Any fix for audio jitter and skips?

My iMovie projects are coming out basically ok,except for the audio flutter and jitter. Any suggestions? Am using the latest version of the iLife suite and latest version of Mac OSX on a 17-in iMac. The movie is mainly just jpg still images, set to an imported mp3 soundtrack. The video is fine, but annoying skips and jumps in the audio that seem random. And they don't always jitter in the same place on each playback. I exported the project to iDVD and got same results. Is it my project -- or the Mac? -- david

Any fix for random art and song order problems after adding new music?

If I sync my touch with itunes as a restore, all cover art, albums and playlists are correct. Once I add anything new or make a change and re-sync, random cover art is missing and random songs are in the wrong order. The only way to fix the problems is through a complete restore. Adding new music, 'XXXX's iPod cannot be written or read'' can you let me know the number. most likely music format is not iPod Compatible like HE-AAC.
started skipping songs - these are normally due to corrupted ID3 tags, try converting them -File-> Advance -> IPOD version or use MP3 validator to fix all songs in the library. (My Apologies, only work for MP3 music that skipped)
As for item 2, you can try Hard Reset if you like to download MP3 validator.
After charging till full charge, at least 2 hours (preferably 4 hours)
Toggle the Hold switch, make sure you dont see the red mark when you do the next step
Reset the iPod -> Press Menu and Center button simultaneously for about 10 secs till the Apple Logo comes ON
Then release the buttons
Select your preferred language.

Is there any fix for wmode transparency and mouseWheel for actionscript 2.0?

I have a flash component which have to be transparent. Unfortunately, the mouseWheel event is not being detected when wmode is set to transparent. Is there a fix for this?

A previously applied HP Slate 21 Kit Kat Update (Android 4.4.2) over the air (OTA) update may have caused issues with audio quality or wireless LAN connectivity.
Audio Quality: Bass response will be poor. Audio will play but bass frequencies will be lacking.
WiFi Issue: 5 GHz band not functioning properly

A new update (17r25.1-011-11-WW) has been released over the air (OTA) to end users
Resolution:
Apply update 17r25.1-011-11-WW
If the user was previously on 17r25.1-010-10-WW then a Factory Reset should be performed to complete the resolution.

Looks like the Silicon Image drivers were moved to the incompatible software folder during install/upgrade.
Downloaded latest drivers, errored out of install claiming that the drivers were from an unknown author!!!
Emailed their tech support this evening describing problem.

Any fixes for drag and drop not working in WAD with IE9?

I have exactly the same issue as is described in WAD Problem - can't modify and Drag&drop in Web App Designer (WAD) doesn't work but unfortunately I don't have the option of going from IE9 back to IE8. Has anybody found a fix for using drag and drop in WAD with IE9?

This issue I am getting in Web Application Designer itself.In WAD 7.X ANALYSIS TABLE do we have any option from which we can disable drag and drop of cells because it is destroying the view of report output .
In WAD 7.X we have option of Activate Navigation in ANALYSIS TABLE but if we disable this our context will get disable and it shows the default Browser context menu.We have not provided any such options so that its original layout will retain back .
The solution they have mentioned to Disable Drag and Drop is not available in WAD ,its available in Analyzer.

2gb is the stated bare minimum to run the OS, anything you try to run after that is going to cause exactly what you're complaining about. Your MacBook can use up to 8gb and I believe you'd be wise to upgrade.

Possible fix for errors 11503 and 50

Here's a possible fix for Error 11503 and for error 50.
It worked for me and hopefully it will work for you.
I believe this error is caused by the incomplete downloading of either an update to an app. In my case it was caused by closing the lid on my laptop when I was downloading app updates on a very slow internet connection in a hotel.
Anyway, here is what I did that fixed it completely.
Close iTunes.
Go to this folder : /iTunes/Mobile Applications/Downloads
You'll find tmp files there. Drag them out of this folder to a temporary folder on your desktop. The Downloads folder should now be empty.
Restart iTunes.
All should be fine.
If it is, delete the desktop folder with all the temp files.
If it's not, then I can't help further, but that's what worked for me.

Several possible causes from the info you gave
Battery level low - recharge it for at least 4 hours till the full charge sign displays (2 prong icon instead of lightning icon).
Time to Reset the iPod - Press the Menu and center Button for about 10 secs till the Apple logo comes ON, then let go of the buttons.
your hardisk is starting to give problems, hence the skipping and some song refuse to play. - Do a disk diagnostic - follow this post by tt2.

Most likely you have to do all, as the iPod hardisk filesystem would have been corrupted, or else the iPod Reset would bring it to normal operation.

How to use a bluetooth cellphone for audio input and output

Hello, I was wondering how to set-up my Mac Book so that I can use my bluetooth cellphone for audio in and audio out. Ideally, I would like to use my handset for talking on iChat and Skype. Has anyone had any luck doing this? When I bond my cellphone these optiosn do not appear. I know that this is easy to do on a Windows machine but I am not sure about how to do it on my Mac Book.

Yes it should do what you want.
Go to "Audio Midi Setup", and go to the Audio menu and click "Open Aggregate Device Editor". The interface is pretty simple but if you do get stuck, just use the help function in Audio Midi Setup, as it has a step by step guide.
Then when you return to logic, go to the Preferences>Audio>Drivers section and select Aggregate Device as the new driver rather than either the built in sound or the tascam. Then the inputs and outputs will apply to BOTH devices.

Hi, I've recently installed windows 7 and parallels in my mac book pro. While i run windows with the parallels track pad, scrolling and right click are functioning properly. But when i logon to windows directly none of them are functioning.

This is not true. Running Bootcamped Windows from Parallels or Fusion does not impact the Bootcamp installation of Windows. It just provides a different access to the single Windows installation. These problems have been occurring since the last update. At times the iPad becomes unusable. I have been keeping all programs closed and history and web site data cleared. I have exactly the same problem. The device was my favorite computer until 8.1.1. Now it runs s-l-o-w-l-y, requires endless reboots.
To improve the performamce, I have tried these:
1.Go to Setting->General->Accessibility->Reduce Motion. Turn on.
2.Reset iPad device settings using Setting->General->Reset->Reset All Settings. Its increase iPad performance little better.
3.Hold the sleep/wake button and home button upto 8 seconds. This will turn off your iPad. Then turn on iPad. Wait few moments. Do the same thing twice to solve this issue.
Solution 3 worked for me. And, I always recommend you to backup your iPad first before any action to avoid any data loss.
