gen isn't really covered anymore in their service policy. I got it in Sept of 05, and already used my one free call. I haven't yet been able to get through to an actual person, but I'm planning on it.
So, two questions:
1) any clue what the problem with these iPods is?
2) Any chance the people at Apple would be willing to replace it with a working, SERVICEABLE model?

And of course, a fourth-gen isn't really covered anymore in their service policy.

To 1.: Did you read Adobe's terms and conditions? If so, the question should answer itself. Student version prohibit commercial work, I could read it in a former thread, an academic version would allow it and come with full upgrade rights. (You could use search function here on top.)

No.
The Apple TV is the guts of an iPad without the screen or battery running a different build of the OS. Ie, its very cheap to make and runs an ARM processor (like all iDevices)
The Mac mini is 6x the price and is a full intel computer running the OS X.
Now, it could be that the Apple TV gets more powerful and its OS more diverse and "computer like" (apps + iCloud for example), but for now they're still coming from totally different directions.

I had the older version of ITunes and then it disappeared. When I try to install the new version, I keep getting "unable to install ITunes, Error 7 (windows error 5) message. What Windows OS are you using? Are you networked?
If you are networked, you have to setup your file and print sharing options in order to require password assess. If you are just trying to control specific files from being printed, you can do that, too.
If you are just trying to control the amount of printing off of a single PC with a printer, you could setup different accounts for each user and limit their access.
Some of the commercial printers can have password options, but I do not find any password options for the CM 1410, other than what I provided earlier.

Your photos are gone. They were wiped when you restored your phone. There is no "trash can".
You obviously don't understand how to use the iPhone properly. Attached is a link to the iPhone User guide. I suggest you read through it to avoid data loss in the future.

Like the title says, my internet is so slow that i cannot even stream a youtube video, is there any chance this can be rectified somewhat? My latency type is currently set to 'fast', would interleaved be a better option?
