Any good settings for a Leroy Neiman look?

I am new to the forums and want to first say thank you for all of the great advice.
I currenty have Adobe CS3 and have started to explore photoshop beyond the
basics and would like to know if anyone has found proper settings to take an
ordinary photo and morph it into a Leroy Neiman style such as this:

thanks so much David. i wanted you ask you something about browse windows if you know...
the code at the bottom of the screen creates three buttons - the third is a browse button, so the user can search for a particular file. Do you know how to have a drop down browse box in pop up window?. Theres so little documentation on this sort of thing. i was hoping you would know something about it....
i know that this line will create a browse pop up: var targetFolder = Folder.selectDialog("Import items from folder...");
but i want to be able to have it as part of the window.

Nokia Please release any good firmware for n95-3

Nokia for god sake give me firmware update for my device (95-3) we also paid for the device u just cant ignore us . if u dont want to support to n95-3 then why did u released the another model (95-3) ? U wasted My Money . its working preety lazy , camera is also slow , it processes the cam very slowly , alot of bugs are there ! Anyone got any good AVCHD FOR DVD Presets they can share for AME CC Latest Version when exporting from Premiere Pro CC Latest Version?

Just wondering if anyone has for download or can share some templates or settings that I can use to create a One Stop Encode that will suit both AVCHD HD DVD Disc and be good as a Computer MP4 File for PC and Android Mobile Playback and maybe even good enough for Full Bluray Mastering.
Currently I am using mostly HDV 50i Material with a bit of 1080 30p and Mobile phone type MP4 files thrown in.
I typically Encode to for DVD SD and HD BD. However I would like to be able to take advantage of putting some of the short HD Video to AVCHD DVD-R Discs.
I understand that the maximum bit rate is gonna be 18mbs? for AVCHD on DVD but am unsure what Profile settings I need to be compliant and as I say if create a good one MP4 that will be good for all formats
whether it be AVCHD DVD, Blu-ray Disc and good for YouTube uploading with possibility of compatibility with some of the Android Mobile Phones and Tablets.

I should probably explain how to use Application
icons in iWeb as graphics as well in case someone
checking this thread later doesn't know.
Context-click on one of the icons and do a "Get Info"
(Command-I). At the top of that window next to the
icon's name will be an image of the icon. Click on
that image to highlight it and do a "Copy"
(Command-C). Now, what we need is some application
that will allow us to pass this graphical data
thru it in order to get it saved with a unique
file name... Well, what do you know, Preview can
handle it just fine!
Open Preview, Command-N and... you don't want to save
just yet. Click on the "Drawer" icon. Clicking that
disclosure triangle, you'll see this one icon is
really a series of images. No matter, just choose the
one named "Labeled Image 1" (or whatever the first
one is) Copy, Command-N and NOW you'll only have the
one image that you'll need (the highest quality
one).
Save that one with a unique name and now you're ready
to drop into iWeb (or any other app) and have fun
with it!

I've seen both the lynda and macprovideo logic training. Don't get me wrong the Logic training at lynda is ok for the basics. The macprovideo ones are excellent and go much further. So I could learn in depth how all the instruments, like the EXS24 sampler, Ultrabeat drum machine, synths and plugins work and how to use them. There are proper whole tutorials dedicated to mixing and mastering. For me and my studio buddies macprovideo for final cut, logic and now the photoshop titles has saved us countless hours and a lot of hair!

Good settings for HD to SD downconversions

I have been doing some experimenting with settings to mimick downconversion outputs that match Kona 3 downconversions and UKON downconversions. I have not quite nailed the right combination of settings yet though. I was wondering what people use?
I kind of like to use the "better" resize filter with a little anti-aliasing turned up. Has anyone found a sweet spot for doing center-cut downconversions of 23.98 HD files to 29.97 NTSC clips?

I've found better results using MPEG STREAMCLIP for downconversion and you can adjust the settings for Letterbox, Center cut or Anamorphic. Kona 3 introduces fringing artifacts on high contrast areas, a Teranex will be far superior, but for a quick decent downconversion, Mpeg Streamclip rocks.
