Any different types of photo galleries I can use?

I've only seen the standard ones in iWeb that are made to look like traditional photo books. Can I get a plug-in or copy some HTML code to have a gallery like the format used on facebook?

Push different type of messages to JMS Queue using JMS Adapter

Platform: Oracle SOA 11g. JMS Adapter.
I got to push different types of messages as string to same queue. JMS Adapter requires schema to push a message to a queue. Since messages are of different types, how can I push them into queue. I tried to use singleString schema. Result is that actual message gets wrapped into <singleString> root element which is not the required result.
Any hints or links shall be appreciated.

Wrapping of original message in <singleString> element is done by JMS Adapter as the very last activity/setting. I am not composing/transforming message into final shape with singleString through transformation.
Once message is with JMS adapted on one end, it is in Queue on the other end. No control.
Since consuming end is not in my control and requires the actual message in Text format, I need to have the message target queue in Text format.
If I select the Opaque schema, following error message is thrown.

Is there any way to limit the memory firefox can use?

once firefox reaches about 150Mb of memory it starts locking up and even if I manage to close it through taskmanager it still does not release the memory it was using.Is there any way to set a limit on how much memory firefox can use and a way of making sure it releases it again when shut.I run a dual core 1.8Gb cpu 2 Gb of ram and Win xp Pro service pack 3

My lightroom 5.5 will not export jpg or any other type of photo from the original RAW/NEF uncompressed file. I get a message saying there is a Win 32 "file missing." I unistalled 5.5 and reinstalled 5.4 and it works fine. What to do? Anyone else have

LRoom 5.5 does not export files under any circumstances. I've chosen different locations; putting it in Lightroom NEF to JPG, putting it in another program, same conversion.
I get a "win 32 file missing.....". I did not copy that message as it was not complete. I uninstalled 5.5 and reinstalled 5.4 and it works just fine. I didn't notice any difference to begin with. Minor fixes for a few cameras and lenses.
Not being able to export is a SERIOUS problem and its not with my computer. If it worked for the last 3 years, it must be with 5.5.
Any ideas? Thanks for you input and help. Also, how does one get Adobe to interact directly with its customers rather than having the blind leading the blind??

99.9% (estimated) of Lr5.5 users are not having the problem you are (can't export).
That said, for this type of problem, you may want to consider Adobe technical support instead of the forum - I prefer chatting..
If you want some advice from a fellow blind user: try renaming your preferences file (and all other Lr data files if preference file doesn't make a difference, try a new catalog if still no luck). If still the same error, consider posting the rest of that error message - it could be you just need another "win 32" file not being installed by Lr installer, but without knowing the filename, it's kinda hard to say.........

PS - the logic: "no problem til Lr5.5, so Lr5.5 code at fault" sounds good on the surface, but is surprisingly flawed - perhaps you should consider yourself lucky the other versions worked despite the potential for problem, rather than considering yourself unlucky that you got nailed when upgrading to Lr5.5 .

DIFFERENT type of mms problem (receivers can't view)

Hey all, I have a different mms problem after updating my 3GS to ios 4...
Seems I can send mms and videos just fine, however the end receiver just sees a still image and hears the audio. I've done a lot of tests with this, and my wife's 3GS does the same thing. But it only started happening when she updated to ios 4 ( on different AT&T plans and updated at different times) her 3GS is only a month old.
I've somewhat pinpointed this directly to ios 4, as any video I have shot with it will do this, but only if it is to someone without an iPhone, or with and iPhone but not running ios 4
It seems kind of sporadic as well. I think it has to do with the way each app handles mms out. If I'm in a text message and hit the camera icon and create a new video right there on the spot, Things seem to go fine. But if I've already taken a video and its in my camera roll. And I choose to send that, #1 it doesn't seem to warn me about length that much anymore, and will just try to send the vid as is. #2 it doesn't do any sort of preparation with the vid, just pops it into the message and allows me to send.
I've restored, restored to new device, redownloaded ios 4, reset my network settings, and done pretty much everything people have suggested for other mms problems. Nothing seems to help. And yes. Mms is turned on in my settings and subject field is turned off along with group mms and character count.
What it seems like to me, is that ios 4 doesn't have the same trim length or compression algorithms for mms as os 3.1.3 had. My friend who hasn't updated yet can send vids to my receiver just fine. It seems like the default maximum mms video length might be too long on the 3GS, and I end up sending videos that are unplayable to anyone but ios 4 users.
Can anyone help, or has anyone else had this issue? Should I be calling Apple or AT&T about this?

I was considering purchasing the iPhoto app primarily for the Photo Journal feature.I have 2 queries around this-
1. Is there any prerequisite (like any purchase of iCloud space) to use this feature?
2. I love the mozaic-themed photo presentation in photo journals. Would you know if there are any other photo sharing/hosting sites which provide such themed presenetation of photos?

Yesterday I was told that my ipad which I finished paying off in March (18)month loan , could not be fixed. The warranty had run out 150 days ago, it was now useless! The solution is to put out 299 dollars for a replacement! I am saddened, shocked and very diasappointed in apple products. This is my only computer, I waited to get this version ipad so I could finance it, and am dependent on it for Bill paying, etc.. It seems not to be shutting down, so I am reaching out to this community for suggestions . I now can not open any of my apps. If I tap to open apparently they open because when I tap to shut down they are on screen, but I can not access them! Any suggestions? Or should I bite the bullet and find 299 to send to apple?

there are some things you can try. I'm sure you've done the reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds until you see the silver apple. See if it'll reboot.
You can also try to restore your iPad. You may need to borrow a friend's computer to do this.
If you have another apple store in the area you can make an appointment and take it in for a second opinion. however, once that device is out of its factory warranty period Apple is pretty much done with it. You get a year, two if you buy the extended warranty, then once it hits that deadline, all you'll ever get is an out of warranty replacement (which is what you were offered). Then it's up to you to decide if you replace it with your same model, put the money towards a newer model, or choose something else. (for me, I have an ipad 2, which is 2.5 years old, so if something goes wrong with it I either toss 249 at a practically defunkt device or put the money towards somethine else that will have a longer life span)

Any good as a Meditation timer? Can use FlexTime app?

Has any one been using their touch for a meditation alarm. For example with FlexTime app which can be set as a multiple event alarm all started and stopped as a group with one "click".
I was hot to get the iPod Touch as an alarm among all the other capabilities. I had a touch screen calculator and alarm this size years ago from Radio Shack. I really liked it until I used a bit much windex to clean the screen and it lost its capacitance.
Also was going to use as a wake up alarm until reading of problems here with that.
Can the alarm volume be changed? Would want loud to wake up. Would want subtle for meditation.

If yes I remember checking out your timer app. a few weeks ago. I have not chosen one yet. I took the trial of FlexTime.
Here is what I am after:
approximately five or six alarms
all controlled by a master start stop
variable duration for all
on the order of 3 minutes, 10 minutes, 20, 10, and 5
this allows for different visualizations in the same session or focusing on breath then on silence etc.
Your program allows for the bell tone which is good. The FlexTime just used the various Mac sounds. I was thinking I could go into iTunes and some how put in the sounds I want but that is a bit more involved than I am up for right now so I have not explored it.
Will Meditation Timer run five or six segments with one click and without having to click to stop any of the tones. One soft tone of one "strike" per segment is all I need.
I have bought a Nano in the mean time until I can decide between the touch or iphone. I am leaning toward the iphone for the camera function. Believe it or not I don't have a cell phone and don't really need one at this time.
Will Meditation Timer work on the Nano? I assume it will using iTunes. I have had some inability to play some pod-casts though.

How can all family members of a Family Sharing Group use a gift card that has been been applied to the iTunes master account? I added a gift card to our master iTunes account for my grandson, and even though he's a family sharing group member, none of the purchases I have approved from his requests have used the gift card credit. A search of the iTunes support site failed to turn up anything that even remotely addresses this topic. It would seem reasonable to assume that any purchase made by any family member should be able to use the gift card credit since all purchases go through the master account, but this does not appear to be the case.

Regarding redeeming the gift card to the child's account, it is the same as redeeming to yours. You have to be signed in to the iTunes store using the child's apple ID, then redeem the gift card there. If you already redeemed the card on your ID, you won't be able to redeem it again.

Is there any way to email photos without having to use the themes? I just want to send them from my email the way you used to be able to without all this "new and improved" nonsense.

In the old iPhoto, if I wanted to email pictures, I would select the ones I wanted, have them sent as "smaller" to make them easier to process, and iPhoto would open my mail and I could type the names and I wanted and off they'd go. And, I'd have a copy saved in my "sent" folder.
Now, you have to deal with these ridiculous themes and in order to get a copy of your sent, you have to blind cc yourself. This is definitely not an improvement in my mind.
So I ask, is there any way around this or am I stuck? I really like iPhoto, but this is enough to send my back to Picasa.

Not really. The Adobe equivalent would be Captivate and it's not part of CC. Depending on what you need, you could creatively use Edge Animate, Flash or Muse to build a web-based slideshow and run it in fullscreen, though.

I need an app or a feature on Mac, iPhone, or iPad that will send me a push notification or some kind of alert every five minutes.
I would rather not set up a million calendar alerts or alarms, as I will have to be using this a lot.

I would rather not use an iOS app that makes noise but doesn't send a push notification.
An iOS app is preferred, but anything works.

And no, I cannot simply ask Siri to do it, as I have tried in the past, and she says she can't do alerts that frequent.
