Any Expert in time statement forms?? (PE50)??????

Hello,
I need to modify a time statement form (ZF00 copied from TF00) in PE50. I need that in my time statement form certain PDC terminal IDs doesnt appear. That is,in my form I have to restrict the value range of the fields (BTER and ETER). The problem is that I can´t to introduce a condition in the field FIELDNAME2. SAP´s help says:
"In the 'FE' block, you only want to print the messages with error number '11'. To do so, specify the pseudo field '-LINE-' as the printing field with 0 as the length. This type of error is indicated using '^'. Choose 'ERROR EQ 11' as condition. This means that, in the case of database records with a different error number, the whole record/the whole line is not printed."
But I don´t know how to do it,can anybodu help me ??....

How to display different Time Statement forms in ITS service PZ04

Hi all,
I am working on a underlyinge R/3 4.7 system and are working with standalone ITS and ESS 50.4. I am posting this question to find out if any of you has experience with my problem.
The business wishes to use the ITS transation PZ04 standard and wish to be able to display different Time Statement forms in the transaction through customized variants for the report(RPTEDT00) that the PZ04 transaction executes. In the IMG it is posted that one variant has to be created called HRESS_TEDT00 and this works, but restricts the PZ04 transaction to always be called with this variant and therebye the same Time Statement form every time.
I then by debugging found that the underlying ABAP code processed from SAP standard has a variable VARIANT that is hardcode to = HRESS_TEDT00.
The question is: Is there anyway to setup the PZ04 transaction so that it can be dynamic decided which variant should be used, f.ex. from persons subarea from infotype 0001?
Looking forward to here if anybody can help.

Time Statement Form (TF00) - Copy

Hi Guys,
There is no TF00...TF01... time statement forms (TEDT form class) for country 08 on my Client 000.
However, these form exist for other country codes. Is it possible to copy these forms to my client and adopt it for Country code 08?
I am using PDF8 transaction code to copy.

Is PE50 meant for TEDT (time) class forms only, and PE51 for CEDT (payslip) form class?
I could not open ZF00 (copied from TF00) in PE51? I generally use PE51 for payslip form edits.

Create a new rule for printing form to use in time statement form

Hello,
we need to print an information on time statement form in dependence of a special substitution. Is there any possibility to create a new rule for printing form to use in time statement form? I can't find any information about this.

Yes, I've tried this, but I get the error message:
Form class TEDT can only be displayed with this editor.
What am I doing wrong? Do I have to create a customer form class and assign a customer time statement form?

Time Statement form

In time statement form, if i see quotas of employees, if the quota number is two digit, like 87 or 56 or 31 , its showing correctly but if it is 3 digit its showing like this *0.30 but it shpuld be 120.30 hrs
Please help where to change the settings.

Time Statement Form ABAP

Weekly totals in ZPYXXFO_ZSAP_TIM_99_0001(smartforms-time statement form) have disappeared for the year 2011. And also, it cannot calculate beyound the date 2011/2/25.
Could you please help me with this.

Hi All,
I have a standard form for Time Statement which is used in ESS (portal) and that is to be customized.
The Standard Form is a SmartForm and we need to make a "Z" form now.
Std Form : PYXXFO_SAP_TIM_99_0001
The issue is that when we make the configuration changes in the HR Feature (PE03) "HRFOR" where the standard form name is given and change it to our customizing form name "Z_XXXXXX" still the portal is showing the Standard Form as the output.
Can some one please let me know the solution to it either through R3 configuration or through portal Settings.

You may want to take the statement form, copy it into a Z form and then enchance it with the help of an ABAP'er as per your requirements.

PT40- How to pick customised time statement form

Time statement form SAP_TIM_99_001

I have copied the standard form SAP_TIM_99_001 and made zversion of it..
As I am new to smartforms - need to know how can I delete the pages..
there is First page , Next page and then Appendix. I tried deleting the appendix page, but getting an RFC error related to this appendix page... I tried the short cut by just deleting it.. is there any documentation that gives the correct procedure for deleting the pages / windows in samrtforms.

Its working now... the next page window had a branching into appendix.. I deleted that branch and its not giving the error now.....
I am having a unique problem with this form.. in fact both the forms - SAP_TIM_99_0001 and SAP_TIM_99_0002. In the Pesonal/Organizational window
under the position I get a the ouput as YYYYMMDD, followed by position number and then the first letter of the position text. example 2006033130000110J.
20060331 - is my period end date for monthly statement.
30000110 - is the position 3 in R/3 and J is the 1st alphabet of the position description..
&W_DIM_POSITION_KEY-KEY-TEXT& --> this is the field responsible for that kind of data ... then I used +16(*) after text to see the data after the last digit of position number .. I do see some more characters of the position like Junior.. but it does not work beyond say 7-8 characters.. I have no idea... how this field is getting populated...

You can remove all stored data from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry (Show All History or History sidebar) or via the about:permissions page.

TE XT S 6 $SKIP_NO_PAIRS
TE XT S 7 $SKIP_NO_PAIRS
Being 6 and 7 the weekdays.

ESS Time Statement

Hello to all,
I'm trying to switch the default Time Statement Form in the Portal 7.0(SAP_TIM_99_0001, designed in HRFORMS) for a form designed in PE51.
I modified the HRFOR feature but when I change nodes ESD or ESP for the my PE51 form, the portal returns a "form not found" error. Strange is that the TMW node works fine, I can either enter the HRFORMS form or the PE51 form and see the different results in SAPGUI.
Anyone has a clue on how to set this up?

Time Statement

Hi experts,
Related time statement on ESS portal (EP 6.0 SP20 ERP2004),
1. I have activated PYXXFO_SAP_TIM_99_0001 in "smartforms" t-code
2. Activated SAP_TIM_99_0001
3. Assigned the form in HRFOR feature.
It worked before, now the system is throwing an error form is not found. Does this form need Adobe Document Services Installed and working on AS Java.
Or is there configuration missing on R/3 side!

forms exists in HRforms , i can also see the form time statement in tabular format
but cant see the pdf form .what could be the reason . I have given the value
SAP_TIM_99_0001 as the HRform vause , seen it HRFORMS transaction .it seems to be active since preceded by a green icon

Hi,
Have you have maintained the Time Statement form in feature HRFOR ? You can do so by going to transaction PE03.
Also, please check whether your form is activated in transaction HRFORMS.
It is more advisable to use SAP_TIM_99_0001 or SAP_TIM_99_0002 instead of SAP_TIMESLIP

Start of planned working time in Time Statement

Hi experts,
I have a issue with Time Statement Form, the problem is that i don't know how to make appear sobeg (Start of planned working time) and soend (End of planned working time)
¿Does anybody know how to solve this?

WPBP is a clauster table which contains the combined data from Infotypes 0, 1, 7, 8 and 27. Hence it also have IT0007 data. You can check the same in cluster results. In WPBP same field is named as DIVGV (Working Hours per Payroll Period) which you can use.
But i i am not sure why it is not wrking with P0007. Can u pls check if you have an entry in T514K as P0007 for your molga.
Also pls check the 'Output length' in the change single field screen.
I have tried with WPBP - DIVGV with output length 10 just to simulate your scenario and it works for me.
