Any Expert idea how to repair BIOS on Envy DV7-7223CL having continuous CapsLock Blinking?

I have a Envy DV7-7223CL laptop (Product no. C2N67UA with AMD A8-4500M cpu and 8GB RAM) running Win8 which was working fine, The day windows was updating the system while the battery was out and it was conected to charger only, Then the power got disconnected and laptop went dead in middle of update!!
When I try to restart the laptop the system stucks in blank screen and can't open the BIOS page or go to BIOS recovery using "Windows+B" combination.
From signs that I see and HP support pages I read and tried I'm almost sure that the BIOS has got corrupted ...
Now the symptoms after powering up: Power button remains ON, Caps-lock LED keeps flashing (Non-Stop continuous), HDD and System Fan running, Blank Screen with absoultely nothing on display.
What I've tried:
1- Disconnecting HDD, ReSeating and removing memory modules, forcing power off by holding power button,
2- Following all steps shown in:

Though I'm 100% sure that I haven't deleted the factory set HP_TOOLS partition on the HDD (The laptop was recently reset to factory settings using Recovery Partition) but still system can't get into BIOS Recovery screen using Win+B
3- As last resort I've been trying to recover BIOS using external USB storage: I downloaded and ran the HP UEFI Support Environment for my laptop (which is sp63599.exe), It Created the folders "BIOSUpdate" & "SystemDiags" folders within "Hewlett-Packard" folder on flash drive with all required files inside, It also creates BIOS folder which has 3 empty folders (Current, New, Previous) inside. I believe these folders should contain the BIOS files that system will read automatically and flash to BIOS.
So I followed the steps in the link below:

And downloaded the oldest version of BIOS for my laptop (F.13 - sp58982) then extracted the 0182D.BIN file using WinRar out of this file. Then I downloaded the latest version of "phoenixtool250" and fed this 0182D.BIN file to it trying to get out the Decrypted file .dec and signature file .sig, But out of surprize the program tells that the BIN file "is not a Phoenix/Dell/Insyde/EFI BIOS",
So it couldn't proceed and no .sig & .dec file produced!! I tried this program with F.21 & F.23 version of BIOS files for my model but no luck.
I tried this program with .BIN files for other HP models (i.e. DV7-4120er) and it works fine giving the required .sig & .dec files.
So now questions are:
A) Why the system can't recover BIOS fro HP_TOOLS partition on my HDD by using Windows+B combination? Does it mean that partition is currupted too? Or is there any other way to initiate it?
B) How can I get out the .sig & .dec files from the BIOS .BIN files of my model (F.13-sp58982, F21-sp60074, F23-sp63517)? Is there any other program rather than "phoenixtool" to do this? Or is the BIOS chip on this model of HP is completely different brand & type (None of Phoenix/Dell/Insyde/EFI BIOS)?
C) If anyone happen to have this model (DV7-7223CL with HP_TOOLS partition still on their HDD I'll appreciate if could copy & send me the *.BIN & *.SIG files, I think it will solve my problem
Please help me ASAP to solve this problem as I need this laptop for my work, I appreciate feedback and hints that you may have tried or discovered solving this problem.
PS: I tried to copy *.BIN & *.SIG files of "HP DV6-7138us" which I found through a thread to mimic the system and see if it reads the files from USB flash, But nothing happen and I even don't see the USB stick light blink or turn on during boot with Win+B pressed, So does it mean my system doesn't or couldn't even read the USB drive? Or simply it does check the USB drive but ignores it as the *.bin & *.sig files not matching what the system expects to find?

Thanks for thoughts, I've read that article and tried creating the USB BIOS recovery disk,
But the problem as I've explained on item 3 of my above post is that the HP BIOS packages available in HP Support website only includes the *.BIN files, and no *.SIG files as told by many HP Experts that is required for laptop to read the recovery BIOS info from USB stick.
So now the question is how or where to get the *.SIG file for my model!!!
HP's following link only gives general info on using a USB key to recover BIOS, But not accurate details and working details on how to prepare that USB disk!! Because the procedure explained only makes the template of the BIOS disk but doesn't write any BIOS files (*.BIN, *.SIG, etc. ) on the disk:

Hi there, I have the same problem with my envy 17ts-j100. I was trying to recover and I had a reset failed massage to I powered it off and went to sleep. The laptop won't boot to bios with symptoms as above.

I would send the email it would give me the little line at the bottom and then that would be it. No send. I figured it out I think. I had to log into IClouds. Decide how I wanted my emails delivered (or something like that). Email went through. Fingers crossed it continues working. Thank you Linc!

I tried to be brief while making my question clear; I don't know if I was successful. I posed this question some time ago and received some very good responses from very knowledgeable people, but we weren't able to quite nail down a solution.
I produce audio using Pro Tools, which uses a Firewire device (Digi002) to record and play sound. However, this does not play Mac system alerts (they play through Mac's internal audio bus). When reading a Mail message that contains an audio or video file, or if I create a Mail message and attach an audio or video file, Mail 'seizes' (addresses) the Digi002, assuming that I want to play the file. Not only do I not want to play the files from within Mail, but once Mail has control of the Digi002, I cannot launch Pro Tools because Pro Tools needs the Digi002. I first have to quit Mail to free the Digi002.
I'd really like Mail to leave the Digi002 alone so that I can use Mail and Pro Tools simultaneously. But there is not a simple option to disable Mail's ability to play sound. Does anyone have any ideas how I might tell Mail to 'mind its own business?'

rather a visual issue. what do you mean with "where do you want the send mail go to"?
email send within mail keeps those in the send folder even if "save send mail on imap server" is not ticked.
if i tick "send mail on imap server" what happens on the server side is that it creates a folder "send mail" in addition to its folder "send". but mail adds then the folder "send" which apparently does not contain the server saved send mails 'cause them are in "send mail". as this is quite inaccaptable at least i want to blend it out visually.

Mine is not generating a Soap request. Simply PL/SQL package I assume. I understand the part where I need to parse the XML Data in my package but I don't get the part on how the outside world can execute my package.

I am using labview 6.0 and i like to know is there any one knows how to stop the current iteration in while loop or for loop and continue to do the next iteration,just like the "continue" statement in C or C++ language?

Simple test here in LV6 confims that you can't do this. Not in a useful
sense anyway. "Stop" doesn't stop execution simply of the current VI, it
also kills all VIs above it. It would hence be difficult to argue that this
approach is in any way similar to "continue".
What version of Labview have you tested this on and can you post a
demonstration?

The iPhone 4 actually has 2 microphones, one on top and one on bottom. The apps you're trying to make calls with might be using a different mic than the one that normal calls go through. Check that the microphone mesh covers, and top microphone hole are not clogged with lint or other debris.
If the microphone mesh or top microphone appear clogged, please use a clean, small, dry, soft-bristled brush to clean them. Use the brush to carefully and gently brush the speaker and microphone mesh.

How to repair BIOS

Laptop Compaq Presario CQ61 doesn't start. Screen is dark.Caps lock and Numlock blink two times. It means BIOS is corrupted. Is it possible to recover BIOS?

BIOS don't go bad on it's own. Sounds like the BIOS is working by producing the LED flash code. I would definately spend my time looking for other causes for that flash code and your model.

Library module is fine but develop module is slow as hell....5 seconds to make ANY adjustment.

I have an ipod touch 3rd Gen, Second hand as my partner couldnt put up with the loose headphone jack and broken on/off switch, I also have an iPhone. Its diabolical and only 8gb so I could live with the minor problems with the touch (as its much faster +32gb) UNTIL THEY GOT WORSE!!!!!!!
After finding a video on how to repair the LOOSE SCREW in the headphone jack without paying a fortune i tried to fix it myself, in doing so broke the screen, comletley. Its a dead screen. I know this because I had the same problem with my phone (although that wasn't due to my own stupidity!).
I'm pretty sure the ipod is still under warranty but I don't know when it was bought, and I don't know how to find any form of purchase date or registration date etc
And so unfortunately i'm going to have to bite the bullet and pay apple yet another small fortune to fix it. Any ideas as to how much this will cost??

Open it up. Buy a new replacement drive. Install Mac OS. Then give it to them if you still have trouble.
As for the install failing,
I never do the older "archive and install"
I format and initialize first, even zero the drive, and only then install.
of course all the data is lost.
Data Rescue 3 demo can scan a drive but you need to have setup a 2nd boot drive to work from, AND you would need part of that 2nd drive partition for recovery of data. 30-50GB system partition and 150% the size of the drive you want to recover.
TimeMachine I never adopted or liked but 350% and would only use as secondary backup with cloned copy of your drive.
Backups can be scheduled, run at night or weekend or both, a weekly clone and daily sets.
Disk Warrior 4.2+ is another $100 (DR3 is about same but demo is free to try).
A spare external drive case $30? and TWO hard drives, a replacement and backup/recovery $100 each?
Just some ideas to throw out there....
Bootable clones though you will find are very useful, handy.
I like the small 40GB emergency boot partition - put one on your TimeMachine drive etc.
LION: the one good thinig: it has a recovery mode partition and new Macs have "net install" feature and minimal hardware diagnostic over the internet to do Apple Hardware Test. Lion $30 and might actually want to install it on external.
So DO try installing OS X on one of your external drives - create 40GB volume just for that - if you can please.

please try this (all terms are translated from my German programs to my best knowledge):
1. Did the creator of the pdf file enable the import options?
2. See import options: choose an other visibility option for your layer.
3. Let you show the import options and click into one with a black background and try these out (often a gray is selected).
4. See trimming: try the different modes there. Often works: "Media".
5. Is the pdf file (eg from Word) correctly created?
6. Is the PDF file protected? >>> no import possible.
7. If that does not help, store the pdf file in Acrobat, repair possible errors, run the PDF Optimizer before placing in InDesign.
